First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

李First of all, the location is particularly good. In the very safe area of the sixth district, it is also called ”the rich district” by the locals. It is very convenient to go out by subway Line 10 and Line 12. Opposite the road is the department store of Le Peng, which is very old in France. Department store, the LV and GUCCI inside do not need to queue very few people, but the goods are relatively complete. The important thing is that the hotel has a Chinese waiter, but I still have to say that it is insufficient. The breakfast fee was confused and my fee was charged. After I found it, I checked it with them and refunded the fee. The staff may have mistakenly made it. it is good. I should choose here next time.

I booked the most expensive room type, but the hotel gave the attic room. The bedside location was facing the bathroom door. How to communicate did not admit that the room type did not match. This made my impression of the Frenchman discounted.
Trip.com Customer service is very powerful, has been helping me to fight for the rights and interests that I should have. The location of this hotel is really good. In the sixth district, it is safe and quiet. It is recommended that friends who come here book the basic room type.
Opposite the hotel is a Macaron bakery in Paris. This may be relatively biased, so I didn't see the queue. We stayed here for a few days and had breakfast every day.

Guest UserExcellent stay! Large well laid hotel room (classic double), and very modern hotel in general. Bathroom and shower are together, then the toilet is a small separate room (behind the bathroom) - though only 1 soap dispenser despite there being 2 sinks, could potentially benefit from having one for each sink for ease.
Air conditioning was superb and very welcome in a July heatwave. We requested a mini-fridge for the room also which was excellent in keeping drinks ice-cold.
Really impressive facilities particularly with the pool/sauna area, and it's easy to book a free slot (limited to 10 people/hour, so it's never very busy which is great)
Breakfast very good with lots of choice and food often being replenished. Perhaps a few more vegetarian options would be good, though.
Only criticism is there wasn't really a convenient place for taxi pick-up or drop-off, Uber's just having to stop directly in the middle of the road outside. If you book taxi's maybe going for one of the side-roads alongside the hotel would be better.
All staff were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The environment is great, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with freshly baked bread. The staff are also very friendly, and the room is nice and quiet! There are Chinese, Japanese, Western restaurants, and cafes nearby, offering plenty of choices. You can even see the 'glass pyramid' from the window when it's open, which is definitely worth it.

SuofeiyaniThe hotel is quite close to the subway. Just a short walk to the left after exiting, there's a Carrefour supermarket, a cinema, and many restaurants.
The breakfast is quite refined, and every type of bread was delicious. The mini potatoes were especially good 😋 — highly recommended!
However, the rooms are very old. The hallway carpet had a musty smell, and the room did too. It's an old hotel.

It is a pleasant property with helpful and courteous staff, and the breakfast is excellent.
However, the stay was less comfortable than expected. The mattresses are of poor quality and caused a sinking feeling in the bed, making sleep uncomfortable. Street traffic can also be clearly heard and even felt in the rooms due to constant rumbling. In addition, although the television is advertised as a smart TV, it does not allow connection to a phone or laptop.
The spa treatment itself was rather average. On the positive side, the pool and steam room area is very nice and especially pleasant during winter. The fitness area, however, feels dull and poorly equipped, with basic, low quality treadmill.
Overall, the property has potential, but several aspects fall short of what one would expect at this level and noticeably affected comfort.

lymaSmall boutique hotel with only 3 rooms per floor. We took the deluxe room and it was spacious enough to fit a cot. The room is nice designed and comfortable. The entrance is quite hidden as the logo of the hotel is small.
Service, all the staff are young, chic and friendly. Just one little feedback is they hang up the phone too quickly, always a very short bye then hang up. When we arrived there was no one at the door to assist with luggage.
We had three meals at the restaurant/room service. Some dishes are good but the both pasta dishes was not good.

Guest UserThe view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended.
The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs.
Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear.
The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey.
Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

nabiki2Very nice stay in this hotel. Room is not very large, but also not very small, and it is clean and comfortable. A small refrigerator and espresso machine in the room are very helpful. Great location near many restaurants and cafes. The metro, river, the Louvre, and other attractions are within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Included one free glass of wine welcome drink. I would definitely stay here again.
