Environment: The area around the hotel is very quiet and safe. It's also very close to the subway station, and the travel time to major attractions is similar. The room itself isn't large but it's very clean, and the bathroom is particularly spacious with excellent heating. Service: The service is very attentive."

"This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. "I spent comfortably throughout this stay. The room has enough space to relax. It was so clean and well maintained that I felt like being at home. The location is also nice. You can get access to this hotel from Paris central district within 30 mins. The price was also pretty reasonable considering the location and their service."

"The bathroom was really dirty. There was mold all over the ceiling in the shower stall, and the toilet was often unclean. The cleaning schedule was clearly too infrequent, and the hand soap dispenser at the sink was empty for a long time."

"Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management and housekeeping are top-notch. The room was also very big. This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in France. It easily competes with five-star hotels. I booked a hotel over Christmas that cost over 15,000 for one night, and honestly, apart from a slightly better view, it really couldn't compare to this one. Highly recommend."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly, and we absolutely loved the pool. The beds were also very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside to be aware of is the soundproofing. If you’re a light sleeper, you might notice noise from neighbouring rooms and outside, likely because it’s an older building with some echo. That said, we were so tired from our days out that we slept really well and it didn’t affect us at all. The location is perfect, with the metro, restaurants, and coffee shops just around the corner. And being so close to the Arc de Triomphe was amazing! Overall, we had a lovely time and would happily stay again. ✨"

"A new, stylish hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room has a large bathroom, a comfortable bed, and is cleaned daily. The hotel is located in the city center, 2 minutes from the metro and 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The reception staff is friendly. The hotel exceeds the standard of a 3-star hotel. We would be happy to return!"

"Unfriendly reception staff. I wanted to check in one hour early, they asked me to pay for an extra day. No refrigerator in the room. Reception is not open 24 hours. Breakfast is 13 euros - includes a croissant and coffee. Very poor and not worth the money. A large supermarket has opened nearby, which is a plus."
