Very well located just next to large main train station. Room is spacious and clean. Two pieces of water were provided free upon check in but they were not replenished everyday. Be alert that Uber was not allowed to go into the carpark outside the hotel unless the driver paid.

Great location, very convenient for getting around Paris. The minibar was a nice touch, and the room was cleaned very well every day. The front desk staff were also warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Good for those who needs to catch up train due to the good location which is just next to train station. The rest are decent.

Here’s a more polished and firm version of your review: The worst Mercure experience ever. I felt that Asian guests were treated differently during my stay. I stayed for 2 nights and requested no housekeeping, but only asked for drinking water refill. The reception informed us that we could request water from the front desk when needed. However, the next day when I requested 2 bottles of water, I was told that no extra drinking water would be provided and that I could purchase it from the bar instead. What was disappointing was that later the same evening, I saw another group of travellers requesting water and they were given bottles without any issue. If the hotel has a strict policy regarding complimentary water limits per room, this should be clearly communicated to all guests consistently, instead of applying different standards to different people.

Great location, but unacceptable management and service. I booked a 4-night stay (April 12-16) specifically because I didn't want to move luggage and I trusted the Accor brand. However, this was a huge mistake. On my third night, I returned late at night only to find my keycard disabled. I was forced to go to reception, where they told me they had reset all keys on the 1st floor (where I was staying) and the 1st floor would be occupied by a group. They gave me a so-called 'option': stay with the loud noise or move to a higher floor (no upgrade). This felt like a forced relocation, not a choice. The hotel should have left a message in my room beforehand instead of locking me out to force a confrontation. To make matters worse, a staff member, including one who claimed to be the manager, dismissively said that moving would 'only take a moment.' They completely ignored the fact that I had to repack and unpack everything late at night. It showed a total lack of empathy and poor management. They clearly prioritized a new group over an existing guest. I am deeply disappointed.
