I absolutely love staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic, the hotel is super clean and the staff are all very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel :)

The location is excellent, but the male receptionist at the front desk had a terrible attitude. The room wasn't quite like the pictures; some rooms are very nice, but they might not give you the exact room shown in the photos you booked. The bathroom is very small. Don't expect too much; its main draw is the great location. I hope they can improve their service.

The service was excellent, and while the facilities are a bit old, the room was very clean. It's close to the metro, which makes getting around super convenient. Being in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, it felt very safe, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Terrible front desk service. The hotel states check-in is after 3 PM, but while we were waiting on the couch, at least three newly arrived guests were able to check in without any issues. We, however, had to wait until exactly 3 PM to be allowed to check in (and the room looked like it had been ready for a while). On top of that, the front desk tried to charge us twice 🙄🙄. This hotel is very unfriendly towards Chinese guests, especially the male receptionist with long hair. The room was also tiny. Not recommended.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, very convenient for exploring and close to many attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The service was average; staff were polite but sometimes a bit slow to respond. The amenities were basic, but overall sufficient for a short stay.

A nice property and well located. The night manager who checked us in was fantastic and helpful. Went out of his way. Day staff were very pleasant as well. The hotel has an elevator which made life much easier when carrying heavy bags.
