The staff at the front desk are very kind and accommodating, there were two that speak both Cantonese and Mandarin, so it was very easy to communicate."

"This hotel was a wonderful surprise.  We had not been to this area before and didn't know what to expect.  While the hotel exterior is standard, our room was really lovely, with a nice bathtub, great lighting and a big, round bed!  The hotel staff at the desk, in the breakfast area and the housekeeping were all very nice.  While there is not much around the hotel, a short ride will bring you to a choice of shopping malls and great restaurants.  This hotel is a nice diamond in the rough!"

"This hotel is my top choice for business trips, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! Though it opened two years ago, the facilities are impeccably maintained. The lobby is spacious and grand, making it a very presentable place to wait or conduct discussions. The guest rooms are generously sized and don't feel cramped, featuring a full suite of smart control devices, so you can manage lights and curtains from the comfort of your bed. The high-floor view rooms offer a stunning panorama of Shunde Peak, which is perfect for unwinding after a long work day. The location is a huge plus: close to the subway and highway, and equipped with charging stations, making commutes and client pickups very convenient. The hotel also boasts professional meeting rooms, ensuring a respectable and hassle-free experience for conferences and client receptions. The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of dishes, and the hotel has its own dining options, so there's no need to venture out for meals. The surrounding area is well-appointed, with Sam's Club and a pedestrian street within walking distance. In your free time, you can take a stroll around Shunde Peak, and various popular photo spots are just a short drive away. This hotel truly provides a one-stop solution for business, accommodation, and meetings. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next business trip."

"I chose this Lavande Hotel mainly because of its proximity to Foshan's main food festival. However, to be honest, this is the worst Lavande Hotel I've ever stayed at. 1. It's located near a main road, so I was woken up by large trucks in the middle of the night. 2. The room's amenities, such as the hairdryer, TV, and Bluetooth system, felt very cheap and imitation-like. The Bluetooth speaker system didn't work, the hairdryer was a no-name brand with weak airflow, and my child had to scan a QR code and pay to watch TV. 3. The bathroom door had large gaps around all four sides, offering no privacy, which was speechless. 4. I didn't dare to use the shower towels; they felt like they hadn't been washed. Luckily, I brought my own. 5. The shower pressure at night was low, and the body wash and other toiletries were very mediocre. 6. There was takeout trash left outside the neighboring room that wasn't cleaned up until the next day, indicating poor hotel management. 7. While price increases during the May Day holiday are normal, paying over 800 yuan for this was definitely not worth it!"
