While it's priced like a high-end B&B, if you find the bedding or other amenities uncomfortable, the hotel staff are very attentive and will go out of their way to resolve it for you. Hygiene: The cleaning staff always greet you warmly. From the carpet edges to the spotless bathroom and meticulously arranged items, it's genuinely clean, tidy, and comfortable. Environment: It offers a truly delightful stay. The lobby is cozy yet grand, and there's a lounge bar on the ground floor where you can grab a coffee or even work. The breakfast ingredients are all premium brands, sourced entirely from Sam's Club, and you can even customize your favorite dishes. The breakfast chef is wonderful, taking great care of your dietary needs and ensuring you enjoy your meal. Service: In short, the service here surpasses even high-star hotels I've stayed in (and those I haven't!). From the front desk staff in the lobby, to the breakfast chef, to the cleaning ladies, and even the owner – everyone provides warm, professional service. They treated my family and children so well that I felt like I was visiting relatives for the New Year, something even some of my own family members don't manage. To sum it up, this establishment isn't primarily focused on profit; it's a professional and warm place for those who appreciate a good life, making them feel right at home when they visit Dalian."

"The staff waited for me to arrive because my flight arrived at 11:15 pm and I arrived at the capsule hotel at 12:15 am. The temperature of the capsule rooms were just right. I love the free access to the bathhouse. The bathing facility is really clean and well maintained. I regretted not getting body scrub and massage and I should have explored the capsule hotel more. I think there is also a restaurant in the higher floors. Just take note that the bathing facility is open from 8 am to 12 am only. The subway station is near as well. As a foreigner who cannot speak nor read Chinese, I am very happy that there’s a McDonalds nearby. There are also nearby marts and Chinese franchise restaurants. My stay was very short so I wasn’t able to discover the other restaurants nearby. I would definitely book here again and I love the keychain that they gave me. The staff were really kind. There were some minor difficulties, such as difficulty of finding electric sockets and inside the capsule, the port was a USB A socket, but there was a phone charging station outside the rooms."

"Participated in the Dalian Marathon. This was my second time visiting Dalian, and just like my previous trip during the 2019 Qingming holiday, I stayed at the InterContinental. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside. I usually head towards Zhongshan Square Station, but on checkout day, the doorman, the guy with the long hair in a ponytail, recommended Friendly Square Station and even walked me to the intersection. I really appreciated that! The hotel breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety, including Dalian specialties like sea cucumber porridge with rice and kidney bean clam noodles, plus roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), wraps, and fried dough sticks. I got to try them all! Housekeeping was very prompt; every day I'd leave in the morning and come back in the afternoon to a clean room. The bathroom was spacious and well-lit. The only minor downside was that the room didn't have a main overhead light, making it a bit dim."

The room is very large, the hottest time is very comfortable in the room, the bathroom is clean, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep. The front desk is very warm, and I will help solve any questions. The cleaning aunt is also warm and thoughtful. The cleaning is very clean. The location is also good, the transportation is convenient, the delicious is also close, and you can take a walk at night."

"Stayed multiple times and it gets better and better every day. The room is very private and suitable for a weekend getaway. Horse riding is available nearby. The waiters were very nice. The room was large, clean and well-equipped. Will stay again."
