"The hotel is almost 30 years old, and it's clear that the interior and furniture are a bit dated, but this only adds to its charm. Pros: 1. Location: The complimentary shuttle will take you to the nearest metro station, from where you can go anywhere in the city. You'll have to wait a long time for a taxi. You can use the taxi drivers waiting at the hotel, but their rate is x2. 2. We stayed on the 57th floor, but guests have the option to go up to the very top for free, where the 360-degree platform offers breathtaking views of the city. 3. There are numerous shopping malls and local markets near the hotel for shopping enthusiasts. Cons: If you plan to dine outside the hotel, you'll need to go into the city, as there's only Indian street food nearby. Overall, I rate my stay at the hotel as positive."

"The hotel's design has a French flair. The lobby is very clean, grand, and stylish. The service is also meticulous and thoughtful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel rooms are very clean and refreshing, and the mattress is very comfortable, making for a peaceful sleep. The breakfast spread is also very rich. The surrounding area offers very convenient access to public transportation via the subway. It's only two or three BTS stops to Paragon and CentralWorld, which is very convenient. Plus, the airport link is right in front of the hotel, also very convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"The room was quite spacious, and the welcome drink was delicious. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the TV is too small! The service also needs improvement! For example, I was still resting in my room and had only turned on the 'please clean' light. The normal procedure is to knock three times and ask for a response three times before using a key card to enter a guest's room. But here, the cleaning lady just knocked once and then swiped her card to enter my room. That's not very professional!"

"My stay at the hotel was excellent up until check-out this morning at 10 AM. The front desk employee at that time had a terrible attitude. She was assisting another guest, and there were no other staff members at the front desk. I waited for a while, but she completely ignored me. I placed my room card on the counter, but even after she finished with the previous guest, she still didn't process my check-out. I had to wait until another staff member came out to finally get my check-out handled. She clearly lacked any sense of customer service; it was truly awful!"

"We had a great stay at Hansar Hotel with our family. The room was very spacious and well-designed. It was especially convenient travelling with kids, as they could watch TV in the living room while I could relax in the bedroom. The location is excellent, with a hidden 7-Eleven just a minute’s walk away, which was very handy for snacks and essentials. We also enjoyed being able to walk to CentralWorld shopping mall in about 15 minutes. If you prefer not to walk, booking a Grab is quick and easy, making it convenient to get around Bangkok. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. Keeping such a large room spotless is no easy task, but they did an excellent job throughout our stay. Thumbs up to the team for their hard work and attention to detail! We hope the hotel continues to maintain its excellent standards and keep the property well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit."

"Overall, I had a good stay at Maison Hotel Bangkok. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, and everything generally went smoothly during my stay. However, I personally don’t feel that the overall experience quite matches a 5-star hotel standard. The room, facilities and overall atmosphere felt quite basic and more comparable to a good 4-star hotel. There wasn’t really that extra level of luxury, attention to detail or premium experience that I would normally expect from a 5-star property. That said, it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay overall, and I would consider staying again if the price is reasonable."

"This hotel is now under new ownership and has been renamed Suk 41. This was my second time staying here, but my first stay under the new ownership. The new owners and staff are working through the issues they inherited and addressing them as they come up. For example, I had a problem with my shower door, but they resolved it quickly by moving me to another room. For the first few days, there was also no internet, but this was eventually fixed, and once it was working, the connection was fast and reliable. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS station, with a Tops supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven right next door, making it very convenient for shopping and also for getting around Bangkok. The beds are firm but still comfortable. There was some street noise, but with earplugs, I slept well. Overall, I think this hotel offers good value for money. It’s not luxurious, but considering the reasonable price and excellent central location close to the BTS and shopping malls, I would happily stay here again next month when i am back in Bangkok."

"From exterior it was a very beautifully design hotel, reception and breakfast dining space too! The room we booked is a twin bedroom with small balcony, the room has got a weird smell but after we turn on aircond and let it run, it become good, bedding was ok only, amenities is good but the light in the bathroom was a bit dark and the shampoo personally i don’t like the traditional scent. overall for the price value with breakfast inclusive, the choice of food and variety is great!"

Cleanliness: Very clean, housekeeping daily. Every time I returned to the hotel after going out, I would smell a pleasant fragrance. Environment: There aren't many dining options near the hotel, but it wasn't a problem. It's a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and the hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the subway, which is very convenient!
