"The room didn't seem prepared for my stay. There were problems with the booking, I couldn't check in, the room wasn't clean, and the towels looked unclean."

This time, I stayed at this hotel to attend the Monster Music Festival 2026 held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). The MTR station is about 50 meters from the front desk, and I could go directly to the festival venue at QSNCC via the underground walkway. I had merchandise I purchased in advance shipped to the hotel, and I was able to pick it up during check-in. Although there weren't any Japanese-speaking staff, I managed to communicate with a little English and a translation app. The doormen were consistently friendly. When I suddenly decided to go to Pattaya and asked if they could arrange a taxi for a few hours, they found one that was slightly cheaper than the going rate. The facilities are standard for a 4-star hotel, and breakfast is also average. I would definitely consider staying here again if there's another event at QSNCC. Going to 7-Eleven required using the nearby pedestrian bridge, which was a bit of a workout for my legs! (lol)

Clean, tidy and comfortable, the room was quiet, transportation was convenient, and there were great places to explore nearby. There's a 7-11 downstairs, and the staff can communicate in Chinese. Plus, you can even ask housekeeping to fold animal towels, which is a cute touch!

The facilities were kept clean, and the reception and cleaning staff were very kind! There were three shower rooms and three toilets each for women, and they were cleaned frequently. The shower rooms had shampoo and body soap. There was also one hairdryer in the vanity area. The room had a locker large enough to fit a carry-on size bag, and another locker at the head of the bed for valuables, both of which could be locked, which was reassuring. I brought a converter from Japan for the outlets, but it wasn't necessary. There were two outlets by the bed, so it wasn't inconvenient at all. The laundry room was on the 3rd floor, and I could hang my washed clothes there to dry. Since it's a well-ventilated indoor space, my laundry wouldn't get wet even during a squall. The fish market is nearby, so I noticed a slight fishy smell until I got to the hostel, but overall, it was a very satisfying stay! I'm glad I chose to stay here!

This hotel in Bangkok offers great value for money. It's right by the Chao Phraya River, and I almost always stay here when I'm in Bangkok. There's a particular lady at the front desk who, whether by coincidence or fate, I seem to encounter every year for check-in; her service is excellent. Getting around from here is quite convenient. The hotel offers a free shuttle boat to Sathorn Pier on the hour, and there are free tuk-tuks to the night market in the evenings. You can reach almost all the major attractions by boat. The only downside is that it's an older 5-star hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated. This time, my room was undergoing renovation, with wall demolition starting around 9 AM (I didn't pay attention to when it ended). However, it was very quiet in the evenings, so it didn't really bother me. Overall, it's still highly recommended!

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

Booked for 2 days but they gave access in the room card for 1 needed to change in the reception. And i think they didn’t clean the pillow and bedsheets as it looks clean but smell sweat from previous stay people. Room 10/10 very big and modern. It’s more likely Airbnb rather than hotel. Will visit again as the deal was good for me hopefully they will more focus on cleaning.

This was our second stay, and we recommend it. It’s convenient, clean, and worth your money. The room we stayed in was clean, had a big refrigerator, a stove (you need to notify the staff if you want to use it), some kitchenware, and a laundry machine on the 2F. They have a tuktuk that can take you to the nearest BTS, and a 7-11 just outside the property. Breakfast was good, but I felt like it was limited. Overall, very delicious. Will come back!

The lazy receptionist refused to give the deposit and told her that on arrival day i gave deposit to the receptionist which she didnt even give the receipt. The ladies always on the phone and pretend does not know what the guest are saying. Hoping someon can contact me from the hotel management. Rest is nice and buggy driver is the only one helpful.

Grand BS Hotel – Honest Review I stayed in two different rooms during my visit: first, the Deluxe Room with Pool View, and later, the Superior Deluxe Room. The Deluxe Pool View Room was spacious and had a nice view of the pool, but the room design felt a bit dated and boring. Also, if you're booking a pool-view room, I recommend asking at check-in for a room facing the pool area that is not currently under renovation. Unfortunately, part of the pool area visible from my room had some work going on, so the view wasn't really worth paying extra for. The Superior Deluxe Room faced another building, but I actually preferred the overall design. It was more modern and stylish. The room was smaller than the Deluxe, but still comfortable and pleasant. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, which is convenient, but make sure you're on time—ideally 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. One thing I really liked about the location is that there are plenty of amenities nearby. Within walking distance, you'll find a restaurant on-site, two 7-Eleven stores, KFC, a 24-hour laundry, a fruit market, a supermarket, and Café Amazon. Overall, I think this hotel is a great option for a layover or short stopover, especially because of the nearby conveniences. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a longer trip if your main goal is to explore Bangkok's city centre. It's quite far from the main attractions, and there is no MTR station nearby, so getting around can take some time. My verdict: Great for a convenient layover ✈️, but not the best choice if you want to be close to Bangkok's main attractions and nightlife. 🇹🇭 P.s The first 4 pictures are that of the deluxe room with a pool view and the other photos are of the Superior deluxe room.
