Facilities and Environment: The refrigerator was a plus, but the floor-to-ceiling window offered no ventilation at all, and the air conditioning was very weak, making the whole room stuffy. Outside the window, there was a river full of garbage. Service: The security guard in the hotel lobby proactively helped with luggage and always welcomed us with a smile when we returned to the hotel. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the city center on weekends. Location: It's about 1-5km from everything, but Bangkok traffic is really bad, so the location is just mediocre. Downstairs there's a rather small 7-Eleven. Near the hotel is P3's fresh market, which felt dirty and smelly. Hygiene: The tiled floor already gave a very unclean impression. I was too tired from an early morning flight, so I just went straight to sleep. When I woke up, I found a stain left by the previous guest on the bedding (sheets that couldn't be washed clean). After the hotel addressed it, they wrote an apology letter and gave three small snacks. Overall, I don't have a very good impression of this hotel.

The high-floor room was pretty good, with nice views. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, about 400-500 meters. The doorman was very enthusiastic and professional; he could help call a tuk-tuk, taxi, or even arrange a private car right outside. If you don't eat at the ground floor restaurant, other eateries are a bit of a trek. Some of the receptionists weren't very proficient and lacked flexibility. We booked two rooms but were assigned to different floors. It took a long time to sort out, and only the manager could resolve it.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Riverside. The location is great, right by the Chao Phraya River, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. The hotel really made our stay special by preparing a birthday cake for my husband and arranging a beautiful river-view room for us. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and the great hospitality. The hotel has also been recently renovated, so the room felt very new, clean and comfortable. One thing that really impressed us was the soundproofing — the room was incredibly quiet. Even when Bangkok was experiencing heavy rain, we could barely hear the rain or any outside noise. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a very wide variety of food and plenty of choices, so we really enjoyed our breakfast. We did experience a brief power outage in the evening, but the hotel team responded very quickly and resolved the issue within about five minutes, which we appreciated. Overall, our experience was excellent and very memorable. From the river-view room and thoughtful birthday surprise to the comfortable newly renovated room and fantastic breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

The rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.

It is more than 3 times I return to here 1. Staffs are welcome & support 2. Shuttle service available (That could just make life more easier) 3. Lobby is big & plenty of place to sit & discuss with your co-workers or others appointment 4. First floor fill with different restaurants (different cuisine) and Lawson store 5. Laundry and Cafe are just in the 1st floor 6. Coffee in first floor is good

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. Whenever my family and I had a request, they handled it quickly and with great politeness. The facilities are convenient, though we couldn't fully enjoy them due to ongoing construction nearby. A significant improvement would be to offer shuttle services between the airport and the hotel, as this is currently lacking.

The hotel is right next to Emsphere, very convenient and walking to MRT Phrom Phong is around 8-10mins, mostly covered or Asoke in the other direction non-covered. Hotel seems dated but relatively clean, staff is helpful and provide service with a smile. Not bad for the price and would stay again.

The night before check-in, I carefully read the negative reviews on Ctrip, which made me lose confidence in this hotel. I contacted Ctrip customer service in the middle of the night to try and cancel, but since it was past the cancellation time, we ended up staying there anyway… We had four adults and two children, so we booked a connecting quad room and a twin room. 1. **Hygiene:** The rooms were very clean. It felt comfortable to walk barefoot on the floor, and the bathroom was also very clean with a good wet/dry separation. 2. **Breakfast:** We had the power breakfast every day, and it was delicious and well-balanced. 3. **Service:** I didn't feel any discrimination; both the male and female customer service staff were very polite. 4. **Shuttle:** The hotel's regular schedule is a shuttle every half hour to the alley entrance, but during our two-day stay, we were able to leave whenever we wanted. 5. **Room Type:** For two adults and two children in Bangkok, there aren't many family room options. Many family rooms put all four people in one room, which can be disruptive when adults and children have different schedules. If you book two separate standard rooms, there's no way to look out for each other. So, connecting rooms are our favorite room type when choosing a hotel. 6. **Location:** This is indeed a drawback. Although the Sukhumvit area is great, the hotel is located deep inside an alley, which takes away the fun of being able to just step out and explore anytime… 7. **Pool and Gym:** The pool isn't big, but we were just transiting through Bangkok to Phuket, so we weren't planning on swimming at a city hotel anyway. The gym is also really small; it gets very crowded with just three or four people. However, they thoughtfully provide small towels for wiping sweat in the gym.

The staff were very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was clean and crisp. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and there was no iron available at the hotel. The food wasn't great. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The hotel is in a good location, close to both the BTS and metro stations, as well as Lumpini Park, the night market, and Silom Street with its bars. I chose the hotel because of the rooftop bar and pool , but unfortunately, during my stay, were closed and will remain they were closed, but no one notified me about this in advance, and the hotel card also does not indicate that these places are temporarily closed (this is not a couple of days, the pool and bar are closed from July 20 to September 9), but unfortunately, which was very disappointing. There's construction going on next to the hotel, which makes it noisy, but overall, the hotel meets the price/quality criteria.
