Spa Hotels in Bangkok

I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

We had a wonderful stay here with our baby! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive to our needs. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay especially relaxing with a little one. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. Would definitely come back again! 😊

My stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam in Bangkok was very pleasant overall. What I liked most was the incredibly convenient location! The hotel is right near Pratunam Market, surrounded by many restaurants, massage shops, and stores. You can easily walk to nearby department stores, making shopping and dining extremely convenient and a great time-saver for independent travelers. The hotel is also not far from several popular city attractions, and it's easy to get around by taxi or public transport. The room itself was quite spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive. The common areas and lobby looked grand, and the hotel had a certain quality to it. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. One minor thing to note is that if you're staying on a higher floor, you'll need to transfer elevators, which might feel a bit inconvenient the first time, especially with luggage. However, once you get used to it, it's manageable. Overall, if your trip to Bangkok focuses on shopping, food, and independent travel, I think this hotel's location is a huge advantage, and the surrounding facilities are excellent. Based on my overall experience this time, it's a hotel I would be willing to stay at again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Riverside. The location is great, right by the Chao Phraya River, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. The hotel really made our stay special by preparing a birthday cake for my husband and arranging a beautiful river-view room for us. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and the great hospitality. The hotel has also been recently renovated, so the room felt very new, clean and comfortable. One thing that really impressed us was the soundproofing — the room was incredibly quiet. Even when Bangkok was experiencing heavy rain, we could barely hear the rain or any outside noise. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a very wide variety of food and plenty of choices, so we really enjoyed our breakfast. We did experience a brief power outage in the evening, but the hotel team responded very quickly and resolved the issue within about five minutes, which we appreciated. Overall, our experience was excellent and very memorable. From the river-view room and thoughtful birthday surprise to the comfortable newly renovated room and fantastic breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

It is more than 3 times I return to here 1. Staffs are welcome & support 2. Shuttle service available (That could just make life more easier) 3. Lobby is big & plenty of place to sit & discuss with your co-workers or others appointment 4. First floor fill with different restaurants (different cuisine) and Lawson store 5. Laundry and Cafe are just in the 1st floor 6. Coffee in first floor is good

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

The location is great, right by Asok MRT and close to Terminal 21. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are friendly. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. If you're staying here, I'd recommend skipping the breakfast option. There aren't many choices, mostly just bread, which might suit Western tastes but is definitely not ideal for Asians. 😂😂😂

The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent service, stylish design, and very comfortable bed. It also provides parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel since we were on a self-driving trip. On the downside, the surrounding area is very quiet. There are no nearby massage shops or restaurants, and even the nearest 7-Eleven is quite a long walk away. The route is also lined with closed or inactive shops, so it’s not ideal if you prefer to simply walk downstairs for food or a late-night massage. In most cases, you’ll need to take a taxi. The hotel does offer in-house dining and massage services, but the massage service does not operate as late as the shops outside, which was less convenient for us. It is also significantly more expensive. As for the facilities, the bed was definitely the highlight—very comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. However, the shower had very low water pressure, which was disappointing. The hairdryer and iron provided by the hotel also seemed quite old and were not very efficient. It took a long time to dry my hair, so we ended up going to a nearby hair salon to wash and dry our hair instead. Overall, the service, interior design, and cleanliness were all good. However, the location is not the most convenient if you want easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, or massage shops, and I believe some of the facilities could be upgraded to provide a better guest experience.

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. Whenever my family and I had a request, they handled it quickly and with great politeness. The facilities are convenient, though we couldn't fully enjoy them due to ongoing construction nearby. A significant improvement would be to offer shuttle services between the airport and the hotel, as this is currently lacking.

The staff were very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was clean and crisp. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and there was no iron available at the hotel. The food wasn't great. Otherwise, everything else was good.
