"Checkin was smooth though they're very strict about adherence to the in and out times. Location is great though the construction made traffic bad. Zero halal food at the hotel so all meals had to be outside with limited choices for local halal food. Staff made a nice welcome for my wife's birthday which we really appreciated. Staff super nice and helpful. Everyone was great. Room was relatively clean, lots of TV channels. Bed is comfy. AC only had low medium and high, temperature control non-existent. Luckily it was set to freezing so you would switch it on in the day and off at night. The only thing we didn't really lke was the access to the bathroom. It was a sliding wooden door with a huge gap. And the strange other thing was the closet would open into the bathroom. So smells would waft into the room from the door and closet. Avoid the 6th floor massage place, hurts more than it helps."

"Really good! The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, and it's clean and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff were also very welcoming. Overall, it provided us with a great travel experience."

"I had a very pleasant stay from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and I appreciated that the hotel offers luggage storage after check-out, which made it easy to enjoy the rest of the day without carrying our bags around. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary snacks, juice, and bottled water, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with the wall-mounted hair dryer in the bathroom not working, but the hotel had already provided a second hair dryer in the wardrobe, so it did not cause any inconvenience. Bathrobes were also available, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast experience. Every morning, I looked forward to sitting in my favorite corner seat overlooking the Asoke intersection. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. One staff guy member in particular, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, made a lasting impression. He was incredibly accommodating, proactively offering drinks and checking on guests without being intrusive. He also recommended several local delicacies for us to try and even prepared a hot and an ice Thai tea that was not available at the beverage station. His genuine hospitality and initiative elevated an already excellent breakfast experience. Overall, the hotel delivers a comfortable stay, attentive service, and an outstanding breakfast experience. "I chose to stay here mainly to visit the King Power Mahanakhon building. The hotel is right next to the MRT station, and directly across from King Power Mahanakhon itself. The ticket prices have gone up; it's now 1100 THB for a non-sunset ticket and 1200 THB for a sunset ticket, which is sold after 4:30 PM. Previously, non-sunset tickets were 888 THB and sunset tickets were 1088 THB. If you want to experience Bangkok's city views and nightlife, I highly recommend staying here. There's also a small alley nearby with convenient dining options, and Patpong Night Market (which is essentially the heart of Silom) is just a few hundred meters away. The room was decent. The rooms facing the road have balconies and double-glazed windows, so there's absolutely no noise. Definitely recommended!"
