Spa Hotels in Bangkok

I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

The hotel is located directly above Central World, making its location super convenient. Downstairs, you'll find a shopping mall with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Across the street, there's Big C, massage parlors, and Pratunam Market. You can even walk to the Siam area in under 10 minutes. The hotel breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of food for an additional 590 baht per person. They have Hainanese chicken rice, skewers, salads, pastries, and even noodle soup – fantastic! 👍👍👍 Additionally, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe twin room. The housekeeping staff are wonderful; every day when they clean the room, they arrange animal towels on the bed! 👍👍

I was upgraded to a corner twin room on the 34th floor! I'm not sure why, but perhaps it's because TRIP.com is a trusted platform? Although there's a slight sense of aging, the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. I didn't use the pool this time, but next time I'll bring my swimsuit and enjoy a relaxing resort-like experience. The breakfast also offered a variety of dishes in a spacious and comfortable setting. Overall, it was wonderful! \(^o^)/ I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Last summer, I stayed at the same hotel and had a fantastic experience. This year, however, it was just average. First off, the hotel has been undergoing renovations every morning for a long time. Then, the ventilation system in the room wasn't good enough. I'm not sure where the renovation work was happening, but the entire room smelled of paint thinner, which made for a terrible experience. Also, a year later, the location for the morning buffet has changed. Unlike previous years, you can no longer enjoy breakfast with a view of the Chao Phraya River. Unless something changes, I won't be staying here next year.

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

The service was excellent. The front desk staff proactively offered us a twin room when they saw we were a family of three and had the beds pushed together. In the evening, when we couldn't find our way to the pier, a staff member from the swimming pool kindly walked us there. When we returned to our room at night, we found that the housekeeping staff had placed white mats under my cosmetics and other items on the vanity, arranging them very neatly. The service truly was exceptional. There are two swimming pools, and the hotel is very close to Sathorn Pier. The only downsides are that the room facilities are a bit old. The bathroom door in our room didn't close properly, so water leaked out every time we showered, and the pillows weren't very comfortable.

Checked in around 2:30pm and it went pretty smooth. Requested for a high floor and a room facing the Expressway/highway and got put on a decent 12 floor. Lobby had 3 elevators to which was enough imo! View was chef's kiss! Room was pretty good for it's price and toilet was huge with a semi auto bidet! The only caveat was that I now understand the reviews where they mentioned the smell of the drain (from the toilet), it wasn't smelly all the time but when it did.. it was fine when the bathroom door is closed but going in to use it was a gamble lmao NOT A DEALBREAKER THO (: The lobby was pretty convenient as there was a few small little food stalls that sold Japanese, Thai food and matcha. Lawson was right at the lobby level too so that was super convenient. Right outside Lawson at the side entrance, there is a delivery drop off shelf that you can snap a photo to send your grab delivery rider but meeting them at the lobby for cash payments was pretty decent too considering how comfortable the lobby was. Didn't get her name but the lady at the front desk was super helpful! She helped me with getting a late checkout at no fee. Bless her heart and give her a raise!

The location is great, right by Asok MRT and close to Terminal 21. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are friendly. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. If you're staying here, I'd recommend skipping the breakfast option. There aren't many choices, mostly just bread, which might suit Western tastes but is definitely not ideal for Asians. 😂😂😂

The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent service, stylish design, and very comfortable bed. It also provides parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel since we were on a self-driving trip. On the downside, the surrounding area is very quiet. There are no nearby massage shops or restaurants, and even the nearest 7-Eleven is quite a long walk away. The route is also lined with closed or inactive shops, so it’s not ideal if you prefer to simply walk downstairs for food or a late-night massage. In most cases, you’ll need to take a taxi. The hotel does offer in-house dining and massage services, but the massage service does not operate as late as the shops outside, which was less convenient for us. It is also significantly more expensive. As for the facilities, the bed was definitely the highlight—very comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. However, the shower had very low water pressure, which was disappointing. The hairdryer and iron provided by the hotel also seemed quite old and were not very efficient. It took a long time to dry my hair, so we ended up going to a nearby hair salon to wash and dry our hair instead. Overall, the service, interior design, and cleanliness were all good. However, the location is not the most convenient if you want easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, or massage shops, and I believe some of the facilities could be upgraded to provide a better guest experience.

1. I stayed for one night because I was attending a concert at Idea Live, which is near the hotel. I was really grateful that the front desk allowed me to check in before 11 AM that day. 2. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the showerhead was quite old and didn't work very well; the water pressure was too strong, but the spray area was very small. 3. Getting to the hotel from BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport) involved taking the Airport Rail Link for a few stops and then walking for about 15 minutes. However, that walk isn't the easiest, so it might be challenging if you have large luggage.
