"The hotel is nice with good service. The rooms were clean and everything was well arranged. We were lucky and being upgraded to 2 bedroom when we checked in. Snack bar are free and this was suprised us. We felt this hotel warm and with passion. The swimming pool with jacuzzi was great. Let's relax just right at the same building and you can enjoy spa and massage whenever you like. Overall rating is high on this hotel and highly recommended."

"Conveniently located opposite Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. However note that there are some works happening along that road hence be expected to experience jams - recommend to book your ride early and plan ample travel time! 4 bottles of mineral water provided daily with housekeeping service. Sufficient space for luggages. Basic amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds and shower cap provided too. Room comes with a mini fridge and kettle with some coffee, thai tea and matcha sachets. Price is good for a short stay especially if you hang around that area frequent."

Younger guests seeking minimalist, modern design might find it a bit traditional. ## Facilities & Services 1. **Guest Rooms:** Recently renovated by Tony Chi, the rooms are elegant and comfortable with high-quality linens and excellent soundproofing. Some entry-level room sizes are a bit compact for a city-center hotel. Welcome fruits and well-stocked toiletries are provided. 2. **Dining:** Breakfast offers a good variety (Thai + Western). Erawan Tea Room is a Michelin-recommended Thai restaurant, and the Executive Lounge service is consistently good. Some restaurant prices are on the higher side. 3. **Leisure:** The pool isn't huge, better suited for relaxation than extended swimming. GGuest UserWe booked a 'Family Premier Room' for two adults and two children, and even noted the children's ages. However, upon check-in, we found toiletries and slippers only for two adults. We immediately contacted customer service to request items for the two children, only to be told that the hotel doesn't provide children's toiletries and that only adult-sized slippers were available. Even on the second day, housekeeping seemed unaware of the number of guests, leaving amenities for only two people after cleaning. We eventually had to call the front desk to ensure they updated the room's occupancy. Furthermore, when booking, I requested a non-smoking room. We arrived at the hotel after 2 PM on the check-in day, but our room wasn't ready due to cleaning, causing a significant delay. The front desk staff, however, were very pleasant and even gave us some discount vouchers for children's water play items at the pool area. There was a persistent, unidentifiable odor in the room, possibly a musty smell due to insufficient ventilation, which was quite different from what I expected from a non-smoking room. The hotel's breakfast buffet was quite extensive, and the staff were all very polite. The hotel also has an internal walkway directly to the 7th floor of Central World shopping mall, which is very convenient. To get to Siam Paragon, you can go down to the ground floor lobby, exit the hotel, and it's a direct walk of about 4-5 minutes, very close. This was a major reason we chose this hotel. I rarely leave reviews, but the issues I've mentioned above were genuinely disappointing.

GGuest UserMy stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional, and the staff were all very attentive. I was especially impressed that the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication incredibly easy and convenient for Chinese-speaking guests. The room facilities were also very comprehensive; everything from daily necessities to small appliances was thoughtfully provided, making for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

MMARYSaaweetThe check-in experience was great as we were ushered to the lounge, sat down served tea and snacks while being checkin. The lounge cocktail hour was decent, with something for everyone. Room was lovely and appreciate their finer touch to setting up the room in the way I preferred. However the location is not good, is poorly connected to Silom due to the road design and long boring walk with nothing to see to get to Lumpini and if need grab, good luck because the jam is horrible. The room sound proof is poor as the window is not double glazed.

KKantabuliyazhangchangzongI was quite hesitant about this hotel after reading the reviews, but after staying there, I can say its location is excellent, right by the river. The biggest selling point is definitely the riverside access, especially the free shuttle boat. This shuttle can take you to S-pier, which connects to all the major blue and orange line attractions. Taking the metro isn't the most convenient option, but you can also get to S-pier and transfer there. From my window, I could see the Ferris wheel, and there's a night market right downstairs. However, the shuttle service ends at 9 PM, which is a big drawback, as it's about a 5-minute walk from there. Also, if you're close to the river at night, you might hear the rumble of boats in the middle of the night. While the hotel facilities are a bit old, they're not dirty. I loved the bed ā€“ it was incredibly soft and comfortable; I honestly didn't want to get up! The beds are huge. Even though they're single beds, two pushed together are bigger than beds in China, easily sleeping three people. I skipped the hotel breakfast as I'd already spent a lot of money these past few days. In the afternoon, there's hot coffee in the lobby, which is a nice touch (though it's the only one). They also have iced water, chrysanthemum tea, and roselle tea, plus some biscuits. In the mornings, there are croissants and hot coffee that you can take with you. It's like a simple meal, and it's not bad at all. One of the front desk staff speaks Chinese, so communication wasn't an issue. The hotel requires a deposit, as it's a major international brand. The bottled water in the room is complimentary and NSF certified, so feel free to drink up. The razor provided was quite good, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. From 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM, there's a singer performing in the lobby, which you can discreetly listen to. There's also legitimate massage available outside. If you get hungry at night, there's a 7-Eleven and some street food stalls about 50 to 100 meters away. I wouldn't say the food is amazing or terrible, but you can try the oyster omelet. As for the swimming pool, it's actually quite nice, being on the first floor and very spacious. If your main goal is to explore along the river, this hotel is perfect. However, if you're looking to frequent places like Nana, this location might not be ideal.

GGarreth HuntBangkok was the last stop on our trip to Thailand and we booked this hotel as a treat to end our trip given it's 5 star status. We were left very disappointed... The lobby is lovely and is indicative of a high end hotel but that's where it ended unfortunately. The rooms are 3 star at best. We had booked a room with a balcony specifically but the initial room we were given didn't have one. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room with a balcony, however the balcony was surrounded by fans so we had limited views. We were offered another room on our second day with a better balcony but the room itself was smaller so we opted to stay where we were. From what we could see, none of the balconies are great so I would avoid paying the extra for rooms with them. The pool is cold and in need of some work, the grout is coming away in many areas creating sharp edges in spots. Also not 5 star quality. Breakfast was the nicest setup and offering we had seen in Thailand.

JJ.A.S.PThis is a fun and quirky place to stay. Clean and tidy with excellent customer service. We were in the 2nd floor and our balcony did not have a view, but this did not bother us as we were either outside or just chilling indoors. The lobby are and the rooftop bar and restaurant is a vibe on its own. I had a mocktail (mango colado - did not like it) and mago sticky rice (this I loved). If you are wanting to go for a swim or do laundry please note this is in the building next to the 7/11 about 3mins away from the hotel. The swim/sauna is free entry, while the selfservice washing is 20bhat, and drying is 10bhat for 7 minutes. Depending on your load you may need to put more coins in until it dries. Please note it would have been nice if ghere was a clothes hanger in the balcony, with the heat the clothes can dry easily. I also loved that we can grab order our food - so if you are on a budget and cannot afford the restaurant food (it is not that expensive though) you can look for more options on grab. However please note you will have to pin the hotel location to the front entrance as it defaults to the back entrance. The MRT is about a 8min walk from the hotel, we struggled getting their the first day but after that it was easy enough changing from MRT to BTS....we ordered grab on days that was too hot and we did not feel like walking. Please note the MRT and BTS are cheaper when you travel longer distances. Overall great place to stay. Clean rooms, helfull people and a wonderful experience.

HHsieh MaureenThe front officer is nice and helpful, location is great. The room is not what I see in the picture, quitt old, the toilet floor is a bit damaged, the towel is old. The breakfast need also an improvement, I feel like eating left over food. The jam and bread was sitting under the sun which I have a concern on it. And the staff didn mention I can order the fried eggs until the last day I ask them. I have to go out find a breakfast place on the next day. I stayed there few years ago which think was good but this time is quite disappointing, specially on my wedding anniversary.

Downside, lots of construction works, so one side of the building is very noisy, itā€™s also right by the pool so you wouldnā€™t really want to use the pool and be able to relax. Location is okay, easy to Grab/Bolt everywhere, or 15 min walk to the MRT (the also offer a free shuttle there). We stayed there twice, would stay again.

CCHWAY MATEThe facilities were a bit old, and there was a constant sewer smell, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. This time, we booked a two-bedroom family suite, which had excellent soundproofing. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans. The pool was large and beautiful, and the changing room was also spacious with a big bathtub šŸ›. We also took the kids to the small playground in B City. The location is great, and overall, I'm very satisfied. I'll choose this place again next time.
