Quite near to BTS and also they provide free shuttle rides to nearest stations and shopping center. Very clean room and nice service and having a coffee break at cafe by walking distance

Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, this did not feel like a 4-star hotel experience. The room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. We also had a strong sewage smell in the room that remained for hours even after reporting it, and the bedding had visible stains. Breakfast was very hot and noisy despite the restaurant having air conditioning, as the space is largely open. Service was also disappointing - we had to ask repeatedly for help with our luggage upon arrival, and nobody assisted us when leaving with our five suitcases. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort and service were far below what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Would not stay again.

I originally booked for 4 days, but ended up extending my stay to 6 days because I was really happy with everything. The room was clean, quiet, and super comfortable to relax in. Even the corridors were well-maintained and clean. The decorations were really cute, and I loved the small details—like the toiletries with little messages on them. Even the mugs were adorable, I liked them so much I actually bought one 😄 There was also space to hang clothes, and you can borrow an iron, which was really convenient. The staff were friendly and always helpful throughout my stay. The only small downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the train station, so it might not be the most convenient for elderly guests. But location-wise, it’s still great—there are plenty of 7-Elevens nearby, and even a wet market, so it’s easy to find everything you need. Overall, I had a really satisfying 6-day stay and would definitely come back again next time 💛

This hotel was average overall. Not very good, not very bad. It was big enough to take a rest for two of us. But water was flooding in the bathroom and even after we told them. It didn’t get better at all.

This hotel has a cleanliness rating of over 8 on trip.com, but that’s completely false. Everything else about this hotel for its price is satisfactory, but the bedsheets are simply horrendous. It is stained with weird liquids (most likely body fluids) and old. Upon check in, we immediately noticed stains on our blankets and asked for it to be changed. We came back with new blankets but they’re also stained. When lifting up the blanket, the bedsheets has yellow stains and dark brown marks. This was a horrible experience for anyone who wants a clean hotel. When checking out, the hotel seems to not take the cleanliness matter as serious as I’d hoped. Even after requesting clean sheets, with pictures, the issues wasn’t fixed. Try another hotel.
