"We loved our stay here! It’s new, so they still have some things to resolve, but it was a nice hotel with a great breakfast. I wish they had an ATM and that the pool opened earlier or stayed open later. I also received an email saying I had a negative balance, but then the receptionist told me my balance was zero..wish there was more accuracy there. 👍"

"Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments. The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction to the hotel facilities- we were simply told to find all information in the app. The room itself was very noisy due to constant traffic from buses and service vehicles outside the windows. A request to change the room was declined, and the receptionist even mentioned that my Gold status meant nothing for this booking. Housekeeping also skipped our room twice, despite the sign on the door requesting service. On the positive side, the food quality was generally good, and the entertainment program was decent, though not outstanding. It was surprising that the bars did not provide a clear drinks menu of what could be ordered. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the beach, which is almost nonexistent. The highlights were the wonderful Kids’ Club staff and the generally friendly hotel personnel, although some bartenders and reception staff were less welcoming. The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its modern appearance and some great staff members, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, communication, and beach access would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"This hotel offers great value for money, perfect for staying in the city and touring around. It was convenient having a supermarket on the ground floor and a shopping mall just across the street. Especially, the Starbucks right across the street was a big plus. There aren't many downsides, but the shower pressure was quite weak, and the windows don't open."

"The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice. The overall experience is not to the same standard as other Hilton hotels.  The rooms were big, nicely decorated and clean but there was a distinct smell of cigarettes from previous guests which was not pleasant. We asked for a coffee and pastry for breakfast but were only allowed to have these if we paid for the expensive buffet which was not great value( USD20 /person). The shuttle was very disappointing..I  booked it a week in advance and had to chase for a confirmation.   I received a message to WhatsApp the driver when I arrived in the terminal which I did from the baggage hall. I was given directions to find the shuttle bus ( in a pickup area of more then 50 minibuses!). It left before I could find it and I then had to wait 30 minutes for it to return, for what is essentially a 5 minute journey. It would be much more professional if the driver held up a sign with the guests name, as other hotels of a similar Hotel standard did. If the Hilton were to rectify the issues above, then I believe it would be good value for money."

"I love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences. What I liked: Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options. What I didn’t like: Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly. Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place. When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that. The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind."

"A truly beautiful hotel with stunning white sand beaches, absolutely breathtaking. The service was excellent too. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's still great."

"I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in. My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Cancun!"

The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. "It feels like a four-star level. Although it is all-inclusive, the drinks are not good, and there is no better restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool is full and noisy, and there is no leisure atmosphere. There was still hair in the bathtub that people lived in before. The taxi can't stop at the front desk, so I have to pull the box and walk to the back floor. About Cancun: But it's not the hotel's fault, the whole Cancun revealed such an impetuous atmosphere. Taxi is expensive. Not my kind of place."

"We have been staying at this hotel for many years as a family and we absolutely love it. Super clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great location. The hotel is located within a little bay next to Punta Nizuc that shields the shore from strong ocean currents, so the ocean is calmer. The hotel has access to the lagoon AND the ocean, so you have view to the water on either side of the hotel. The beach was clean and there is a little reef where you can see tropical fish. Super chill and friendly vibe ＜3"
