"We have been staying at this hotel for many years as a family and we absolutely love it. Super clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great location. The hotel is located within a little bay next to Punta Nizuc that shields the shore from strong ocean currents, so the ocean is calmer. The hotel has access to the lagoon AND the ocean, so you have view to the water on either side of the hotel. The beach was clean and there is a little reef where you can see tropical fish. Super chill and friendly vibe ＜3"

"The hotel staff were all incredibly kind, and both the room and facilities were spotless. The food at the poolside bar and other snack spots within the hotel wasn't exceptional (for example, the matcha latte I ordered had no matcha flavor at all), but it varied, and the convenience of being able to order something anytime I wanted to eat or drink outweighed any minor disappointments. I made a reservation at the steak restaurant for dinner, and the appetizer salad and soup were much larger than I expected. I felt bad about not being able to finish them, so I'd recommend that those who eat light inquire about portion sizes beforehand. The room service menu was also extensive, and I found myself wishing I could have tried more. While it's not a beachfront hotel, meaning you have to take a shuttle bus to the private beach, and thus not ideal for those who want the ocean right outside their door, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "I love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences. What I liked: Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options. What I didn’t like: Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly. Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place. When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that. The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind."

"Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again."

"The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice. The overall experience is not to the same standard as other Hilton hotels.  The rooms were big, nicely decorated and clean but there was a distinct smell of cigarettes from previous guests which was not pleasant. We asked for a coffee and pastry for breakfast but were only allowed to have these if we paid for the expensive buffet which was not great value( USD20 /person). The shuttle was very disappointing..I  booked it a week in advance and had to chase for a confirmation.   I received a message to WhatsApp the driver when I arrived in the terminal which I did from the baggage hall. I was given directions to find the shuttle bus ( in a pickup area of more then 50 minibuses!). It left before I could find it and I then had to wait 30 minutes for it to return, for what is essentially a 5 minute journey. It would be much more professional if the driver held up a sign with the guests name, as other hotels of a similar Hotel standard did. If the Hilton were to rectify the issues above, then I believe it would be good value for money."

"To sum up the hotel in one sentence: My family has a great business, so don’t be dissatisfied with the details. And the price is not expensive in the all-inclusive package, so I didn’t expect too much. The price is pretty good. Room: The soundproofing is very poor and very trendy (not sure if all seaside all-inclusives are like this?) The bed and room are large, and the view is great. There are toiletries. The phone is broken😅 You can use the mobile app to order food in the room. Drinks: You can drink whatever you want. There are many bars and mobile bartenders, but the drinks are all too sweet. Maybe I’m not good at ordering... food: Those who like good food are advised to give up. The food is mediocre. I tried Asian and Italian restaurants in 4 restaurants. You must rush in as soon as 6 o'clock starts, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time to be seated. There is no reservation system. The food looks good in photos but tastes ordinary, basically lukewarm/cold. There are not enough waiters! ! There is a sense that they want to serve the guests well but are unable to do so. . . The food is served very slowly! Serve: The waiters are very enthusiastic and none of them are impatient. The cleaning staff doesn't speak English, but everyone else can more or less speak English. The Wi-Fi is not bad, and the browsing experience goes smoothly when going to the beach and occasionally cuts out. There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, but the rooms and restaurants have adequate air conditioning. Beach scenery: The first row of beach chairs is hard to get, and there are many chairs on the beach behind. There is no large open beach on the beach, but the beach next door is very beautiful. You can walk there and rub it. The water is still very jelly blue and warm, and the sky is unobstructed. Watching the sunset is beautiful! Activity: There are group singing, playing cards in the swimming pool, and Spanish classes. You have to play with other foreigners. The club is afraid of asking you to quit. There is a small entertainment room for children, with slides and so on. There are outsourced people waiting on the beach to take orders: paid activities in the hotel, riding motorcycles on the sea, and towing parachutes on boats🪂 There are also projects that promote activities outside acua world: jungle tour, snorkeling (snorkeling), oxygen bottle diving There are several swimming pools which are pretty good"

"Spacious and clean room. During our stay the whole block was out of electricity but both Roy and Fernanda have been absolutely amazing and couldn’t do more for us. Thank you very much to all the reception staff too very helpful. Highly recommended"

"The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay."

"This hotel was NOT a good choice. It was pleasantly quiet only because it only offered a place to sleep. There was nothing there except a bar and a small pool. We had to go to the adjoining hotel to eat or for any entertainment. We paid for a premier ocean front room and were told that Trip.com sold us a reservation for a room that was not available. We were put in a room overlooking the parking lot, street, and lagoon. They later moved us to another room considered “ocean view” that has a window overlooking the water. The bathroom was so small that there was no room on the tiny vanity to put anything so there was a small ladder in-the corner to put our toiletries on. There was only one lightbulb in the bathroom …in the ceiling. Even though the hotel photos showed a makeup mirror and large vanity with a shelf, we did not have either. The unlighted shower had no shelf and had a shower curtain that did not contain the water so the bathmat and floor were always wet. We had to go over to a window to have any light. There was a small useless desk in the room with no lamp or plug. The bathrooms in the llobby or around the pool were always dirty with un flushed toilets and wet floors. Several times there was no toilet paper, except on the floor. The food choices were very limited. We could only go to the a la carte restaurants 3 times … all other meals had to be in the buffet which was in the other hotel. The food there was always cold and worse than fast food…. Probably the worst food we’d had in Mexico in the last 20 yrs of coming here. Looked the same every day. You had to give the hostess your room number and wait to be seated. I guess they wanted to make sure you only came in one time. At one point, after the hostess seated us in the buffet area, a manager came over to our table to tell my husband that we were in the wrong place and needed to move! Not sure why that happened and we were NOT happy about the scene that was created. I found the hostess and told her what occurred . She got the manager and I asked her why she singled us out about where we were sitting. She had no explanation ! The whole experience at this hotel was unpleasant. I would NOT recommend it to anyone . There are much nicer places in Csncun with much better food and accommodations."
