Every time I look back on my holi, I think of the hotel and how much I enjoyed staying here, & that I’m so glad we did as at first we weren’t sure as it’s not adults only. I remember the lovely scent when you walk in, cleanliness 10/10, interior is goals, my favourite was lunch time as there’s different food trucks from tacos, burger & chips, ceviche… Some days in the lobby they’ll also put out selection of biscuits/sweet treats to have with a hot drink. The breakfast buffet also amazing!!! I miss having their freshly cooked omelettes & the hashbrowns. They even have an ice cream bar. Quite honestly just enjoyed myself eating. We stumbled across a show once in the hotel as were waiting for a dinner table, took us by surprise as it was so good the entertainers.
Located at Cancun International Airport, we are just outside Terminal 2. We’re five minutes from Highway 307, with easy access to Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. Our hotel is 30 minutes from downtown, the hotel zone, and Isla Mujeres ferry.
We have an on-site restaurant and bar, plus a panoramic terrace and outdoor pool.

Exceeded our expectations !!!! Amazing new hotel across the street from the airport . We booked four rooms for one night, as we had an early morning flight and had been in Isla Mujeres for a family trip . First and most important, the hotel was very clean. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. They even gave us vouchers for complimentary cocktails in the hotel bar. We had dinner at the restaurant on site . The fish tacos were the best that we had eaten on our 12 day trip . The room was cold , the bed comfortable and the shower hot . There were complimentary bottles of water in the room . The hotel also offers room service, which some of our group opted for . Unfortunately , we did not take advantage of the large pool area on the 3rd floor, but it did look inviting ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations close to the airport . The shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24 hours a day .

The experience was very bad. The front desk check-in was done without a smile, as if I owed her money. When I encountered some problems, the front desk manager or supervisor came out to answer them, and they were the same, with a stern face and very rude. There was a fire alarm at night, and many guests evacuated from the emergency passage. In the end, we asked the restaurant staff ourselves, and they said that someone might have smoked in the room and triggered the alarm system. What an understatement. During the whole process, no employee came forward, which was simply amazing. What should I do if this is a real fire? Is this the fire evacuation plan for a five-star hotel? I have chosen W Hotel N times. In my opinion, the service of this W Hotel in Cancun is only at the three-star level. Be careful if you want to stay here. Except for the beautiful sea view, everything else is not beautiful 😂.

Most attentive hotel ever. Classy, clean and above excellence. This was our first experience and a life lasting one. We had couples massage and enjoyed the luxury experience through out our stay. We were here during the huracane. We were well cared for. They pulled out a projector with a movie and even supplied popcorn for us. The next day lots of board games. I'm not use to a shut in during our vacation, but the Waldarf made sure we were not ignored. I remember a had problems with the mosquitos and my waiter quietly came back with mosquito repellent. Who does that? The Waldarf does. Lol. The cleanliness is top niche. It was very quiet and relaxing. Shout out to our bellman Lumi. Very kind and attentive.

Haven’s beaches, location, and staff were amazing. Considering the price, we expected to not have the typical watered down alcohol/ meh food all inclusive experience, which unfortunately proved to be the case. You couldn’t get a buzz from the drinks unless you were injecting it straight into your veins. The only great restaurant was the Italian one. The coffee shop was also fantastic. The pools were beautiful, and there were always beach and pool beds available. The staff are very warm and friendly. Our jacuzzi never worked correctly and it turned out that you had to turn on the outside lights to get it to work, which we were never told. The nightly activities and the club are a bit cheesy, but the staff is doing the best they can. Big shoutouts to Pamela, Alfredo, Eli, and John, who were absolutely too notch staff. The rooms are beautiful and the rain shower is amazing! I think the overall value for experience is overpriced based on the food and beverages.

As we all know we have many places to choose from when it comes to Cancun. I’m from Texas and go at least twice a year! This place has a lot of false advertisement. I had gotten the vip package. Which is far from that. VIP check in was closed! So stand in reg. Long check in lines. Got upgraded to a bigger room. But for blood stain floors in the steps near the huge unsanitary unsafe tub. So slippery. See pic below. Asked to switch rooms. They said they’ll get someone to clean it. Didn’t for 5 days I stayed. They have 3 hotels. Okay. But if you’re not an “Diamond member” you can’t get a cart and take forever waiting for one. There was more maintenance cart than running on for guests. Also this really bother me. I got on one late after a show and It was busy. They wouldn’t allow 4 Asians to a seat with kids . Yet the 4 white people could?!!?! He said it was unsafe. Only 3. Sir there’s still 4 people in the back end. He wouldn’t take off till the Asians got off. But yet it was okay for the white people to stay on than drive off. I sat on this ride and told him. He didn’t care. Very rude. Also not all the rides work. The wave pool never worked the whole time. And all the food taste the same. Just places in different restaurants!! Oh the spa they raised all the spa to $350 a 60mins massage. In the U.S. it’s $150. They do this so they can get the 15% tax and but you get a credit for spa for $350 so it’s free. But pay taxes. Or go to timeshare breakfast for $500 spa again and pay $100 taxes on that. So on the way out they say they don’t allow Uber. They call taxi for you. They gave me a run down taxi with horrible smell the guy didn’t speak English. I asked for pricing with the bell guy he said $35. The driver could work is translator started driving off. Than when I got to the airport he said $55. I pulled up my Uber for that shittttty type of car it’s $10 on Uber. Uber black was $50. Why would i give you that. No way. I didn’t come to this beautiful country to get scam. Do better Mexico. I would never go back here again if they paid me!! Will be posting this and telling all my clients. Friends and everyone I can! This place is HORRIBLE!!! Only one useful was Kevin and Andres.

I don't understand the reviews I read...
I booked this hotel at the last minute following an adventure, the room is clean, affordable, spacious. Inside a coffee maker, water, and a kit to take care of yourself. The bathroom is beautiful, the shower is spacious too.
As for breakfast, it is an unlimited savory and sweet buffet, of good quality, varied, and the service is smiling and pleasant.
At the reception, the welcome is a little colder but very courteous (there is a lot of traffic).
As for the shuttle, there are times to benefit from it, just organize in advance with reception, and everything will go as smoothly as possible. (There are timetables to respect)
I'm on the shuttle bus at the airport right now.
I'll be back

We were a family of 10 ranging from 11 months to 78 and all had a great time. It is a vibrant and bouncy hotel , we had three bedrooms in the Hideaway and two in family side, each one was beautifully furnished, great beds, jacuzzi bath, large 2 shower room separate loo. Food in every restaurant was first class, buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was better than alot of hotels we have stayed in. Grandson had 30th birthday party for which we hired a room it was great couldn't do enough for us. Room service was free and didn't have to wait an age for it to arrive. We have all decided to return maybe even next year it was that good. Of course we will book through My kinda travel as usual like being in the safe hands of Daniel and Stephanie

Everyone at the resort is so nice! Biggest kudos to Ceasar on the Vibe Team who made us feel like we were part of his family. He made our trip and is so good at his job and entertaining the guests! The vibe team was incredible in getting everyone involved and they always remembered our names! David and Goretti were also so welcoming and fun! We left with friendships and memories that will last a lifetime! Alberto in the Hideaway guest services makes the best drinks! If you like a chilled shot, he will hook you up! When we first arrived we did not get a king bed as requested for our anniversary celebration but management was attentive and was able to upgrade our room a day later. It was a beautiful view! We always felt celebrated when telling the restaurant waiters it was our Anniversary! They surprised us with cake!

Excellent
GGuest UserFrom first glance the place looks nice and the rooms had very large incredibly comfortable bed, this is where the positive feedback ends unfortunately. Let me begin with the towels. After coming out of the shower I opened up what appeared to be a clean folded towel and low a behold a large brown skid mark or blood stain the size of an average sized forearm was on it. I complained at reception and asked for a new towel but nobody apologised or offered to take away the old towel from our room which seemed a bit odd. Secondly I was over charged on a taxi ride to town and discovered this after paying the driver cash and noticing the driver enter the hotel to hand over commission to the receptionist after they both thought I left in the lift to my room. After I got into the lift I immediately forgot to ask the receptionist for a plate and fork and witnessed this very popular “tourist taxi hustle” which I’ve had enough of duration my stay in Mexico. Secondly the hotel food was on the same par as economy class on board food 15 years ago. The rooms don’t have robes or slippers either and the floors are made of wood so the comfort level lacks a little bit for the price. The flies and mosquitoes were throughout the entire hotel and this began to be very annoying especially when trying to relax in any location throughout the hotel. The cleanliness of the place is below average and this is the finally key point for us. Luckily we only stayed for 2 nights due to Kiwi.com not paying Swiss International and we missed our flights. I high recommend not staying here especially if you’re a couple wanting a relaxing escape. It fitted the purpose for 2 nights only! I highly recommend anyone to go stay in Cozumel and hire an AirBnB. We stayed for 5 months and it’s worth every min. We still love Mexico.
NNirav JivanBest hostel! I really enjoyed the environment of it, super clean and it has a vintage concept. The breakfast could be slightly better but overall can’t complain. And it is on the opposite side of a beach, in 2 mins foot you are there :) couldn’t ask for more

VVillitaHotel nearby the airport around 10 min drive.
There’s a free shuttle to hotel, unfortunately the pick up from airport is very poorly organized and executed (I requested the hotel to notify me on the schedules and where should I take the shuttle but nobody reply) I found it by chance :/…
The check in took around 90 minutes (no kidding) but guess it was an extraordinary situation.. good if you must stay overnight for a transit or want to be near airport.
Breakfast not bad and room pretty basic.
JJohn KThe facilities and ambience is fabulous. The room, King Bed, A/c, lighting and bathrooms were comfortable and appropriate. The Lobby, foyer and common areas were tastefully decorated to give the ultimate feel of a classy Villa. The breakfast was good and adequate. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Especially, Ernesto, Adrian, David and Michel. Only drawback, in my opinion, is the location. There is nothing in the neighbourhood to shop, convenience stores, cafes or restaurants. One must have a car. Uber is nonexistent after 9 pm. If you go anywhere like Huayacan Avenue, you could be stuck for a ride back. We were in that situation where neither the restaurant or Villa Palmeras staff could help. We felt stranded! Luckily a restaurant patron was able to reach out to someone who sent a vehicle that got us back sn hour snd half later.
We booked a penthouse room with a pool and were super excited based on the photos and reviews we had seen online. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. Firstly, the hotel is located in a shopping center ***** with a shared parking lot, which was unexpected. The check-in experience was underwhelming; the staff seemed preoccupied and almost annoyed by our presence. They spoke only to my partner, who is a native Spanish speaker, and largely ignored me, despite advertising as a bilingual facility. Upon receiving our keycard, we found it did not unlock the room. We turned back to go to the reception are, only to be informed that we needed a different room, with no explanation given. The new room was a few doors down and initially seemed okay but was very dark and had an uninspiring view of construction and rooftops of local housing. The private plunge pool was on a second level, accessed by a winding staircase which had cracks and missing chunks from some of the steps. The pool area itself was in poor condition: chairs without cushions, a loose floor board with a hole, and neglected plants. The pool water was dirty with debris, making it unusable. Inside the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke (we did not request a smoking room). The pillowcase had stains that looked like dead bug guts, and the bathroom towel had a clump of shaved hair prominently placed on it—which was revolting. When we reported this to the staff, the manager appeared indifferent but promised clean towels and a thorough room check. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, where the shrimp tacos were editable but fried, despite the menu not indicating this. The main guest pool water was somewhat cloudy and had visible debris, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned recently. Returning to our room, the cigarette smoke smell persisted. Further inspection revealed a clump of long, dark hair in the shower, entangled with what appeared to be a used tampon. That was the final straw. We left immediately and requested a refund, which, to their credit, was processed without issue.
Our experiences at Sunrise was unbelievable. Our bartenders Gaspar, Antonio, Eddy were completely amazing. They took very good care of us. We had some great conversations with them, were extremely personable and always had a smile on their face day in. We have been going to Sunrise for the past five years and always enjoy running into the same bartenders/workers whom we see year after year. These bartenders are the best and looking forward to seeing them again next year.
MMejiaPabloA lot of luxury, very cool, there is no parking, you leave your car on the street, the dishes were not washed well, the use of the sailboat is free, but they charge you 200 pesos for environmental tax and they give you a bracelet that says it is 58 pesos because of this tax and they don't give bracelets to everyone, someone does business there, then the rivers say in the ads that they close at 7, but the staff takes you out at 6, and the main attraction of the water park is still useless. So I would return, the food in the Brazilian restaurant is very good, better than in the oriental one, which is the only one you have to reserve.
FFrancisco CancinoOur room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.
