Very special hotel immersed in the Mayan reserve. Comfortable and sufficiently spacious rooms. Very good breakfast, not varied. Overall I would recommend it for a short stay

The hotel is very new, it just opened last year, and there are not many guests, which just meets our need for quietness. The location is not in the traditional hotel area, it is a bit to the south of the hotel area, relatively more private and quieter, but not far from the airport. Every corner of the hotel reveals the texture, the room is very spacious, the decoration is relatively modern, and it looks very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and there is a tub on the balcony. The beach is okay, not the whitest and most delicate one. The restaurants in the hotel are delicious 😋 the seafood is fresh, and the brunch is also delicious.

I’d say this is the best hostel in my entire solo trip this year. More spacious rooms and location is just perfect. U can also book breakfast to save on money. They have a bunch of activities but unfortunately I didn’t join in. Had a busy schedule. Don’t hesitate to check it out if u r in Cancun

The hotel is located in a different area, far from the hotel district of Cancun. There are no shopping malls or streets nearby, and no parties at night, so the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, suitable for those who want to stay at the hotel all day for a relaxing vacation. All the hotel staff were very polite, hospitable, and welcoming! The hotel was recently renovated, and the facilities are very new. The rooms are large, especially the bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortably designed! Although the hotel only has three restaurants, the food in all of them is of very high quality! The only downside was that there was a lot of seaweed on the beach when I checked in, so the water wasn't very clear.

A lot of luxury, very cool, there is no parking, you leave your car on the street, the dishes were not washed well, the use of the sailboat is free, but they charge you 200 pesos for environmental tax and they give you a bracelet that says it is 58 pesos because of this tax and they don't give bracelets to everyone, someone does business there, then the rivers say in the ads that they close at 7, but the staff takes you out at 6, and the main attraction of the water park is still useless. So I would return, the food in the Brazilian restaurant is very good, better than in the oriental one, which is the only one you have to reserve.
