"The location is really convenient, with easy access to Ximen Station and Ximending. However, my stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped. There was some refurbishment going on, and I could also hear quite a lot of noise from the room next door. The bed was clean but the pillows were very flat and looked quite old, with some yellowing. One of the bath towels had a hole in it. The mattress had sunk in the middle, so I did not sleep very well. The staff were also not particularly friendly, and some of them spoke quite abruptly. I understand that the hotel is very busy and has many guests, but overall, the experience was okay. To be fair, I chose the hotel mainly because of the price, so perhaps I should not have expected too much."

"We booked 2 units 4pax rooms as we are family with 5 young adults,great that our rooms are next to each other. For a room with 2 double beds for 4pax is just fit. However, it is very cramped with 4 luggages. Thanks for big wet bathroom & dry washroom. Cleanliness need to be improved. There are TV, Fridge, kettle & hair dryer in room. Hot & water dispenser is next to lift. There is loundry area too."

"I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Check-in was efficient and professional, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. My room was spotless and bright, with a wonderfully comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation and excellent attention to detail. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'd highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers and will definitely choose it again on my next visit!"

"Great location. You can basically go anywhere from here. AirPort Express train, metro all under one roof. Behind hotel have lots of eatery, shopping and massage parlour. Walking distance to xi Meng ding. Rooms is spacious and clean. Received small gifts on my birthday. Will stay here again if going to Taipei."

"The hotel's location is great, not far from Taipei Main Station, making transportation very convenient. It's also just a seven or eight-minute walk to Ningxia Night Market. However, for some reason, the lights in the executive room were difficult to turn off; I had to try multiple times. The cleanliness was quite good. The front desk staff were also nice; they told us that because of the high floor, the water pressure might be slow to build up, so we should run the water for a few extra minutes before showering. But when we used it, the water heated up quickly, no problem at all."

"This review is for the windowless Standard Double Room. Excellent location, clean rooms, and accommodating staff. The hotel is located in the heart of the Ximending shopping district and is only a 2-minute walk from Ximen MRT Station. The room was very spacious for a solo traveller and generally clean, with only a small amount of staining on the walls. Daily housekeeping is provided, with towels and bottled water replenished each day. The toilet is equipped with a bidet, shampoo, and body wash (though toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other grooming amenities are not provided). The hotel also offers complimentary 24H snacks, soda, and coffee at the lobby, along with a water dispenser with 3 temperature settings. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The main downside is that the hotel occupies the 12th and 13th floors of building shared with a cinema, restaurants, and retail stores on the lower floors. Although there are three elevators, queues can form during peak periods. I recall waiting approximately 10 minutes for a lift at around 6:45pm on a Friday. The bathroom door does not have a lock, which may be something to consider if you are travelling with friends."

"Pros: - Location near Beimen station exit 3🟢 (3-5 mins walk) and Taipei Main station exit Y27🔴 (3-5 mins walk to gate + 12-15 mins walk to station) - 7-11 is right beside the hotel, and Family Mart is opposite the hotel - Laundry service is provided with reasonable price, collect within the same day - Can order pineapple tarts (and other souvenirs) from hotel, no need to buy outside and carry it back - Cleanliness is satisfying, nothing to complain - Slippers are provided, but is disposable and very thin Cons: - Room is small, can barely open two 24” luggages, but need to be folded if you want to walk around - Lightning is dim even after turning on all the lights in the room - Toilet is fragile, cannot throw anything into the toilet bowl including toilet paper - Bathroom is small and no hooks for holding clothes Tips: If you are going to Taoyuan Airport, enter via Taipei City Mall exit Y24, not Taipei Main Station exit Y27 (closed in early morning around 5am). If it is open, you still need to walk 12-15 mins to reach the express train station. For those who from Taoyuan Airport, might exit via Taipei City Mall exit Y24 as well, near the gate right after tapping the card."

"Unfortunately, two full days of our stay were declared typhoon holidays, so we couldn’t go out to explore the city. Thankfully, the hotel has a cozy lounge on the 5th floor that offers complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea from 1:00 p.m. until midnight. It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind instead of staying in our room all day. We also really enjoyed the daily breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of food and was consistently excellent. Take the Exit X5 elevator to reach the hotel."

"The property is near ximending area. I like it because the view is great from the buffet area where we had our daily breakfast, they always clean our room and the bed is comfortable. Will consider staying in this place when we visit taipei again. 😍"

When I checked in, the front desk staff were very warm and professional. They not only processed everything efficiently but also proactively offered recommendations for local specialty foods and transportation routes, which made me feel very welcome."
