The Taipei Garden Hotel (Taibei Huayuan Dajiudian) is a 5-star hotel just five minutes' walk from the Xiaonanmen and Ximen Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations and a five-minute drive from the Taipei Train Station. Also easily accessible are Taipei tourist attractions like the Presidential Office Building, Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall and Longshan Temple.Accommodations in this Taipei hotel are equipped with a variety of amenities including satellite TVs and electric kettles. The Chinese restaurant Jade serves Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Ningbo cuisines. Japanese food lovers can head to the on-site Hanazono. Additionally, guests may enjoy Western items off the buffet at the La Fusion or hand-made desserts and breads at the La Fusion Bakery. This Taipei hotel's function halls are appointed with advanced audiovisual equipment and suitable for organizing events like conferences and banquets. After a day of travel, guests may get pampered in the spa. They may also pay a visit to the La Fusion Bar to have a drink while chatting with new friends.

"I particularly enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to ximending and the MRT station, the cleaning service was excellent and the environment was clean. One thing is that the gym was a bit unmaintained and had rusty equipments, everything else was perfect other than that! I particularly liked the bathtub and the comfy beds. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to travellers who are looking for a comfy stay near the dazzling ximending!"

The hotel is located in the Beitou area, and is designed in the spirit of the Lanting preface, "The Flow of Water", with "Taisho Romance" as the main axis. The hotel is equipped with a white sulfur hot spring suite, a Nikkei hot spring bath, a wine cafe "Musk" and a "Traveler's Study" focusing on food, travel and video.

"Very old hotel with vintage furnishings. Breakfast is beautifully done however I wish they stew the chix well instead I felt it is like a fried chix pour over with tomato puree. Thermal spring bath is big enough for 2 persons. Wish they put a stool for sitting when showering as water can splash over to the tub. 15mins walk to the center of the town as where most of the restaurants are located."

I was truly blown away by my stay at the Humble House Taipei, Curio Collection by Hilton! Giving it a 5-star rating feels like an understatement. 💯 📍 **[Amazing Location]** The transportation is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of a bustling area. Exploring and enjoying food and drinks couldn't be better! The city views from the window are also stunning – every photo looks like it's from a magazine. 🏙️ 🌟 **[Surprising Details]** Even though it's an established hotel that's been open for over a decade, the facilities are maintained as if they were brand new! From the lobby to the rooms, you can feel the designer's thoughtful touches everywhere. You'll want to take pictures constantly! The amenities are also high-quality – truly befitting a five-star hotel! 💁 **[Excellent Service]** The staff are incredibly attentive and quickly resolve any issues. We even received welcome drinks upon check-in, which instantly made us feel valued and special! 📌 **[Practical Tips]** 1. Definitely choose a high-floor room – the night view is absolutely breathtaking! 2. The bedding is super comfortable; even light sleepers can fall asleep instantly. 3. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities aren't outdated. Stay with confidence! 4. There are tons of great food options nearby, so I recommend coming hungry! haha All in all, I highly recommend this place! The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taipei! 🥰 #CtripRanking #BlackDiamondReviewer #InvitedReviewer

Facilities: As it's a relatively new hotel, all the facilities are very new and clean. The only downside is that the shower door's waterproof strip was faulty, so every time I showered, water leaked out and wet the bathroom floor. I had to use many towels to soak up the water, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be high-end; such a small detail should not be an issue. Hygiene: As mentioned, the hygiene was excellent, which is expected from a new hotel. The housekeeping staff did an acceptable job. Ambiance: I particularly loved the decor; it's simple yet luxurious, modern yet refined, showing a great sense of style. Service: As an experienced traveler, I believe the service doesn't match a hotel that claims to be the top luxury hotel in Taipei. While the local Taiwanese staff are professional with their smiles and greetings, there's no warmth. You feel a coldness behind their smiles and enthusiasm. Dining: Overall, the dining was quite disappointing. They have a lounge, which functions like an executive lounge, but all the food was very ordinary. The drinks were excellent, but breakfast was also very average; the bread and food didn't live up to the hotel's luxurious decor. This was a major letdown. The breakfast and lounge food were far inferior to what you'd find at the Mandarin Oriental, which was quite disappointing. Summary: I've stayed in many hotels in Taiwan, including the Mandarin Oriental, Hyatt, and W. From a luxury, value-for-money, and service perspective, Cappella should not be ranked as Taipei's number one luxury hotel, for the following reasons: While the hardware is excellent, some details are lacking. As I mentioned, the bathroom's waterproof strip, and there was also a strange smell in the room, possibly due to the new renovation. These details need improvement to truly be considered Taipei's top luxury hotel. More importantly, the service needs work. Overall, the hotel should further strengthen its staff training on service to ensure guests genuinely feel their service is warm and thoughtful, rather than just professional. Only then will it live up to its luxury status and price. If you ask me to recommend this hotel, I have reservations. Given its reputation and price, it's not worth recommending. Perhaps if the value for money were better, it might be worth a try.

Overall, the stay was satisfying. The room quality, cleanliness, service attitude, and the delicate Japanese hospitality all demonstrated the standard expected of a five-star hotel. The only minor letdown was the somewhat underwhelming food selection in the executive lounge. During my stay, it was largely the same few dishes, lacking variety. The quality and sophistication didn't quite reflect the value expected of an executive floor, and it felt a bit perfunctory, missing any standout highlights. As an executive lounge in a five-star hotel, I believe that an improvement in dish rotation, ingredient quality, and plating details would enhance the guest experience and better meet guests' expectations for an executive lounge. Overall, it's still a quality hotel worth revisiting, and I look forward to seeing further improvements in the executive lounge in the future.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. Everything was five-star, and the experience was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Taipei Main Station.

Facilities: There's a 7-Eleven nearby and a FamilyMart right across the street, which is quite convenient overall. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, at least a 15-minute walk. The hotel can help call a taxi. Service: The service was good. On the first day, my room had a very strong perfume smell, which made me uncomfortable as soon as I entered. I immediately contacted the front desk to request a room change. After about a 10-minute wait, staff assisted me in successfully changing rooms! Throughout my stay, all my needs were met to my satisfaction! The hotel offers views of Songshan Airport and Taipei 101 on one side, and the Ferris wheel 🎡 on the other!

This 5-star 'wellness and healing' hot spring hotel is incredibly convenient, located just a 1-minute walk from Xinbeitou MRT Station across the street. It specializes in sulfur hot spring rooms, making it perfect for travelers looking for a high-quality, relaxing experience in Beitou. Guests of Hotel Royal Beitou can enjoy a leisurely and flavorful buffet breakfast at the exclusive restaurant, where the food quality is excellent and the ingredients are very fresh. Nearby, there are city attractions such as Beitou Hot Springs, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, and Beitou Public Library, all easily reachable on foot from the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my two-day sightseeing and relaxing trip to Beitou and will definitely stay at this hot spring hotel again on my next visit.

The hotel's interior decor is stunning, with a strong Japanese feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, featuring a private onsen and yukata. Plus, there are complimentary drinks and snacks. If you check in around 3 PM, you can enjoy a tea ceremony performance with free green tea and snacks. Breakfast offers a wide and delicious selection!

Location was 3 mins from the train station which takes you to most places and around the area there are lots of shops, restaurants and a market, it’s about 15 minutes walk from the popular food night market. The hotel also has a motel attached and we stayed in the motel which has its own car park. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was massive with Jacuzzi tub, steam shower and sofa. It’s a bit dark in the room itself and free bottles of water provided. The breakfast wasn’t great but doable if included in the price. Sound proof was good, never heard anyone and there was a big karaoke place next door. The room does need a bit of maintenance as you can see it’s a bit worn down and the only light comes from the bathroom but it’s opposite a residential building so can’t really have the curtains up if your not dressed. There’s no door to the bathroom only a curtain which I find a bit at strange. Staff was friendly and check in and check out went smoothly. I would recommend this place and would come back again for the big spa bathroom!
