Excellent hotel, great value for money, and it even has a washer and dryer! It's located right next to Shinkong Mitsukoshi, by exit Z4 of Taipei Main Station.

The location is very convenient. The best part is the air conditioning – it's on the ceiling so it doesn't blow directly on you, and the controls are flexible. The room is also very spacious. The best thing was that even though check-in was stated as 4:00 PM, we arrived early around 3:00 PM, and without us even asking, the front desk immediately checked us in.

The location is near the station, but it's quite a detour if you take the underground passage, making it hard to navigate the first time. The room lighting is extremely dim; I could barely see anything, which was really inconvenient. There's also a high step right as you enter the room, so be careful. The smoke detector light above my head stayed on all night. After sleeping, I woke up with itchy red rashes on my body.

The location is convenient, and check-in was a breeze. The only minor issue is the long wait for the elevator. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I always choose this hotel whenever I'm in Taipei. My only complaint is that they don't provide toothbrushes, so I had to go to a convenience store to buy one.
