Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk team provided incredibly warm and thoughtful service, making us feel like family. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We also received complimentary fruit upon arrival, a sweet treat at night, and a farewell gift when we left. The sea view room offered breathtaking views, with Erhai Lake right outside our window. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with smart features. The hotel's location is super convenient, right on the ecological corridor, perfect for snapping beautiful photos. It's also very quiet at night, making it an excellent choice for relaxing and unwinding on the west side of Dali. I've already secretly recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose Tingyun again next time I'm here. It truly deserves a five-star recommendation!

We stayed with Sister An at Dali Old City Sushe Boutique Inn for 4 nights. Her comfortable inn offered a fantastic mix of home and resort, providing a relaxing retreat after the busyness and urbanity of Kunming. Our 6-year-old daughter absolutely loved the property. The fish in the central pool, the cozy coffee shop lobby, the swinging pavilion across the glass bridge, and the upstairs mountain view deck kept her thoroughly entertained. Sister An’s inn was just perfect. Every morning started with a wonderful breakfast of eggs, tea eggs, free-flow coffee and tea, a variety of buns, millet porridge, and pickles. Furthermore, Sister An provided timely advice on transport, sightseeing, and local holidays. From the moment we booked a few days before our arrival, Sister An maintained constant communication via WeChat and a translation app to coordinate our arrival time. She even sent a complimentary driver to pick us up at the train station, which sat about a 30-minute drive from the hotel's central location in Dali Old Town. She also responded within minutes whenever we had a question throughout our stay. She is the true gem of this hotel. Some highlights of our stay included: The Public Areas: Excellent spaces, including the upstairs view decks. Convenient Amenities: Free washing facilities (essential for our month-long voyage with a party of four), a microwave, a mini-fridge, and ample closet space. The Suite Layout: The divided rooms gave our brother his own private space, complete with a sliding glass door, desk, and privacy curtain. The Bathroom: A powerful, beautifully hot shower with both handheld and rain options. Location & Value: An economical price for a very central location close to all the sights and restaurants of Dali Ancient Town. Bonus: Sister An whips up a very delicious latte! Because we ran out of time to do everything we wanted in Dali, we will definitely be back—and we will absolutely stay at this hotel again!

The bedding was soft, and the bathroom was dry and clean. Housekeeping did a thorough daily tidy-up, paying attention to every detail. The butler service was attentive and efficient, coordinating our itinerary in advance and responding promptly to requests, quickly resolving any needs. They even provided sweet soup and fresh fruit in the evening, adding a heartwarming touch. With its prime Erhai Lake view, it's perfect for both leisurely vacations and short-term stays. A highly recommended choice when visiting Dali.

The environment is clean and tidy, with a courtyard and a large terrace. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and can even be delivered to the room. When we went out without hats, we saw one at the front desk and asked the lady if we could borrow it. She immediately handed it to us! In the evening, there was also a delicious golden ear soup, which is quite suitable for girls. This is my second stay here. My first experience was great, and the environment was lovely, with four cats and a Border Collie. Because of that good experience, I chose this place again. This time, I didn't confirm my booking time early enough, so I had to book day by day, which meant changing rooms every day. However, on the second day, the front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded our room for the third day, saving us a lot of hassle! There was plenty of breakfast. As someone who doesn't usually like rice noodles, their minced meat rice noodles opened up a new world for me; they're still delicious 😋. Next time I'm in Dali, I'll definitely choose this place again. It's great value for money! The service is attentive and highly recommended! It's not noisy at night, and the soundproofing is good. They basically grant every request; when I asked if they had a thermometer, the staff immediately brought one up! So thoughtful ❤️. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. Had a great experience here, stayed for 5 days in Dali. The environment is top-notch, rooms are clean, and the location is fantastic – perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset. During the off-season, it was super easy to get a taxi to the ancient city and Cangshan Mountain. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off from the station, which was a huge relief. They also offered afternoon tea, 'goodnight' milk in the evenings, helped with luggage, and the cleaning staff even folded our clothes daily! Upon checkout, we even received flower cake souvenirs… truly a lot of heart put into their service.

Free parking outside the ancient city, the little brother will pick you up at the intersection. It's in the inner part near the sea. You can take pictures on the rooftop, which is good for physical strength. There is also breakfast in the morning, which is made by their local aunt, and it's super delicious rice noodles. Unlimited refills. It's also very convenient to go out in the town. When you walk out, you will see Yang Liping's Sun Palace, and on the other side is Nanzhao Fengqing Island.

Returning to Dali from Jizu Mountain, I temporarily chose to stay at Jinsuo Island. I have been to Dali many times, and this is my first time on the island. This hotel is indeed the most satisfactory one. The room has an unbeatable sea view. You can see the sea and the sunrise while lying on the bed. The facilities are very smart and the hygiene is also very clean. Super cost-effective! The breakfast in the sea view restaurant is also a little surprise.

I even made new friends, new international friends! I plan to stay here every time I visit Dali!

Nestled in Shuanglang Ancient Town beside Erhai Lake, this beautiful hotel's location was a pleasant surprise. Situated on Yuji Island, you can enjoy the shimmering waters of Erhai Lake from a lounge chair on the terrace – a tranquil oasis right at your doorstep. The owner was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the hotel is filled with thoughtfully designed gardens and charming details, including a rooftop terrace perfect for photos! Beautiful scenery, the vibrant colors of Yunnan! Thank you to the butler for the attentive service! This is my first review on Ctrip, and I genuinely think this hotel is excellent! While my experience exploring Dali Ancient City was rather lukewarm, this hotel left a lasting impression.

The rooms weren't large but were clean, with modern amenities. It's located right on the main road of Dali Ancient City. I stayed on the ground floor, but the views from the rooms upstairs were quite beautiful. There are some peach trees in front of the house; if you go during the flowering season, you'll be amazed. Before going, I checked the map and thought it was on a main road, so I assumed a car would be able to pick me up right away. But upon arrival, I learned that cars are only allowed in at night; in the morning, cars are prohibited, only motorbikes and bicycles are allowed. So every time I needed to go somewhere, I had to walk to the main road, which was a bit inconvenient – ​​this is the biggest drawback you should consider. On the other hand, the owner was quite enthusiastic; I checked in at 1 AM and he waited until he fell asleep, making me think I was being locked out!
