Dali Ancient Town Meishan Guesthouse

Great location, just a short walk after getting out of the taxi. It was very quiet, so I got a good rest. The hostess was wonderful – very patient, enthusiastic, and super efficient with quick replies. She also gave great recommendations for food and fun. I especially loved the small courtyard, full of flowers, and the two cats, Pirate and Sweetie, were so chill; it made me just want to sit there and do nothing.

This is my third visit to Dali, and this time, instead of just passing through, I stayed for two nights at the Meishan Inn. The inn is a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with very comfortable rooms and a beautiful courtyard. They also have friendly cats! The owner's service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, making sure everyone was well looked after. The breakfast was plentiful, and I made sure to have a bowl of rice noodles every morning.

Traveling with family, everyone from the oldest to the youngest absolutely loved it. The two sisters who own the place are incredibly welcoming and the rooms are clean and tidy. The courtyard is a peaceful oasis despite being centrally located. The breakfast corn and rice noodles were delicious! We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Dali.

The B&B was spotless and the courtyard was beautiful. I stumbled upon it online and it exceeded my expectations! The ancient city is bustling, but the courtyard was surprisingly quiet. There are many small bars nearby. The owner has two super cute cats. Every morning, in addition to breakfast, there's also coffee. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Dali.

A delightful surprise of an inn! It's quaint, serene, comfortable, and beautiful. Being so close to the bustling streets makes getting around incredibly convenient. The owner is warm and hospitable, personally preparing breakfast for guests, making everyone feel right at home. The room facilities are clean and fully equipped. Choosing this place is definitely a good decision. I'll choose it again on my next visit.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was meticulously clean, even the corners were spotless. The owner was very kind and helpful. The daily breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and genuinely delicious – we were very satisfied. The B&B's location is peaceful yet central, and the courtyard filled with flowers and plants was truly memorable. We loved the room types – the suite with a large bed and floor-to-ceiling windows, and the tatami family room were both very comfortable. My whole family was happy with it.

Very satisfied, it exceeded my expectations. The courtyard is beautiful and there are two little kittens. The location is also very convenient; just outside the alley, you're on a bustling street. The only thing is that my room was on the first floor and people would walk by, but I anticipated that when I booked a ground-floor room.

By chance, I booked a stay at the Meishan Inn in Dali Ancient City and ended up staying for 4 days. The entire trip was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The Bai minority-style courtyard is truly charming and unique. The inn manager was attentive and thoughtful, and the facilities were well-equipped. The room was clean and tidy, and the inn's breakfast was absolutely delicious. The courtyard boasts beautiful flowers and scenery, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling surroundings, yet its excellent location makes getting around very convenient.
