"Firstly, this is not ”The Peninsula” luxury brand. This is only a single hotel building named after it. The location and view were perfect tho. However, I had terrible experiences with the receptionists and the F&B breakfast services.
On the first day checking in, the receiptionist told us that we could use the Royal Lounge on the top floor. When we arrived there on the next morning, the F&B staff told us that we are not allowed to use the lounge but only the restaurant located on the 3/F. We then spoke to the front desk supervisor that night to clarify the situation. She told us there was a misunderstanding, and we could use the lounge for the next morning before we checkout as a recovery. Disappointingly, we were once again stopped by the staff in the next morning."
