"I absolutely loved this hotel! It has a little luxury atmosphere, and when you visit Vietnam for the first time and stay in a place like this, the trip becomes even more magical and unforgettable. The service was excellent. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and polite. Our experience started the moment we got out of the taxi. We were surrounded by great service right away. The staff opened the taxi doors, took our luggage, opened the hotel doors, and a welcoming receptionist was waiting for us. I understand that this kind of service depends on the hotel level, and some people may not even notice things like luggage assistance or doors being opened. But I always notice these little details, and they mean a lot to me. They make you feel like a truly welcome guest. ❤️ We got a large and spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Waking up in a place like this was a real pleasure. Everything was always clean and fresh. Thank you for the big bathtub in the room! I felt that a lot of attention was paid to details, and I had everything I needed to feel beautiful and comfortable. 😊 The breakfasts were amazing. There was a huge variety of food. Thank you for offering so many fresh and delicious vegetables. The Vietnamese coffee was also very tasty. 🤤 It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The beach was very close. It was clean, with powder-soft sand that almost crunched under our feet. 😻 The sea water was clean and had no unpleasant smell. The entrance to the water was gentle, and you could clearly see the bottom. We even saw starfish! The water felt refreshing. At first it seemed a little cold, but after a few minutes you didn't want to leave. I also want to mention the lifeguards on the beach. They were always there and really paid attention to people's safety. They made sure nobody entered dangerous areas, which made us feel safe while enjoying the sea. There was even a sand washing area at the hotel entrance, which was very convenient. 😄 The views from the windows were stunning. You could watch the sunrise, see the mountains, the long beach coastline, and the life of the city. The facilities were great. Working out in the gym with such an incredible view was a pleasure. The infinity pool, the music, and the atmosphere really made you feel relaxed and on vacation. I enjoyed everything and would happily stay here again."

"The location is perfect and conveniently close to the airport. The staff are very nice and helpful; they assisted me with my baggage as soon as I got out of the vehicle. The sea view of the room is pleasant, but the rooftop view is even wider and better. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food—it even replaced my lunch! I have a couple of recommendations: it would be great if the hotel had smart TV and USB charging ports available. I would also consider this hotel the top choice for value for money."

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room comes with both an air conditioner and a fan, which is very convenient you can use the fan if you dont like using AC. Theres also a nice small balcony too. However, our room was a connecting room, so we could hear almost every sound from the next room, which was quite uncomfortable. Another issue was the toilet seat; one side was broken and loose. Im not sure why this wasnt noticed or reported during cleaning, but it was definitely a problem. On the bright side, the swimming pool is on the top floor and has an amazing view that was really great. Overall, for those who prefer a quiet stay, please be aware of the noise coming from the adjacent room and the issues with poor maintenance."

"Great Experience at Everland hotel - Helpful and hospitable staff - Impressive spa and massage services at reasonable prices - Delicious breakfast I booked this hotel for three days. The location is quiet and not far from My Khe Beach. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. Around the hotel, there is one mini mart and several restaurants. First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their great service, especially Tommy and Zoe. They are hardworking, humble, and always have big smiles. Even though their English is not very strong, they try their best to communicate, which I truly appreciate. Tommy is helpful, attentive, and always gives great local information, which really impressed me. On my last day, he even came to the spa room to say goodbye before ending his shift. That truly touched my heart. Zoe always greeted me with a sweet smile and paid great attention to details. She handled unexpected situations very well. When I checked out, she came to my car to say goodbye, which made me feel very special. The spa staff were also wonderful. One staff member was very kind and provided excellent service. On my last day, I had my hair washed and enjoyed a foot massage. She worked very hard until midnight. Foot soaking and sauna are currently free—don’t miss it! My trip wouldn’t have been this great without them."

"This hotel is just a basic inn with very average facilities. The first and second pictures are of this hotel. Other hotels at the same price point have much better facilities 😂. If I had to choose again, I'd pick the Mercy Emerald Hotel at the same price! It was also 200 RMB. 😁"

"Hotel location is excellent, everything is clean, and amenities are good with rooftop pool/bar access. You can book electric scooter or bike directly from the reception, which is a plus. But I have a bad experience check-in service. Although I booked partial sea view room, I was given a different lower floor room. Upon contacting trip.com and then reception, it was changed. So be careful. Also there was a bit looong wait to get the room, may be because of seasonal crowd. Otherwise experience is okay."

"The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in was smooth and easy. The room even has a balcony for you to chill and a washing machine for travellers who packed light or travelling in Vietnam for a long time. Also the view from the balcony and the infinity pool on 29th floor is amazing. Get to watch the Danang Bay sunrise and sunset everyday. I like to say a special thanks to the owner Bee for making my stay so welcomed, nice and memorable. Will definitely book again when I am in Danang. Highly recommended for individuals or couple who want to relax and enjoy the tranquil scenery of Danang yet with all the amenities needed for a great stay."

"I’m a Japanese traveler visiting for vacation. I stayed for 2 nights in a room on the 20th floor with a river view and breakfast included. The view was beautiful, and the room was very clean. Above all, having a balcony was absolutely wonderful. The shower had hot water and good water pressure with no problems. The breakfast also had a wide variety of choices, and the view from the dining area was amazing, making it a great place for photos. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Vietnam."

The hotel rooms are new, clean, and tidy, and the front desk staff are patient and meticulous. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, and the baguette is especially delicious—highly recommend it!"
