"My stay here was amazing. The staffs' smiles never faltered & their service was great. The room was a perfect size. HA at reception was very sweet and very efficient. She informed me that items were left at one of the rooms and suggested that she will bring it down for me while i had breakfast before my check out which shows she went the extra mile for me. Thank you for the rest of the staff too for making it a pleasant stay! location was great too! it was only a 10-15 mins walk to my khe beach, just right beside the hotel there was a minimart and there were 2 gift shops (easy for last minute souvenir shopping) opposite and a few mins walk from the hotel! loved that too!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the decor was very unique. The staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk spoke Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for me. The hotel offers breakfast, including fried dough sticks and congee, which was a pleasant surprise. It's less than a kilometer to the beach, and you can rent scooters at the front desk. Exploring Da Nang by motorbike is really comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent hotel! It's right by My Khe Beach with decent sea views. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, it's very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. (The sea view is as pictured, but do note that Da Nang often experiences foggy and cloudy weather in winter, so catching a truly spectacular sea view can be a bit challenging.)"

"Excellent staff, especially Huie and Vu. I had a delayed flight and was tired when I arrived but that feeling was soon alleviated with a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite. Good view with ocean easily visible. The building is older but they keep it clean. The shower in my room had no curtain so water would pool on the floor all the way to the toilet and out the door, it required 2 towels to soak it up, snd having to step in and out of a deep bath to shower made for hyper vigilance in the bathroom area. Water pressure was excellent and there were no bugs. Bed soft, pillow high and hard, asked for other pillows but they are standard issue, no choices available. Aircon excellent, nice and chilly, cooled room fast. Couldn't charge any devices while the card was out of the door holder thingy. The room was quiet and rather compact for a honeymoon suite. Breakfast was plentiful for those who wanted it and the restaurant itself on the 12 floor had a fantastic view over the ocean. Excellent location for the beach, shops,restaurantsand tour pick ups Walk everywhere and learn the fine art of Vietnamese street crossing. 3 nights is enough in one super touristy area. Thanks for the restful stay and the memories"

"Although the hotel does not include breakfast, it honestly was not an issue at all because the location is extremely convenient. There are many local restaurants, cafés, and food spots nearby where guests can easily enjoy delicious Vietnamese food and coffee. This actually gave me the chance to explore more local flavors around the area. Another thing that impressed me was how attentive and supportive the staff were. Whenever I needed assistance, recommendations, or support, they responded quickly with genuine kindness and professionalism. Their customer service truly helped create a warm and welcoming environment that made my stay even more memorable."

"For a non-big brand chain hotel, Penisula Hotel is top notch. The view from the sea view rooms are AMAZING! The rooms are huge and clean! All amenities provided. The beach is right across the road. The hotel staffs will even help you cross the road. Hotel breakfast is amazing, they even have afternoon tea. I enjoyed every moment at this hotel. Only cons about the hotel is being situated right next to the road, you do get traffic noise. I will come back again!"

"Located five minutes from a nice mall and right on the Han river. Lights at night are great. A small convenience store is 3 minutes walk. It is open from 6am to 10pm. Breakfast was good and is served from 6:30am to 9:30. A nice promenade is right outside the steps of the hotel and you can walk to the Dragon bridge in 25 minutes. A fantastic traffic free walk back across the Han river bridge. The neighborhood is quiet at night. My junior suite was huge facing the river. Small rooftop pool offered great views. Fitness center was very basic but suited my needs. Shower/tub has excellent hot water and pressure."

"The room itself was just average, so don't set your expectations too high. However, the location is great, with plenty of bars right downstairs. But! The room amenities are definitely not high-end. The towels, bathrobes, and bedding were all pilling or had holes in them from being washed too much, making them very uncomfortable to use. There are a lot of sharp corners in the room, so families with children should really reconsider – it's easy to bump into something and get cut. Plus, there's a step under the bed, which I tripped over many times; it's a truly impractical design. The sink is next to the bed, so it's easy for water to splash onto the headboard or power outlets. All in all, avoid this place!"
