TTatishThis hotel is like a 'gypsy baroque' style – expensive and lavish. There's molding, gilding, and paintings everywhere. But the air conditioning is always cranked up to the max, so you can't sit anywhere for long. We were greeted with a welcome drink, and the service was excellent; staff accompanied us everywhere, asked what we needed, and checked if everything was satisfactory. We were given an upgraded room with a sea view, and the view truly was stunning. However, the room smelled strongly of smoke, and the smell lingered all night. The pool is small and cold, with only four sun loungers and two gazebos. Breakfast was decent, with fruits, pastries, meat and fish dishes, and cheeses. We left with mixed feelings; on one hand, the service was great, but on the other, it felt like being in a cold museum.

伊伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

The hotel rooms are new, clean, and tidy, and the front desk staff are patient and meticulous. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, and the baguette is especially delicious—highly recommend it!

GGuest UserAs a relatively new hotel, the facilities and rooms were incredibly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, diligently addressing even the smallest issues, which I truly appreciated. It was also a plus that there was a staff member who could speak Korean. While there were a couple of mix-ups on the hotel's part, they handled them smoothly and professionally in the end, so I was satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but the taste was a bit disappointing; however, it was perfectly fine for a quick morning bite. The peach yogurt was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly too! If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel.

JJJun..The hotel location was very convenient, situated just next to the shopping mall and across the river. The surrounding area was quite nice, especially for an evening walk as the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing at night.
The room itself was average and could have been cleaner. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the kitchen setup — the room had a stove and hood, but there were no kitchen utensils provided at all. It felt strange to have a kitchen without the basic equipment needed to actually use it.
Overall, the stay was decent mainly because of the excellent location, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and room facilities.

A refreshing lemongrass spritz upon arrival was a thoughtful touch, though the welcome ritual lacked the personal flourish one might expect at this tier.
Room / Suite Inspection (6.5/10):
Initially assigned a room marred by an unpleasant bathroom odour, the staff promptly relocated me to a smaller, albeit odour-free, alternative due to full occupancy. While the room was impeccably clean, the compromise in size detracted from the overall experience. Natural light at golden hour was enchanting, highlighting the crisp, high-thread-count linens. The duvet, weighing a comforting 12 pounds, promised restful slumber. However, storage space was limited, and the tech offerings felt slightly outdated.

The staff demonstrated commendable responsiveness, particularly in rectifying the initial room issue. Their attentiveness was evident, yet there were moments where interactions veered towards the procedural rather than the intuitive. The bar, situated on the rooftop, provided panoramic views and a well-curated cocktail menu, though service was inconsistent.

The rooftop pool, maintained at a refreshing 26°C, was a sanctuary from the city’s heat. The gym, though compact, was equipped with modern apparatus. Spa services, while pleasant, did not quite reach the transformative heights expected. The hotel’s gardens, lush and meticulously maintained, offered a tranquil escape.

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay.
But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming.
Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay.
On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard.
Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.
