Overall, the value for money is excellent, and you get more service than you pay for! The HA (hotel assistant/staff member) was very flexible and accommodating. I would definitely like to stay here again!

I arrived yesterday and spent one night here. It was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The front desk staff, especially Thuy Minh, was particularly helpful and provided a lot of detailed information, which made my first day in Da Nang great. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Da Nang.

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. I booked it specifically for the small corner balcony. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted decent. There's a small pool on the upper floor where you can swim and watch the sunset, plus a small gym with about 3-4 types of equipment, so not a huge selection. The location is a bit far from My Khe Beach. There are many shops downstairs, which makes it very noisy at night; music and singing often go on past midnight. The downsides were that there was only one trash can in the room, I found some small black specks when I pulled back the duvet, and the shower head was loose. I was also a bit concerned about a strange odor, possibly from the drain or elsewhere, and I hope it's not what I'm imagining...
