Hotel location was great, close proximity to the beach, had a great time staying here. Room was very spacious and comfortable, had a great rest! Breakfast spread was woefully limited. Sushi was not made with the right rice. Fruits were fresh. Housekeeping requests was almost instant and concierge and front office was helpful.

We stayed at voco ma belle for 3 nights - hotel was great, staff was nice, room was clean and breakfast was good! location wasn't bad either! definitely recommend getting a room with balcony facing the beach, the sunrises every morning were breathtaking!

I love this hotel so much. The room is clean, modern and cozy with a nice city view. They provide a drying rack on the balcony so you can dry your wet swimming suit there. There are some band sounds at night (not midnight, don't worry🙂) from the bar near the hotel. I didn't mind though and even enjoyed it on the balcony. There is only one negative thing I would like to mention about the room is the ventilation system of the bathroom. Seems like there is no ventilation system in there because after doing the "big thing", the smell stayed and took time to disappear after opening the bathroom door. So I think the ventilation system of the bathroom can be improved if possible. As for the breakfast buffet, I love it so so much and understand why there are so many positive reviews for that. The Vietnamese phin coffee and pho was so good and I had them everyday. I took almost 1.5 hours to enjoy my breakfast everyday because there were so many good foods to eat. The service is perfect too. KHOA was being so helpful and attentive to us. Thank him so much. Will definitely stay in this hotel again next time. I hope this quality can be maintained or even be upgraded🙂🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you so much!

This is in no way a 5 star hotel and at most a 4 star hotel. The room first checked in is not clean (I have taken photo evidence) and also have loud noise from a beach club. I reflected this to a front desk receptionist called "Man" but how he handled it is ridiculous. He only said we can upgrade to another room so it is better and less noise (which doesn't make sense at all where I booked the room it mentioned oceanview and nothing about noise or obstruction of view and hence I booked). I was trying to work things out with him but he instead said I should talk to trip.com instead. After I talked to trip.com, the representative said the hotel offered to upgrade me for a quieter room but I rejected (but in fact the guy "Man" never offered anything about this). It has to come to a full circle of drama, and then we were moved to the quieter room at the cost of no ocean view which I originally booked, but I still accepted this. The whole time, this front desk manager called "Man" never ever come to apologize or say sorry or anything. This guy should be fired to be honest, highly unprofessional, and was speaking very impolitely. And even when changing room, they let us waited for almost half an hour and second phone call before sending a staff up to help (which they said they will send right away at first). Besides, the hotel staff is also very badly trained, the only help you to move your luggage when you check in but when you check out, even they are free and see you struggling they didn't even flinch to offer help, which is not something a 5 star hotel of this class should show. Other than this, the hotel is actually very small, with a small pool at the top (which got bricks falling off at the edge). No idea how this standard is a 5 star hotel. You will better off going to some other better hotel in the area instead of paying this over priced 4 star hotel pretending to be 5 star. And again, this front desk guy "Man" should be either retrained or fired. Very disappointing experience while booking this most rated and highest rating hotel in the beach area.

Everything’s fine but just weird about house keeper not cleaning our room even we hanging to clean room., And we out for 3 hours when back to the room make we upset when see room still not cleaned. But breakfast is good.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and tidy. I especially liked the balcony which can watch Sun rise which added a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would consider coming back.
