Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

Enjoyed our stay at Mercure French Village Ba Na Hills. The location is unbeatable, allowing you to experience Ba Na Hills before and after the crowds. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is unique, especially in the evening when the village becomes much quieter. A great choice if you want to fully enjoy the Ba Na Hills experience. However, the check-in process was noticeably slow compared to other hotel chains, and the waiting time could definitely be improved.

First time to visit Da Nang, and first time to visit Ba Na hills. We checkin at Mercure to spend the day and night, to avoid over crowded. We booked there dinner buffet, there's alot of food to choose from, just dont like when were getting food again, someone already removed our plates, thats ok. But we still have 1 beer on the table and she went to remove it, our things still on table and luckily we saw her and get our left over beer.That night we try call 222 say call 0 but no one is aswering, so my partner went down to check atvthe counter then he order the water. We didnt expect that friday 29th May Friday 6am, queue to the Gloden Bridge was quite long and reaching there already crowded. We booked also breakfast buffet, same alot of food to choose no complain.

I like the environment. Breakfast is just beside the hotel. The service is good. The bellboy helps us to take the luggage all the way to hotel. The hotel room is not big but still fine. Just the weather there is too hot even it is up the mountain. No need to put on jacket at all.

Beautiful hotel located at Ba Na Hills. Best part about staying here was that we had the whole French village to explore for ourselves after about 5pm when day tours left and the priority early access cable car ride to golden bridge at 6am which was the highlight of our trip. The room was great and all amenities and services were excellent. Literally felt like we were living in a castle in medieval times.. Enjoyed a buffet dinner at beer plaza and free sunkraft beer.. Buffet breakfast was great too with lots of fresh fruits.

Stayed 1 night just to enjoy early access to Golden Bridge. Had 2 "Standard" twin rooms, 8515 & 8513 in the "hotel Le Marseille". Rooms are small. No TV channels. Also it was noisy outside our room window at night around 9.00 pm as staff from restaurant below were talking loudly & kids can be heard screaming ! However it was an easy & convenient cable car ride up to the resort. The free beer vouchers were nice. Plenty of food around resort at affordable prices. Very pretty place for photos - you'll probably end up taking tons of pictures around the French Village. Breakfast buffet was excellent ! The highlight of our stay - the Golden Bridge - breathtaking views & gorgeous place that's a must visit !

Clean place and great to stay at if you want to Do the golden hands bridge with the 6am early access. However this place is a chaotic theme park you do not need to stay more than a night here. We were also told we were staying in one building then had to drag out stuff across the theme park on cobble stones ( there is no cart) a bell man helped us but there was no carts so my suitcase got damaged. The European cobble stones drove me bonkers with the suitcases

Ba Na Hills was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend staying for one night to explore early in the morning when it’s quiet. The hotel was ok, I chose to stay in the executive suite, when we got to the room I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t the room I thought I had booked when looking at the photos on here. We then had a broken balcony door which I had to then go back to reception to report. This was fixed but still was an inconvenience when we wanted to get straight out to explore. The one thing that probably lets the guests down is in the evening, most places shut early so there isn’t much food and drink options after the park closes. There was lots of building works going on too so hopefully that’s new hotel options and the services will improve after it closes to the day guests.

This was the most amazing hotel which I stayed before, open window is a greatest view and comfortable environment provided. Delicious hotel breakfast with varieties of choices. The only dissatisfied is the check out time too early, 10:30am must be check out.

The hotel was severely understaffed, making the check in process incredibly long. To make matters worse, the staff gave unclear instructions, which left us highly confused. As a hospitality professional myself, I know for a fact that a front-desk operation can and should be managed much better than this. Upon arrival we were initially assigned to a room that did not match the photos of what we had booked. After complaining, we were given a "free upgrade" to a room that happened to be surrounded by dormitory bunk bedrooms. It was packed with people making an immense amount of noise. A group of guests stood talking in the corridor for over half an hour, we called reception to complain, but absolutely nothing was done. The noise from our neighbors didn't stop until after 1 AM, completely ruining our plans to wake up early for the sunrise which was the entire reason we booked this property in the first place. The building materials are the cheapest possible concrete, you can hear every single sound from surrounding rooms. There was absolutely no way to control the air conditioning, and the heater was broken. The kettle in the room also smell like rotten shrimp inside so we asked housekeeper to change it for us. We were also given free coupons redeemable for either two beers or a food dish (which could be swapped for a portion of sweet potato or french fries). However the venue to redeem them was a long distance away, and multiple staff members gave us the wrong directions to get there which was incredibly frustrating. Ultimately the coupons were not worth the hassle. In this price that we paid over 100£ a night we could get a better quality of the hotel. Da Nang is full of hotels that offer twice the quality for 20% of the price (or less) This visit completely ruined our trust, and we have no desire to ever stay with Accor hotels again. This property fails to meet even the most basic industry standards.
