"The room was very nice, and the lady was very patient. She contacted me in advance to arrange dinner and told me how to get to the pier, which was really great. It’s just that it’s too hot to go there in the summer. There are those little bugs in the summer that sting people. It’s so hot that you’ll sweat when you walk outside. If you go there in the spring, autumn or winter, it would be great."

"This is our third stay at the Four Seasons Suzhou, and my child absolutely loves it. The hotel's environment, facilities, and service are all excellent. Next to it is Ligongdi, which is full of restaurants, so it's quiet for staying but convenient for dining. It's especially suitable for families with children, featuring a dedicated kids' club, an outdoor infinity pool, and an indoor heated pool. On our first day, we even received complimentary fruit and snacks. The only downside this time was during breakfast; the omelet chef had a bad attitude and wasn't very professional. Couldn't they have been a bit more polite? I was so annoyed before I even had a bite of breakfast that I felt full just from the frustration."

"A clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent – friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes."

"I lived in Tinglan's real first-line lake view bed room. The scenery outside the window was super beautiful. The room had a large lake view terrace and felt like it could stay for more than 10 people. Environment: The homestay has a sense of design. It is a blockbuster. It has its own swimming pool. My room has lake view, pool view, Mingyue Bay Ancient Wharf landmark view, sunset view, and homestay garden view. Satisfied, too atmospheric. Facilities: all kinds of front-line big-name furniture, comfortable and relaxing living, silk mattress, Kohler sanitary ware, Marshall stereo, L'Occitane washing and care. Service: Miss Butler is beautiful and welcoming, fruit coffee mini bar a lot of quite enthusiastic, the nightingale is delivered to the room will ask in advance the meal time is not disturbed, the measure is very meticulous. Breakfast is also delicious, full of varieties If you have enough time, you can stay for a few more days to experience the surrounding attractions, and I feel that I am not willing to leave for one night. "Environment: I looked for a long time on Ctrip. This hotel was 580 when I booked it. It was basically OK for a room with lake view. It was not expensive. If you choose a room without lake view, it would be cheaper. I stayed on the top floor. The room was not big, clean, and the TV was a projector. There was a balcony with a good view. It was good for taking photos. There was a place on the second floor where you could take photos. It was also very good. Service: The service was very good. They called me one day in advance and added me to the group to send me the location and surroundings. Their house was a little hard to find, but the housekeeper would come out to pick me up. Check-in was also very fast. You could order coffee when you went in. When we left, they also gave us a souvenir, a box of tea. We will go to Hengshan Island if we have the chance."

We stayed in the Loft on the second floor of the resort. It is a two-story room type, suitable for large families. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows and faces Taihu Lake directly. The resort arranged afternoon tea fruit and bread for guests staying in the hotel during the holidays, which was very unexpected. There is a cafe in the resort, which is suitable for everyone to drink coffee and afternoon tea, and you can also have tea around the stove. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, the dishes are very rich, and considering that there are many guests on the holiday, the dishes can be supplemented in time. Cleanliness: The guesthouse is clean and tidy, making my stay very comfortable. Environment: The guesthouse is built by the lake, with a predominantly white color scheme. It's simple yet sophisticated, clean and bright. Watching the sunrise on a clear day is absolutely stunning and therapeutic. Service: The young staff provided excellent service, handling many details exceptionally well. They even took care of the things I noted when I placed the order, and they even thoughtfully put a sheet on the sofa in our room so we could have an extra bed."

"Generally speaking, it is good. The proprietress has put a lot of effort into the design and some daily necessities. However, there are a few details that need to be improved. The breakfast is too simple, a bowl of small wontons ➕ poached eggs ➕ a little fruit and a small glass of milk, the taste is very ordinary, the small wonton skin is too thick and tastes like raw flour sandwiched. The smart toilet in the room is very noisy at night, and it makes a beeping sound when you sit on it. The washbasin is too low...it's uncomfortable to brush your teeth and wash your face. There is a rule that no food is allowed in the room. I think this is a bit difficult. Although it is understandable that most of the room layout and design are white, the store is probably afraid that it will not be easy to take care of. There are not many parking spaces at the door, next to the trash can, the smell is too smelly."
