A super beautiful and clean hotel 🏨! The four sodas in the room were complimentary, and there was a full-length mirror. You could also listen to music and watch movies in the room. Right across from the hotel is a seafood street, and next door there are tons of great food options, so you'll never go hungry. The hotel is only 10 minutes from Qilishantang, which is a fantastic spot for photoshoots in Suzhou. Plus, the Squirrel Fish restaurant next to Shantang is delicious 🤤🤤. There were also vendors selling super waterproof, durable, skin-friendly, and affordable Vietnamese gold-plated jewelry. I bought a few pieces to take home as gifts for friends without breaking the bank 🌝🌝. I even met a little fox at night and took a great picture together ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻. But the photographer said the foxes would be even bigger in November because they come from Harbin, so maybe I'll come back in November next time! 🤭

If I had to describe this hotel in four words, it would be: “Always Ready to Help.” After checking in, guests are assigned a dedicated WeChat contact, making it easy to communicate any requests or questions directly with the hotel. The customer service manager responds very quickly and genuinely cares about guests’ comfort and overall experience. Any issues, big or small, are handled efficiently, giving you a true sense that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel offers complimentary laundry and drying facilities, a gym, and a modern, stylish design throughout the property. Upon arrival, the staff helped us with our luggage, and after check-in, our bags were delivered directly to our room free of charge. Such thoughtful service made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast mainly consists of Chinese-style dishes, with Suzhou-style noodles being a special highlight. My favorite part of the stay was the complimentary Hanfu experience! There were many beautiful outfits to choose from, and each set could be worn for up to two hours. Guests are even allowed to wear them outside for sightseeing and photos. My mother and I changed into two different Hanfu outfits during our stay, and it was a wonderful experience. A special thank you to the customer service manager for taking such great care of us, for the fruit platter, and for upgrading us to a room with a bathtub. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. Even the television could be adjusted and rotated for better viewing from different angles. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. The hotel provides disposable hygiene covers for both the toilet seat and bathtub, giving guests extra peace of mind. The entire property has a charming artistic atmosphere, and there is even a cozy reading corner near the laundry room where guests can relax with a book. The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of restaurants and food options right downstairs, making the area lively and convenient. Most attractions are only about 10 minutes away by car, with Didi rides typically costing just RMB 8–10. The high-speed rail station is also within a 15-minute drive. If you have not planned your itinerary yet, the hotel can recommend local tours and travel packages as well. They also provide parcel collection services, carefully storing your deliveries until you arrive to collect them. ANDU Hotel truly puts guest experience first. Highly recommended! 👍

Traveling to Suzhou with my cat, I compared several hotels and chose Andu, a legitimate pet-friendly establishment! Upon check-in, the front desk clearly explained that the pet cleaning fee covers deep whole-room deodorization and linen sterilization, not just basic cleaning. The charges were transparent with no hidden costs. The room was spacious, giving my furry friend plenty of room to move around. After check-out, the staff thoroughly cleaned up the pet hair without any fuss. I've finally found a hotel where I can comfortably travel with my pet. I'll definitely be staying at Andu whenever I visit Suzhou in the future!

Traveling to Suzhou with a friend, we booked the Andu Hotel. The modern Chinese decor was so elegant and made for great photos. We loved the little tea table by the window, perfect for sipping tea and just relaxing. It's only a 10-minute walk to Shantang Street, which was super convenient for heading back to the hotel after exploring the ancient street at night. The front desk staff proactively recommended a Hanfu experience and even thoughtfully shared some touring routes. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and we slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and was spotless. We were both really happy with our stay and have already recommended the Andu Hotel to our friends who are visiting Suzhou.

The location is super convenient, right below is a student street with tons of food options. All the staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, they even upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the power outlets were a bit tricky to use. I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

The hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. After a day of exploring, it was perfect to come back, relax, and chat in the room. It's ideal for both sightseeing and unwinding with good company. Highly recommend for friends traveling together!

This is the most satisfying stay I've had in Suzhou, after many visits. The hotel is very clean, and they even upgraded our room. The environment is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly and thoughtful. When we checked out, they even prepared a sour plum drink to help us cool down! Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay at Andu again next time I'm in town.

This hotel is excellent! It's located right at the north end of Xuefu Road and has its own parking lot, which is super convenient with an attendant on duty. The laundry facilities are great too. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the front desk service is both warm and efficient – they even kindly recommended some local eateries. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The value for money is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

Completely exceeded my expectations! Traveling with my parents, I wanted a hotel with a great environment and convenient location. Someone was there to pick us up at the station, and stepping into the hotel lobby was like discovering a hidden gem – it immediately put me in a good mood. There are plenty of food options near the hotel, and it's easy to get a taxi to anywhere. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou. Five stars, highly recommended!
