The room was clean and tidy, with a very artistic decor. When I spontaneously asked for a room with a bathtub, they were able to accommodate it positively, and the extra charge was very reasonable and humane. All the staff were super gentle and attentive; any issues I brought up were resolved quickly and perfectly. There's a fridge and microwave upstairs, which made me feel at home even though I was far away. Overall, it felt very comfortable. Finally, at check-out, they even gave me a fridge magnet, which was very delicate. Though it's a small item, it was very heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room insulation is excellent, and the cleanliness is exceptionally thorough; you can tell they've put effort into disinfecting. The air in the room is incredibly fresh, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located right next to Beita Temple and a subway station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very helpful, reminding me about parking for self-drivers and checking me in quickly. Highly recommended for short trips.

The room was very comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The hygiene was excellent. Both young men at the front desk provided great service, and they were both very handsome too!

This hotel is conveniently located near Suzhou North Temple Pagoda, with many attractions nearby. The Metro Line 4 right at the entrance makes getting to sights very easy. The hotel itself has a great design, with spacious and clean rooms. It's equipped with all the modern amenities you'd expect, including a smart toilet. The front desk staff are helpful and gave good recommendations for food and activities. Overall, a fantastic experience.
