The room is very clean, not crowded, with a collection of patterns and style. The windows are large and the view is good. There is a children's playground on the first floor of Building 2, which the children like. The breakfast is rich. Bird watching and scenic spot tickets are given, which is very cost-effective. Bird watching is worth going. The scenic spot rocking boat is worth a ride, 30 yuan/person. There are few people on the rainy Dragon Boat Festival, which is not bad. The hotel staff is enthusiastic. 🅿️ The parking lot is large and there is no parking fee. I will choose to stay in Manxinfu next time. Thank you for the careful and meticulous service of the hotel staff this time. The room was clean and had a unique charm. The hostess was lovely and incredibly thoughtful. I've already booked for next year! My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to fully appreciate all the creative touches at Zhoushuang Life Inn. I'll save that for next year's visit.

The hotel environment is great, and the rooms have just been renovated but there's no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent! I'd especially like to thank Tingting at the front desk, Wang Zhi from housekeeping for the beautiful flowers, Xiaoyun at the kids' club for helping me find my baby's water bottle, and Wu Dan for the generous fruit delivery. Overall, the service was fantastic! [smiley faces] It's also very suitable for children, as they can feed koi, bunnies, black swans, and ducklings. The children's play facilities are also abundant.

I originally booked a Classic Room package. The front desk staff suggested upgrading to a Balcony Room, which is 30 square meters larger, for an additional 500 RMB. I took their advice, and after comparing, I think it was worth it because not only did I get more space, but also a large balcony and double breakfast. The room was high-ceilinged and cool, the air conditioning was comfortable, and the mattress was very pleasant. There were many books in the room to browse. The bathroom had a double vanity, but I was a little disappointed that not every sink had both hand soap and lotion. The left sink had hand soap, and the right one had lotion. So, if you wanted to wash your hands, you went to the left sink, and then to the right sink for lotion after washing. The two sinks were quite far apart with a large bathtub in the middle. I hope the hotel can be a bit more generous and provide both items at each sink, which would be much more convenient. From the moment I entered the hotel, the service felt like I was entering my own home. There were complimentary snacks, and the tea served was also good. All the staff greeted me with proactive smiles. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was high quality, though there's room for improvement with the Western pastries. This trip, I specifically went for the noodles at Su Mian Fang. The service and taste were absolutely incredible, though the price was a bit on the high side. I wanted to eat them again. I'm not sure if it's because I rarely eat Su noodles and am therefore less knowledgeable, or if they truly are considered a delicacy among Suzhou noodles. Additionally, the hotel's environment is very Suzhou-like, and it's located by the lake in front of the Gate of the Orient.

Highly recommended! This is a fantastic B&B/hotel, especially perfect for families traveling with children. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, with four large trees that bring so much life and vibrancy to the entire property. My kids had an amazing time playing in the yard! The staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive. When we checked out, they even helped us carry our luggage to the parking lot – huge thanks to them! 🙏 Also, the coffee is excellent. Over my two-day stay, I tried the iced Americano, iced latte, and hot latte, and both the bean quality and brewing technique were top-notch. It definitely surpasses the average independent coffee shop. Sitting in the courtyard, sipping coffee, and listening to the rustling leaves was such a delightful way to enjoy a peaceful afternoon.

Specifically came to try out this hotel, and the experience was absolutely perfect. The hotel's design is innovative and unique, with a strong Jiangnan regional style flowing through every area, creating an incredible aesthetic atmosphere. The lobby on the 46th floor offers a superb high-altitude view; the panoramic scenery is breathtaking and perfect for sightseeing and taking photos. A big thank you to Sylvia for her attentive service throughout; she was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind, always responding promptly to all our requests. The environment, views, and service are all top-notch, making this an excellent choice for a stay.

Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou

Honestly, the service at Suzhou Four Seasons is still a bit inconsistent, but our butler, Molly, single-handedly elevated all my positive feelings about the hotel. Just because of her, I might return to stay six, seven, eight, or even nine more times. Actually, during this stay, the front desk didn't proactively mention the butler service again. But as it was my fifth visit to the hotel, I still had Molly's WeChat from my previous stay. A day after I checked in, she posted photos of the Four Seasons on my WeChat Moments, then she proactively contacted me and asked if I needed any help. From the moment she appeared, my whole trip became incredibly smooth. She anticipated every detail a guest might need, and everything she did was incredibly thoughtful and well-executed! I'm giving five stars this time entirely because I think it's rare and commendable for a hotel to have such an employee. If everyone could be this professional, it would be unbeatable! Let me mention two less-than-stellar incidents: 1. On the first day, the welcome fruit was forgotten. We asked for it to be delivered at 12 PM the next day, and it was forgotten again. When I called the front desk, a male staff member actually replied, ”I just started today, so I'm not sure.” Come on, guests don't care if it's your first day or your thousandth; you need to find a way to solve the problem. It wasn't until Molly intervened that I finally received the delayed fruit. 2. The hotel's lobby is quite discreet. Yesterday, a friend came to visit me at the hotel, and there was a female staff member right at the entrance. I hope you can be more professional with guests in the future and not have such an arrogant attitude. When guests ask you questions, you still need to be professional and patient, as you represent the hotel. (Hotel management, if you're willing to hear the details, please feel free to email me.) Two small suggestions for the hotel to improve its service: 1. Although the buffet restaurant is generally very good, it's a bit unreasonable that you don't provide disposable gloves now that crayfish is on the menu. 2. The outdoor pool opens at 10 AM. Staff should have everything prepared before 10 AM, rather than starting to set up exactly at 10 AM. Finally, a big thank you again to the most thoughtful butler, Molly! Thank you for making me willing to keep coming back to the Four Seasons!

Taicang Karuizawa Hot Spring Hall

Overall, it's pretty good. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the facilities are decent. The hygiene is also good, and the staff are all polite. The food, however, is very mediocre, so don't expect much. It's a nice place just for a hot spring soak. As a hot spring hotel, while it emulates Japanese onsen in form, there's still a lot of room for improvement in the details, which I've already discussed with the staff on site. I'd like to add two more points: 1. Please have staff regularly patrol the lounge area. The door to the smoking room needs to be kept closed. Otherwise, it affects the health and relaxation of other guests, as the entire lounge area is an enclosed space, including the smoking room. 2. Mobile phones should be strictly prohibited in the hot spring area and changing rooms. Although there are signs, some visitors just don't pay attention. The scrub attendant was very responsible; she immediately stopped a lady who brought her phone into the hot spring pool. However, she was busy with her own work and couldn't keep an eye on everything. Another three or four people came in as if to sightsee, all dressed and holding their phones. Even though they weren't taking photos, it created psychological pressure for those of us who were naked at the time. I really hope there can be staff to maintain order and ensure no phones are brought in. It's very close to Shanghai, so I can visit frequently for a soak. I hope to see improvements in the details next time.

Had such a comfortable stay! The lake views are beautiful, the room was spotless, and the butler was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend! The guesthouse is right by the lake, offering stunning scenery. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfy, and the toiletries were well-stocked, making for a very relaxing stay. They even proactively helped with luggage, recommended great local food and attractions, and pointed out the best photo spots. The surrounding area is lovely, perfect for relaxing, walking, or just unwinding. It's also not far from the scenic spots, so getting around was easy. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!

The price didn't even go up for the Dragon Boat Festival. I booked an executive room, which gave me access to the executive lounge, perfect for traveling with seniors and kids. From the 26th floor, you can catch a glimpse of Suzhou Center and Jinji Lake. The beds in the room were really soft and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the service at both the front desk and the restaurant. The B2 level is the parking lot, and B1 leads directly to Xinghai Square Station on Metro Line 1. The front desk is on the 4th floor. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I only have one photo of the executive lounge on the 25th floor.
