The room is very clean, not crowded, with a collection of patterns and style. The windows are large and the view is good. There is a children's playground on the first floor of Building 2, which the children like. The breakfast is rich. Bird watching and scenic spot tickets are given, which is very cost-effective. Bird watching is worth going. The scenic spot rocking boat is worth a ride, 30 yuan/person. There are few people on the rainy Dragon Boat Festival, which is not bad.
The hotel staff is enthusiastic. 🅿️ The parking lot is large and there is no parking fee. I will choose to stay in Manxinfu next time. Thank you for the careful and meticulous service of the hotel staff this time.

April, the most beautiful time of year, and I took advantage of a rare opportunity to travel. A huge thank you to Liu Qin, our guide from the hotel, for making this trip so special. She proactively added me on WeChat and thoughtfully helped us with directions, recommending nearby attractions and delicious food. When we arrived, a lovely young lady named Zhang Ting greeted us warmly, showing us to our room and explaining breakfast options and recreational facilities. In the evening, Jiajia and Xiao Wang even accompanied us on a stroll through Tongli Ancient Town, allowing us to experience the charm of a Jiangnan water town. The next morning, Xiao Cui guided us to the restaurant for breakfast. If only I had more time, I would have loved to stay a few more days. Looking forward to my next visit!

The Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient to step out and find dining and shopping options at the Gate to the East. The two restaurants within the hotel are also fantastic, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Liu Qian, the lovely manager at the front desk. She's incredibly gentle and kind, and handles things with meticulous care and responsibility. We even saw her diligently working during afternoon tea, which is truly commendable! Also, Zhao Jianping, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel very happy. The hotel's overall management is strict and well-regulated, ensuring a fantastic vacation experience! Definitely worth returning to multiple times!

Guest UserClean, well-designed, and the staff's work ethic was excellent. We booked two rooms, and in one, we noticed a cigarette smell coming through the vents from a neighboring guest who was discreetly smoking. As we're sensitive to smells, the staff tried to eliminate the odor using fresh air ventilation, but it wasn't effective enough. They then patiently helped us move to another room (which was a higher category). The next day, after checking out, we needed to go to the metro station. The staff proactively offered to drive us there in an electric cart. It was a very hot day, so we really appreciated their help.

Guest UserThe room was clean and had a unique charm. The hostess was lovely and incredibly thoughtful. I've already booked for next year! My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to fully appreciate all the creative touches at Zhoushuang Life Inn. I'll save that for next year's visit.

Guest UserMy stay at Indigo Suzhou Grand Canal was fantastic. The 46th-floor sky lobby offers expansive views and incorporates many local Suzhou design elements, creating a wonderful ambiance. I received a complimentary room upgrade; the room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the night view from the 40th-floor floor-to-ceiling window was stunning. Sylvia from the switchboard and Luna at the front desk provided excellent service, and Cathy was also very enthusiastic. There's a convenience store downstairs, and it's right next to Longhu Tianjie Mall, making it convenient for dining and getting around. The overall style is excellent, with great attention to detail, and the hotel is very generous. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Suzhou.

ShalaWe arrived at the hotel yesterday at noon, and it was still drizzling due to the white dolphin's influence. The outdoor pool wasn't crowded, and the kids absolutely loved the slide, going up and down tirelessly. From check-in to the staff we met by the pool, everyone was very responsible, patient, and incredibly polite, which made us feel great 👍. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and my child slept soundly. The carpet in the hallway was thick, so we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway in our room – the environment was truly excellent.
This morning's breakfast truly impressed my dad and me. Not only was there a wide selection, but it was also delicious. I rarely overeat at a hotel breakfast 😅. The staff were very attentive, constantly clearing dirty plates, and even proactively bringing freshly baked xiao long bao and matcha cream puffs to our table. When ordering noodles, the auntie was especially gentle and accommodating. The young man making the eggs Benedict was amazing – so delicious 😋. After breakfast, we headed straight to the infinity pool and the kids' splash pool. We were lucky today, as the big sun made playing in the water so comfortable!! The pool is beautiful, and the garden environment here is truly lovely, making walks very pleasant.
The changing rooms at the indoor pool were clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors 👍. Alternating between the pool and the spa was also very relaxing 😌. The indoor playground was also good, with a climbing wall that even our older child enjoyed. All in all, everything was just perfect. We hope they maintain the quality of the facilities and the service awareness. The children loved it, and we'll definitely be back often to play in the water!!

Shantang Street is a culturally rich and bustling place, but it's *too* bustling, and in summer, it really tests your endurance. Jiangnan Weaving House is located in the middle section of Shantang Street, and being able to rest nearby when you're tired is such a lifesaver. This time, I'm incredibly grateful to the front desk staff, Xiao Xin and Shasha, for their meticulousness and warmth during check-in, and to Charles for arranging a pick-up and drop-off point in advance. This was a huge help for us, traveling with children and elderly family members. From handling luggage to guiding us through registration, and continuously asking about our family's needs, their service attitude was truly touching. Miss Xiaoneng and other colleagues who took over the front desk the next day also maintained the same consistent service, and the breakfast auntie was just as friendly. They were especially thoughtful when they learned we were celebrating our child's birthday. They even ordered a lovely little cake for us, which made our child deeply feel the warmth of the Suzhou people – he was absolutely delighted!
The facilities, however, were a bit of a pity; there was no safe and no smart toilet, and storage space was a bit limited. But the air conditioning was excellent, and the lighting was comfortable. The bedding was also very good and comfortable for sleeping, and the internet speed was decent. For a short stay, the family room is still very suitable. Most importantly, there were no mosquitoes in the room, no mosquitoes, no mosquitoes!
The hotel's ambiance is elegantly antique yet incorporates modern design elements. The loom display on the first floor is particularly splendid and spectacular. It effectively blocks out the hustle and bustle of Shantang Street, creating a peaceful haven for rest. I highly recommend it for short-term travel!

Cyfer3185Stayed at this homestay for 3 nights in July which is peak season for summer domestic travel in China. The rooms are comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect of a 4 star hotel - comfortable beds, lounging area, balcony, TV, good toiletries, hair dryer. Other positives were very friendly service staff, hearty breakfast from the cafe with is on the same premise. There’s also local restaurants nearby to dine at which are not bad, just 5-10 mins walk down the road. I also enjoyed waking up to run across the bridge which has a great sunrise view. A lot of tourists visit the cafe for the sunset views. The hotel staff can do room service and bring food ordered from the cafe to your room if requested.
Note though that location wise it is not as close to other cafes and stuff. You’ll need to travel a fair bit if you want to venture and do other things. I wanted a peaceful retreat with a good view but nearer to mainland (compared to the main 西山岛) so this worked for me.
I stayed in 3 different rooms (Rm 1,4,5) for my 3 nights as I had asked for a room with a view but was initially assigned one that was completely blocked by trees. In trying to accommodate my request I ended up having different rooms (to no fault of the staff and property) each night. There are 8 ‘normal rooms’ and one suite room that is round and more suited for honeymoon/romantic occasions. Rooms 3,4,5,6 are the ones with the better view. Room 1 (my first room) has a completely blocked view which is a waste staying by the lake. Rooms 4 and 5 have the best view. Note also that rm 1 and 4 have a skylight that cannot be blocked so by 5 am your room is gonna be bright although they do give you eye shades to help.
There is also no laundry facilities on site.
Only additional feedback to the property would be that they could consider a discount for guests to dine at the cafe, that could encourage guests to have more meals there.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this for anyone looking for an escape for the buzz and want a tranquil place to rest!

ivyalwaysOverall, it's pretty good. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the facilities are decent. The hygiene is also good, and the staff are all polite. The food, however, is very mediocre, so don't expect much. It's a nice place just for a hot spring soak.
As a hot spring hotel, while it emulates Japanese onsen in form, there's still a lot of room for improvement in the details, which I've already discussed with the staff on site. I'd like to add two more points:
1. Please have staff regularly patrol the lounge area. The door to the smoking room needs to be kept closed. Otherwise, it affects the health and relaxation of other guests, as the entire lounge area is an enclosed space, including the smoking room.
2. Mobile phones should be strictly prohibited in the hot spring area and changing rooms. Although there are signs, some visitors just don't pay attention. The scrub attendant was very responsible; she immediately stopped a lady who brought her phone into the hot spring pool. However, she was busy with her own work and couldn't keep an eye on everything. Another three or four people came in as if to sightsee, all dressed and holding their phones. Even though they weren't taking photos, it created psychological pressure for those of us who were naked at the time. I really hope there can be staff to maintain order and ensure no phones are brought in.
It's very close to Shanghai, so I can visit frequently for a soak. I hope to see improvements in the details next time.
