"This hotel is truly fantastic! The check-in experience was superb, with attentive and detailed service. The room was clean and tidy, and well-equipped with amenities like a washer-dryer combo and a microwave. It was also incredibly quiet, and the soft bed was very comfortable, with two pillow options to choose from. There's even a terrace on the second floor where you can enjoy tea or dry clothes. The location is excellent; there's a bus stop right outside, and the subway station is just a five-minute walk away, making it only about ten minutes to Guanqian Street. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money and is an exceptional choice for any trip. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance! Highly recommend it to everyone!"

Hotel near Industrial Park, Jinji Lake Commercial Area,Suzhou
Situated along Jinjihu Avenue, the Kempinski Hotel Suzhou (Suzhou Jinjihu Kaibinsiji Dajiudian) emerges from the parkland of Jinji Lake International Golf Course. The surroundings of both the hotel property and the 27-hole golf course are refreshingly lush with trees and picturesque landscaping providing an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. The hotel is served by Shanghai's Hongqiao and Pudong International airports (1-1.5 hours), Wuxi Airport (40 minutes) and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (2 hours). Suzhou is just a 20 minute train ride away. Chinese food lovers can check out Wang Hu Ge for palate-pleasing Cantonese and Huaiyang dishes. The Western restaurant serves superbly prepared buffets and à la carte dishes. Guests can also enjoy freshly brewed beer or Bavarian specialties in Palauner Brauhaus or relax with cocktails, cognacs and wines in the stylish hotel bar. The Kempinski hosts events and functions in its grand pillarless hall and numerous multifunctional rooms, which come with all the necessary multimedia gear. Guests can bump up their oxygen intake with a visit to the gym, indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court and squash court. For more relaxed pursuits, the hotel also offers billiards, chess and cards games. Other leisure options include a 2-story spa and of course, a wide range of golfing activities.

"The Capybara King Room was great! It had a projector with mini-games, which my child absolutely loved. The room also came with kid-friendly amenities like a step stool for the sink, a toilet seat, a children's toiletries set, and cartoon bedding. There's an indoor play area and an outdoor activity zone, and the lake view is beautiful! Yolanda from Guest Relations contacted me a day in advance and provided excellent personalized service. Highly recommend for families traveling with children!"

Tongli Lake View Hotel

The hotel environment is great, and the rooms have just been renovated but there's no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent! I'd especially like to thank Tingting at the front desk, Wang Zhi from housekeeping for the beautiful flowers, Xiaoyun at the kids' club for helping me find my baby's water bottle, and Wu Dan for the generous fruit delivery. Overall, the service was fantastic! [smiley faces] It's also very suitable for children, as they can feed koi, bunnies, black swans, and ducklings. The children's play facilities are also abundant.

Let me start with the conclusion: the room had an excellent view, it was pet-friendly, and they even provided pet supplies in the room. We'll definitely be back! This Chinese New Year, from ***** New Year's Eve to the sixth day of the new year, we stayed at Hengli. We also ate all our meals at the 2nd-floor restaurant, practically turning it into our personal canteen. On New Year's Eve and on the fifth day (when people welcome the God of Wealth), the hotel put on nearly an hour-long fireworks display. It's been a long time since I've seen fireworks on such a grand scale! There are also many places to visit nearby, and getting around is convenient.

Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou

Honestly, the service at Suzhou Four Seasons is still a bit inconsistent, but our butler, Molly, single-handedly elevated all my positive feelings about the hotel. Just because of her, I might return to stay six, seven, eight, or even nine more times. Actually, during this stay, the front desk didn't proactively mention the butler service again. But as it was my fifth visit to the hotel, I still had Molly's WeChat from my previous stay. A day after I checked in, she posted photos of the Four Seasons on my WeChat Moments, then she proactively contacted me and asked if I needed any help. From the moment she appeared, my whole trip became incredibly smooth. She anticipated every detail a guest might need, and everything she did was incredibly thoughtful and well-executed! I'm giving five stars this time entirely because I think it's rare and commendable for a hotel to have such an employee. If everyone could be this professional, it would be unbeatable! Let me mention two less-than-stellar incidents: 1. On the first day, the welcome fruit was forgotten. We asked for it to be delivered at 12 PM the next day, and it was forgotten again. When I called the front desk, a male staff member actually replied, ”I just started today, so I'm not sure.” Come on, guests don't care if it's your first day or your thousandth; you need to find a way to solve the problem. It wasn't until Molly intervened that I finally received the delayed fruit. 2. The hotel's lobby is quite discreet. Yesterday, a friend came to visit me at the hotel, and there was a female staff member right at the entrance. I hope you can be more professional with guests in the future and not have such an arrogant attitude. When guests ask you questions, you still need to be professional and patient, as you represent the hotel. (Hotel management, if you're willing to hear the details, please feel free to email me.) Two small suggestions for the hotel to improve its service: 1. Although the buffet restaurant is generally very good, it's a bit unreasonable that you don't provide disposable gloves now that crayfish is on the menu. 2. The outdoor pool opens at 10 AM. Staff should have everything prepared before 10 AM, rather than starting to set up exactly at 10 AM. Finally, a big thank you again to the most thoughtful butler, Molly! Thank you for making me willing to keep coming back to the Four Seasons!

I stayed for two nights. The first night was on the third floor, where there was a photo-op spot right by the entrance. The second floor was a simple room, but it had a projector screen for watching movies. The room was a bit smaller and cheaper, but all the amenities provided were the same, which I really liked. Personally, I'd recommend the third floor over the second, mainly because it also has a small balcony, and it works out to be a better value overall, with not much difference in price. Right downstairs is a cafe. If you stay on the third floor, you get two coffee vouchers and a dessert. I ordered the dark chocolate, a matcha latte, and a pistachio Basque cheesecake – all were delicious and had a very refreshing taste. The cafe also has a great atmosphere with plenty of books and is very Instagrammable, plus there are a few cats roaming around. The guesthouse is right next to Pingjiang Road, which I personally find much better for browsing than Shantang Street 🤣. Even if you're looking for a cheongsam, there are many options, and most are quite affordable, cheaper than what you'd find on Shantang Street.

East Tai Lake Grand Hotel

Facilities: The overall layout is quite good, with excellent greenery and ample space. It's lovely to take a walk along the lake. The Taihu Lake view and water quality are decent. Hygiene: The public areas could use some improvement; it seems there isn't a dedicated cleaner for them. However, the room's hygiene was quite good. Breakfast: Too many people! The variety is quite rich, but it gets incredibly crowded during holidays. Hot Springs: Soaking in the hot springs at night was great because you can't see much. During the day, they were closed in the morning due to a lawn wedding happening outside. Swimming Pool: The temperature was fine, but the shower areas need better hygiene. Kids' Area: I recommend adding a sandpit or some non-powered play equipment to keep kids entertained longer. Butler Service: Ella was excellent! Our room had mosquitoes, and she immediately brought mosquito repellent. Her service was very attentive.

Exploring Suzhou, I was fortunate to stay at Jiangnan Zhizao Mansion. This visit felt like stepping into a Jiangnan poem, truly unforgettable. The courtyards and corridors are beautifully laid out, with dark tiled roofs and white walls complemented by lush flora. Every step offers a picturesque view, exuding elegance. Sitting in the courtyard, I felt all the city's hustle and bustle melt away. The guest rooms are clean and refined, with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The bedding was soft, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were polite and attentive, answering all my questions thoroughly, especially when I inquired about local streets and historical sites, showing genuine hospitality. Staying here, I could easily immerse myself in Suzhou's vibrant life right outside, yet return to a tranquil haven. Every brick and tile whispers the charm of Jiangnan, and every interaction reflects their sincere dedication to hospitality. This wonderful accommodation felt like a celestial being gracing the mortal world, with its elegant charm touching my heart. When I return to Suzhou, I will definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Xiao Liu for their excellent service.

The ambiance is wonderfully peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot to unwind and clear your mind. While the resort isn't overly large, simply enjoying the lake views and taking leisurely strolls each day was incredibly pleasant. The only downside was the intense heat during our stay, which limited our ability to explore for extended periods. **Cleanliness:** Everything was spotlessly clean. The pool water was also meticulously maintained, seemingly refreshed with each new booking, which was impressive. **Facilities:** We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit. The layout of the upstairs bedroom felt more practical and well-designed. Downstairs, however, the bathroom lacked a separate wet and dry area, making the room quite humid after a shower, although thankfully a dehumidifier was provided. The tatami mat in the lounge area was very spacious, large enough to comfortably sleep two additional people. **Service:** The service was excellent and very responsive. Our room was promptly serviced on the second day. A special thank you to our butler, Adrian! **Minor Drawback:** The only slight drawback was perhaps the dining options. After trying two meals, we'd recommend sticking to the Western menu, as the Chinese food, in particular, offered quite poor value for money.

This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, and it's fantastic! It offers incredible value for money, and the location is excellent. There's a direct corridor from the hotel to Jiufang City, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really like the decor style too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunshan.

Taicang Karuizawa Hot Spring Hall

Overall, it's pretty good. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the facilities are decent. The hygiene is also good, and the staff are all polite. The food, however, is very mediocre, so don't expect much. It's a nice place just for a hot spring soak. As a hot spring hotel, while it emulates Japanese onsen in form, there's still a lot of room for improvement in the details, which I've already discussed with the staff on site. I'd like to add two more points: 1. Please have staff regularly patrol the lounge area. The door to the smoking room needs to be kept closed. Otherwise, it affects the health and relaxation of other guests, as the entire lounge area is an enclosed space, including the smoking room. 2. Mobile phones should be strictly prohibited in the hot spring area and changing rooms. Although there are signs, some visitors just don't pay attention. The scrub attendant was very responsible; she immediately stopped a lady who brought her phone into the hot spring pool. However, she was busy with her own work and couldn't keep an eye on everything. Another three or four people came in as if to sightsee, all dressed and holding their phones. Even though they weren't taking photos, it created psychological pressure for those of us who were naked at the time. I really hope there can be staff to maintain order and ensure no phones are brought in. It's very close to Shanghai, so I can visit frequently for a soak. I hope to see improvements in the details next time.

Banyan Tree Suzhou Shishan

Banyan Tree, as always, is wonderfully secluded and comfortable! The butler, a lovely lady, upgraded our room again. And we even ran into Alice Xiaoxiao, the butler who assisted us during our stay last year – it was great to see her again! She proactively reached out before check-in to ask about our needs and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The concierge service upon arrival was also very thoughtful. The courtyards, lush greenery, and water features are beautifully designed, offering a new picturesque view at every turn. The views from our room were truly refreshing and invigorating! Kids' toiletries were fully stocked, and the complimentary soft drinks were of good quality, not just an afterthought. The hotel also offers free activities like Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise), cocktail making, and night runs! Overall, a very satisfying stay! Excellent value for money! **Dining:** The hotel's Baiyun Restaurant is also fantastic. Even though dinner was a set menu from a group deal, every dish was surprisingly delicious! It's a perfect alternative to the Rongsheng Restaurant next door, where you often have to queue for two hours if you don't want to wait. They've changed breakfast to a mostly buffet style, which can sometimes mean colder food with a less-than-ideal texture. However, they still offer à la carte service upon request, which is great! And the champagne was delicious! **Activities:** This trip, we came specifically to climb Lion Mountain, and we successfully reached the summit – the entire scenic area is very thoughtfully developed! Safety measures are also very well implemented! Whether looking out from the mountain or gazing at it from the hotel, it's a view within a view – perfect for photos! There are several well-designed buildings nearby, like museums and science centers, all within walking distance. The hotel key card provides direct access to Lion Mountain Park, and in the evening, they even offer transportation for a golf course tour. The park has added more activities since last year, including a mini-train, cycling, and boating. This year, we even tried kayaking – so much fun! We'll definitely be back next year! Our sincere thanks to Alice Xiaoxiao, our butler, who made our first stay enjoyable and our second even more comfortable. Also, a big shout-out to the handsome concierge who helped with our luggage! The auntie providing turn-down service gave our child small gifts and drinks, and the three lovely ladies at the bar patiently taught us cocktail making… All the hotel staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Looking forward to our next stay!
