The coastal road below is the most beautiful ring road around the island, offering scenic views of the northern route along the way, which is very convenient. When I arrived, the receptionist was very kind; he rushed out to help me with my luggage as soon as I got out of the car. Because it's the off-season, they upgraded my view from a 180-degree sea view to a 270-degree sea view for free, which was a truly unique and delightful experience. I didn't leave the house all afternoon, just stayed on the balcony and sat in the courtyard enjoying the scenery – it was incredibly relaxing. They even provided complimentary afternoon tea. Although the weather wasn't great, it didn't stop me from unwinding and feeling completely relaxed. Plus, the area around the pool, which is usually a public area, felt like I had the whole place to myself because there were so few people. The guesthouse consists of several buildings, all small two-story structures. I personally prefer choosing rooms on the second floor with good views and layouts; since I was already there, the experience was more important. I've stayed in some guesthouses that only provided a password and had no one to greet me; that sense of alienation made me wary of the word ”guesthouse.” Transportation wasn't exactly convenient, and taxis were hard to find. But thankfully, the accommodation was comfortable enough that I decided not to go out the next day, spending the whole day relaxing on the sofa watching TV. This trip was purely for relaxation, so I wanted to go with the flow. I came alone and didn't rent a car. If you're driving, the journey isn't far, and transportation isn't a problem. You can order takeout from the guesthouse through JD.com near Wuyue Plaza, making daily necessities very convenient. The weather was beautiful the next morning. The owner took me to the high-speed rail station to store my luggage, and then I went to the beach I wanted to visit. The sea in Pingtan was a clear, bright blue, breathtakingly beautiful.
