"In conclusion: The hotel is located near the old cross-sea bridge at the southern tip of Pingtan Island. It's in a relatively remote location, but the environment is close to the sea, so it's recommended for those traveling by car as it's convenient for getting around.
Environment: The hotel has several buildings, with a maximum of three units per floor, all near the sea. My room had a balcony, which was very pleasant to look at the sea, the bridge, and the waves on sunny days. Delivery options are limited; the few that do offer delivery require using JD.com.
Service: Adding the front desk on WeChat resulted in a message with information about WiFi, breakfast, and driving routes – a thoughtful and natural service.
Breakfast: It deserves special mention because although the selection was limited, the food was quite good, and I enjoyed it.

"The hotel upgraded our room for free and provided a local guide with attraction recommendations, local specialty restaurants, and even a heads-up on the weather – the service was exceptional! The room itself was large and clean, and having two sinks in the bathroom was a huge plus, no waiting in line to get ready. Breakfast at the restaurant was plentiful with a good variety of constantly updated dishes. "Upon check-in, the front desk attendant specially arranged rooms across from each other for us, and even upgraded one to a sea-view room. She also helped us with our luggage, which was excellent service. The hotel's breakfast was also very diverse. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. "This is a very new hotel. The lady at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, helping with my luggage and even carrying it all the way to my room. For the price, staying at this hotel is definitely great value for money. It's located near Financial Street and has its own parking lot downstairs. The only thing that could be improved is that you have to manually open the gate when leaving the parking lot; other hotels use a parking card or automatic system, which would be much faster."

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

YYangbinbinLocated on the hilltop next to the windmill restaurant, dining is super convenient. Down the hill, there's the popular Fairy Tale Town for some great photo ops. The butler created a group chat in advance and even reported the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton) locations daily; their service was incredibly enthusiastic. We also received complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety. The large pool is fantastic for photos! When the hot water stopped working on the first day, it was promptly fixed. Overall, the service is very detailed and thoughtful, and the room cleanliness is up to par. There are quite a few rooms, and the design is very creative. Highly recommended!

The lovely lady at the front desk saw my parents and proactively upgraded our room. The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors, plus there were free snacks! The parking lot is on the ground level and has multiple charging stations, which was very convenient for charging our car. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

GGuest UserIt is a very warm homestay! From the boss to the staff, they are all very enthusiastic! The weather suddenly turned sunny the next day and it was very beautiful! It is really a great place to watch the sunset! The room is clean and hygienic, just next to Changjiangao Beach, very close to the beach, and there are many food nearby! The recommended restaurant is also good, the taste is suitable, the breakfast is delicious, the porridge is well cooked, and it is worth coming again on a sunny day in summer!

The room had a great sea view from the window, and I heard you can even see 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton) from here, though I didn't get to see them this time around. The hotel staff provided excellent service, promptly addressing all our requests. Breakfast was decent, with local specialties. The decor is also quite nice. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip, it offers good value for money.

GGuest UserThe off-season in Pingtan was fantastic! The owner was very helpful, contacting us in advance and keeping track of our arrival. Located in a secluded spot in the county town, they promptly greeted and guided us to our accommodation. The service was excellent. The inn was artistic and quiet, with very comfortable rooms, separate wet and dry areas, and good soundproofing. There were drinks at the reception on the first floor, and a terrace on the second floor where you could dry clothes and enjoy tea – so pleasant! My room near the stairs had poor WiFi, but they promptly offered to change rooms. The efficiency and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.
