DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, with many delicious restaurants nearby, such as Yingjie and Feipo, which are within walking distance. It is convenient to take a taxi to go anywhere if you want to go out.
The room is clean and spacious, much larger than ordinary hotels, with large windows and good light, very comfortable.
The service attitude is also very thoughtful, and they will contact in advance, send the location and guide, and inform the information of Blue Tears. Overall, it is a very satisfactory hotel experience.

GGuest UserThe B&B is located in Beigang Village. If you drive there, please contact the store and follow the store's instructions. You can park your car downstairs (three cars can be parked downstairs). You can also follow the instructions in the first half and park your car at the entrance of the village committee and walk from there. It only takes 4 minutes to go to the B&B. The store's service is very good, they take the initiative to pick up the luggage, and the travel guide they send is also very practical. The sea view depends on the weather. When the weather is good, the view outside the window is quite beautiful.

GGuest UserOutstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot.
The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect!
The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

GGuest UserThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent.
The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable.
The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement.
In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

However, when we went there was no water in the pool in the store, otherwise it would look better. (Tips: Although it is a duplex design, the bathroom toilet is unobstructed. It is a little embarrassing for friends to travel. If you consider this, I believe the boss business should be better!)

The hotel is generous, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration is luxurious without losing warmth. When checking in, the staff was warm and friendly and efficient. The room has a wide view and the scenery outside the window is beautiful. The facilities in the room are all available, and very new, the bed is very soft, and it is particularly comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is clean and the quality of toiletries is also very good. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfasts to meet the tastes of different people. The service here is first class, whether it is the front desk, cleaning or restaurant staff, they are very professional and enthusiastic, always smiling, making people feel very warm. In short, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

HheuieunIt was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient.
It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

YYedongzhangxiwangI went to Pingtan for a stroll and chose to stay here. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained. The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants around, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. The parking lot is large enough, and there is a large fitness center with a swimming pool. The front desk girl provided very good service and was quite professional. She took the initiative to give me a room with a view of the sea. Although it was foggy and I couldn't see it clearly, I felt very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, with a wide variety, good taste, and good service. I ate a lot without realizing it.
