To be honest, I've always had some preconceived notions about homestays, but this one genuinely changed my mind. The overall environment is really good, and the service is absolutely fantastic. They lend out sand-digging tools, can tell you where to find 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton), and even notify you about daily tide times. The best part is, they offer a free photo shoot and give you three photos, and they're genuinely beautiful (much better than what you'd get from a random street photographer). There's also a pool, but it was too cold to go in that day. They have plenty of parent-child activities too; my child made fridge magnets and painted pictures to take home. It was a very enjoyable experience!

Came to Pingtan for a vacation with my child. Environment: The hotel lobby is grand and spacious. The room is also quite large and roomy. The view from the higher floors is excellent, and the soundproofing is very good, so it doesn't disturb your sleep. Service: The front desk staff were very gentle. Before check-in, there was a butler who contacted us, sent us travel guides and tips, and was available for any questions we had – excellent service. Throughout our stay, all hotel staff were very service-oriented; they actively greeted us and helped with our luggage. The hotel has its own water park, which is a great place to take kids in the summer. Our stay was excellent, and if I get the chance to visit Pingtan again, I'll definitely choose Guohui Hotel.

The room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the door, I knew the ocean view was worth every penny. You can definitely get some amazing photos right from your room. It's clear the owner has a great eye for design. The amenities in the room were also very comprehensive – even a Dyson hairdryer and facial tissues in the bathroom, which shows real attention to detail. We drove here, and parking was super convenient and free. The butler's service attitude was excellent too. And breakfast was quite tasty. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan!

Outstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot. The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect! The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room. 2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people. 3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie. 4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room. 5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

The hotel is very new, the environment is relatively quiet, and it is far away from various attractions. The service is not bad, the breakfast is a bit low, and the attitude of the aunt who cooked the noodles for breakfast is not very good, but you should check carefully when booking this hotel. There are windows, no windows, and no windows. I still can’t choose a room type. It’s no problem to choose a room with a window. This hotel is the closest to Longwangtou Beach. My room was on the 16th floor with a fantastic sea view, perfect for watching the sunrise and then going back to sleep. The room was recently renovated this year, so it feels newer than the Jin Yong Ya Ge hotel, and the toilet and shower are separate. Getting in and out with a car was convenient as they registered my license plate. There are many food stalls along Longfeng East Road and Xihang Road nearby, which are lively at night. I recommend 'Wula Buhuan' (a spicy food stall) and 'Pingtan Haiwei' (a seafood stall). The downsides are that breakfast was quite average, not as good as Ya Ge's, and I don't recall seeing a gym.

Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly easy to get to all the attractions. Our room had a direct ocean view, and we could step right onto the beach from downstairs. We were immediately wowed by the stunning sea view from our window upon check-in. The cafe, also facing the ocean, has an elegant and comfortable ambiance, perfect for unwinding. Due to a train schedule issue, we requested a late check-out, and the hotel was very accommodating, which made us feel especially warm and welcome.

The locals said that the location is remote, but the hotel facilities are very good, the whole park has a nice view, the room is very large, and the breakfast is quite rich. It is difficult to get a taxi, and the electric car rental cannot be delivered to the door because of the remote location. But it is quiet, and I think families with children can choose this place
