Very friendly hotel staff, since the hotel was not booked solid I received a good seaview room, very good view.
Hotel location is very close to the main beach but also to the city.
Room was very clean - even received some fruits for free!
I had a great sleep in the bed.
Downside is (e.g. if it rains) that there is no gym or a nice restaurant at the top floor for example (but theres a good seafood restaurant at the ground floor and also a music bar).
Breakfast was good.
Good value for the (discounted) money :)

完全沒有保潔，進門赤腳在房間裏走了一圈，腳底就黑了，房間以及走廊都有一股味道，第一張照片是床頭，真的很臟，七百多的親子房空間可以，衞生，環境，服務真是一顆星都沒有，不建議居住

離龍鳳頭沙灘算是最近的酒店了，很適合孩子出門玩水，海景房的景色很漂亮

檔次還行，就是酒店應該是比較老了，所以設施有點舊，味道有點重，不過海景還是非常讚的，位置比較方便，樓下都是吃的，步行五分鐘就到沙灘了

蠻適合家庭親子出遊的一家酒店，離平潭著名的龍鳳頭沙灘走路衹要5分鐘，且地處老城區，周圍用餐購物很方便。家庭海景套房很適合攜帶老幼出行。看海效果非常好。早點起來直接在房間看日出效果也很棒。美中不足之處是裝修年代較早，略顯陳舊，望可以在適當時機升級改造。總體而言是挺滿意的一次出行。

酒店離龍王頭沙灘很近，周邊吃飯也方便，我們第一天晚飯是在酒店吃的，量很大，酒店屬於老酒店了，看得出曾經的金碧輝煌，但現在的衞生環境服務稍稍有點跟不上了

很老的酒店，勝在位置方便，掛着四星，感覺也就2.5星吧。
剛入住時候拍了視頻，床鋪像是沒整理的，你們細品品！像不像有人用完沒換的？
説是海景親子房，其實也就一般，同一樓層還有茶室，等電梯時候遇到光膀子的男人，抽煙的男人。。。真的覺得亂糟糟的！！！
晚上回去發現門卡刷不開，先下樓重做了門卡，發現還是不行。打電話給前台，前台説讓阿姨來開，等了很久阿姨也沒來，又打了一個電話，前台小姑娘才來，前後等了十多分鐘吧，用總卡能刷開。
工作人員一試發現我們的門卡還是開不了，説讓工程師傅來修，一看時間已經23點了，什麼時候來修，修到什麼時候都未知。😅這不是影響休息嘛？真的蠻惱火的。最重要的是門壞了很擔心安全！
攜程寫着14點退房，11點前台打電話來催，我告知了攜程訂房時候退房的時間，她們表示知道了説那就14點。13點多又開始打電話到房間催退房，竟然寫着14點退房，既然我沒超時沒必要像趕客一樣催催催吧！！！如果不是下午要趕路想好好午休下，肯定早就退房了，連打兩個電話真的是服了。
硬件老化，軟件服務也跟不上，再也不會來了，也給大家排雷！！還是避開吧！！！！
