"The hotel is right next to 'The Romantic Show of Foshan' and within walking distance to Tingyin Lake. The hotel environment is quite good, with some recreational facilities. However, I really can't understand why a resort hotel would charge guests for using the rooftop swimming pool. The room was new and very clean, and I enjoyed a beautiful sunset from there. I only found out after eating out that evening that the hotel offers a buffet, but the front desk didn't mention it during check-in, which was a pity. The staff training definitely needs improvement."

"Choosing Xinsu Hotel within the Xiqiao Mountain scenic area was truly a brilliant decision! First off, being able to drive your car right into the scenic area makes exploring Xiqiao Mountain incredibly flexible, easy, and in-depth. Secondly, even though the hotel is nestled in the mountains, its facilities are complete and very clean. Both dinner and breakfast here were excellent, with delicious food. Thirdly, the hotel's service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They communicated with us about mountain entry logistics and dietary preferences well in advance. Finally, what touched me the most was the hotel's prompt and responsible handling of an unexpected situation. When my child suddenly started vomiting in the middle of the night, the staff immediately checked on their condition and offered to help contact a hospital. As my child was vomiting severely, hotel staff drove us through the scenic area's emergency access road to the hospital, staying with us the entire time to assist with registration and getting the results. A huge thank you to the night-shift staff member, Miss Liu (who drove us back and forth, not getting back to the hotel until after 3 AM, and who we later learned had her own child hospitalized), and to the duty manager, Manager Yan. Upon learning of the situation, he actively communicated with us, met us at the hospital, and accompanied us throughout. Not only did he help solve the problem, but he also provided emotional support and reassurance. Other hotel staff were also very warm; they proactively asked about my child's condition the next day. Thank you all so much; this experience guarantees that the next time I visit Foshan, I'll return to Xiqiao Mountain and stay at Xinsu again!"

"The hotel's overall service needs improvement and better training. It's very convenient for getting around, with the subway station right at the intersection. Downstairs, there's an old-school restaurant, and nearby, you'll find local shops with a rich variety of delicious food. On hot summer days, there's a free laundry room and an infinity pool, and the room views are beautiful."

The three-bedroom suite our group of three stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The memory foam pillows were incredibly comfy, and the room's modern and elegant design and soft, plush bedding ensured a restful sleep. The room was incredibly clean, with every detail meticulously meticulously scrubbed, making for a truly reassuring stay. The hotel's service was exceptionally responsive, responding to any requests promptly. They also offer a robot food delivery service, which is convenient and ensures privacy and security. The room was also well-insulated, creating a quiet and relaxing environment. The overall experience was truly comfortable, and the hotel's comprehensive facilities and convenient location make it an excellent choice for accommodations in Foshan. I highly recommend it!"

"It's right inside Country Garden Community, about 30 meters to the left from the main gate. The house itself is okay, considered new and clean. The cleanliness of the room was above average, but the bedding smelled of smoke. Activity area on the first floor. It includes a restaurant, a cat cafe (cats are not allowed out), and a swimming pool in the garden. If you plan to have children, I don’t recommend it because there are no other facilities except the swimming pool. There are many takeaway options nearby. On the night of check-in, there was a party in the restaurant on the first floor. The noise and drinking lasted until after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I was very dissatisfied with this. It is even less recommended if you are not driving by yourself. Public transportation is not convenient. Parking is not free, there is a charge of 6 mosquitoes per night."

"We chose an apartment hotel in Foshan because it's more suitable for a family trip. This hotel was very clean; every cleaning lady was very presentable, as were the front desk staff. Everyone wearing masks while cleaning the rooms made for a comfortable stay. There were also many guests, indicating a thriving business."

"The room was very spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Downstairs, there's an amazing variety of food, so much so that we couldn't try it all in a few days. The Ferris wheel park was perfect for an evening stroll after dinner. It was a great travel experience overall."
