My stay at Manshui Residence truly exceeded my expectations; it definitely deserves a five-star rating. 🌿 Ambiance: The environment is incredibly quiet and elegant, exuding a 'slow living' vibe. The water features and greenery are perfectly integrated, making it bright and airy during the day and peacefully serene at night – ideal for relaxation. 🛎 Butler Service: The butler was highly responsive and easy to communicate with, handling everything seamlessly from check-in guidance to daily needs. 🧹 Hygiene: This deserves special praise. The room was spotless, the bedding and towels were clean and soft, and the bathroom was free of odors and water stains.

The moment I stepped into the courtyard at night, I was enchanted by the warm string lights on the trees – it felt like I'd stumbled into a fairy tale in the forest, creating an incredible ambiance. The room was decorated in warm wooden tones, with a super comfy bed and sofa, and the lighting was just right. I felt completely relaxed the moment I walked in. During the day, I loved curling up in the rattan chair in the courtyard, surrounded by bamboo and sunshine, with a gentle breeze. After a soak in the private hot spring, I just lounged in the room, enjoying the peace and quiet; it was so healing, I didn't want to leave. The butler service was also very thoughtful, with gentle touches in every detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

My friend visited Kunming and stayed at Manshui Residence for two nights, and they were absolutely delighted with their experience. They were surprised to find such a peaceful haven right in the heart of Kunming city. The environment, room bedding, amenities, service, and dining all fully lived up to the price point; in fact, they felt it was an exceptional value for money experience. This place also boasts the most high-end spa facilities in Southwest China, something traditional hotels simply can't offer. The spa area is incredibly comprehensive, significantly enhancing the overall hotel experience. Definitely a must-recommend!

Seriously impressed by Manshui Residence! It's a garden villa that offers a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city. Open the window and you're greeted by trees and fragrant flowers. The private hot spring bath was clean and so comfortable; my skin felt incredibly smooth afterwards. The location is super convenient, close to all the nearby attractions, and parking was a breeze. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was exquisite and fresh. Plus, there were free desserts and red wine in the evenings. The staff were warm and welcoming without being intrusive, making the whole experience fantastic. I've already recommended it to friends – if you're coming to Kunming, this is definitely the place to stay!

The room came with a full set of toiletries and disposable towels, plus complimentary snacks and drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. Service calls were answered promptly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and never pushed any sales. Overall, a fantastic experience.
