"It's a spacious two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom apartment. The building is listed as having opened this year, so the complex is very new. The sales office is still there, so there are probably still units for sale. Occupancy isn't high. It's located outside Yanguan Town, about a 10-minute walk away. There aren't many people around. You can see the Qiantang River in the distance. It feels like it just opened recently; it's very new. There are some seats at the reception, but breakfast isn't provided yet. Since we were only staying one night, it provided enough comfortable space for two friends to move around and rest. It was quite nice."

"The ideal water town of Greentown, the quality of the house is really good, the people and cars are diverted, there are children's amusement facilities, lounge chairs, coffee tables, and swimming pools in the community. It is also convenient to go to Yanguan Ancient Town. The only downside is that the room furniture is different from the picture. You can't see the picture to order. The room is three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. The facilities are very new and very good. It is not convenient to order takeaway, but the food tastes very good, delivered quickly, and even ate two meals. The farmhouse dishes are full and taste super good."
