4-Star Hotels in Haining

The sanitary environment is good, and the breakfast is also rich. But the service awareness of the waiter needs to be improved. When we checked in, we didn't know where to get the room card. When we asked the waiter inside, even the waiter himself didn't know. This is a bit outrageous!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the scenic area, with easy access and a dedicated passageway for guests. The rooms are new, clean, and the soundproofing is acceptable at night. The hotel staff at the front desk are very welcoming and will help greet guests and show them to their rooms. Dining: There aren't many restaurants nearby besides those within the scenic area, and ordering takeout often results in long wait times. Other: I suggest the hotel adjust the phone holder in the bathroom; phones tend to slide down when placed on it. 😅

The room was clean, and the hotel environment lived up to its price and the Kaiyuan brand. However, the breakfast service left me dissatisfied. After we finished eating, I grabbed a yogurt and a pastry for my child, only to be told at the exit that we couldn't take food out of the restaurant. Take out? It was just a carton of yogurt and one pastry! My child couldn't even eat them while walking? This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel where they said yogurt and pastries couldn't be taken out of the restaurant! Hotel prices were already ridiculously inflated during the National Day holiday, and after spending so much on a hotel, who cares about your tiny bit of yogurt and pastry! It felt like we were being treated like cheapskates trying to take advantage of them, being stopped at the exit! Ridiculous! I suggest replacing the breakfast service staff! Don't let them tarnish the Kaiyuan brand!

Room 808, the family room, was excellent. It's an L-shaped room with windows on two sides, so it's super bright when the curtains are open. There's also a large desk, and the bathroom is a separate, private space, unlike some hotels where it's only separated from the room by a frosted glass wall, which can be a bit awkward when traveling with older kids.

I'd been looking forward to my trip to Yanguan for ages, but I was hesitant about booking a hotel, worried that a bad choice would spoil my trip. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent environment—clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly welcoming, clearly explaining the hotel and the time we would be watching the tidal bore. They even upgraded us to the hotel's top suite, which was a wonderful surprise. It was probably the hotel's good fortune that allowed us to witness the tidal bore even when we might not have seen it. All of this was thanks to the hotel's comfort and the good luck we had. I hope to stay here again next time and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. Thank you so much!

The room is very spacious, and there is also a massage chair, very easy to use, after looking for aunt to clean, a disposable mat massage for a few days, very comfortable, the bathtub is quite big, the hotel provides a disposable bathtub mat, the room is a tail room, the window is small, the lighting is not that kind of big bed, The family room next door has very good lighting, the window view is also comfortable, the nearby facilities are very good, and it is close to the high-speed rail station.

When I checked in, they didn't tell me that I needed to register my child. And I've never been to a hotel where I need to register a 20-month-old child. Do I need to bring a birth certificate? I was having a meal, and when I came back to the hotel, someone else was at the front desk. I went to get a room card, and they told me to register my child. Why didn't they tell me before? I was speechless. I won't consider this hotel again.
