AAnonymous UserThe facilities and environment are good! Sanitation and management need to be improved. If you enter a room with a ”Do Not Disturb” sign hanging up, what does the ”Do Not Disturb” sign mean?
The attitude of the front desk is good, but the work standard needs to be improved.
1. When I arrived at the store at 11 o'clock in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. Someone came after a security uncle called. At that time, there were three groups of guests waiting to check in.
2. Regarding the welcome fruits, they were not given on the first night. When I asked about them on the second night, the front desk replied, ”Only for the first time you stay.” But both of my orders showed that they were given as gifts. Later, the front desk said that there were no more ones tonight, and my child pointed to the crisper and said, ”Mom, there are watermelons here.” So the front desk brought some watermelons and grapes to us.

I have a very good impression of this hotel. The room is very clean, spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, the sleep is very quiet and comfortable, the restaurant is clean and tidy, there are many varieties of breakfast, and the fruit food is very fresh. The staff greeted me good morning with a smile. Their service attitude was warm and they proactively provided help in a timely manner, which made me feel very warm. TTaotaoniu414519460I came to Shanghai for work and had a baby with me. I was afraid that the baby would be bored, so I chose a lively place. I thought I could go out for a walk while doing errands. The location of the hotel, which is right next to the shopping mall, is absolutely perfect🤙
The hotel is in an office building. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me an extra set of dental kits and free breakfast. It was a surprise😍. The room was booked as a parent-child room, so it was very big, clean and tidy👍, and there was bath water. It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around
I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭
