The luxury hotel is strategically positioned in the heart of the commercial district yet accessible to historic sites and tourist attractions. Given its central location within the Zhejiang province, guests can travel to either Shanghai or Hangzhou via the high-speed train within an hour.
"Xiao Guo at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly. We arrived early, and she immediately helped us check in quickly. She even upgraded both our families to a suite, which was fantastic – service gets a perfect score! The suite was very spacious, and the two-meter bed was perfect for two adults and a child. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the toiletries were from Atelier Cologne, plus the toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers were all good quality. Despite being on a busy street, it was very quiet. The underground parking garage has Tesla charging stations, and remember to scan a QR code at the front desk for free parking when you leave. Breakfast is on the first floor, and the selection was quite extensive, definitely not as bad as some reviews suggested, and the taste was good too. Overall, we felt it offered excellent value for money.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Intime Department Store and not far from Haining Museum and Ganhe Street."

"I came to Haining to watch the tide. The photos of the room looked good and it seemed to be very cost-effective, so I booked it for two nights. But rather disappointed. So I decisively canceled the second night and replaced it with something more expensive.
The hotel is above an office building, with a dilapidated building and elevator. The carpet in the corridor was dirty and torn. The room was so small that I mistakenly thought I was staying in a hotel in Europe. . . The hygiene is average, the bathroom looks old. The sewers are still somewhat blocked. The bedding is okay and fairly comfortable.
Breakfast is very average, with few varieties and dirty environment. I had to fry my own eggs. There was only one pot and it was occupied for a long time. The food was not served in time, and it was empty after eight o'clock. Fortunately, some food was served later. The people in the kitchen felt extremely busy, and the tables were not cleared in time."

Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed .

"Came to Haining for the tide-watching festival and stayed at the Xuande Gate Hotel. Right after booking, the hotel staff promptly contacted me to confirm my estimated check-in time, the check-in process, and important notes. Everything was very detailed, which made our holiday trip much smoother. When checking in, the front desk staff, Xiao Qian and Xiao Meng, saw that I was with elderly parents and children, and kindly offered to have the concierge help with our luggage directly to the room. Unfortunately, it was too busy and the staff were overwhelmed, so I ended up taking my luggage myself, but I really appreciated their thoughtfulness 🥰. After checking in, they also promptly sent us a travel guide and show times. In the evenings, they would check if we had any needs for our room. During our stay, they were always responsive and answered all our questions promptly. My parents and the kids all had a wonderful time and kept saying how great it was. Looking forward to visiting again next time! 🤭🤭"

"We took our kids to the Qiantang River. After extensive online research and price comparisons, we finally chose this magical hotel—the Hualuxe Haining!
Check-in: Upon entering, we were greeted by a large rock, shimmering with water, giving us a gentle, refreshing feeling. The hotel's design and service were impeccable, and the front desk attendant, Owen, was incredibly attentive.

"It's been a long time since I wanted to comment on a trip.
First of all, the hotel hardware is very good. The room is very spacious, with two beds and a chaise longue with armrests. Three generations of people, one old, one big and one small, stayed there. It was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very new and good. The room with a balcony could see the river view and sunrise. Although there was no sign, the check-in experience was good and the staff was well-trained. Thank you very much for the service in the past two days. Recommended!
I stayed at the Pacific Hotel and went to Hangzhou during the day. I suggest that everyone go to Hangzhou to park their cars in the Huanglong Sports Parking Lot, which is capped at 30 yuan. It is very convenient to take children and the elderly to the Science and Technology Museum, the Natural History Museum and the West Lake. The hotel exterior and the West Lake scenery are shown later."

I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

Three people can stay in a four-person suite, and the health aunt is also diligent. The local restaurant recommended by the boss is delicious. During the Qingming Festival holiday, I brought an elderly person to visit during the off-season. There were only neap tides around the first day of March. The boss recommended one tide and three tides. He personally drove us to the former residence of Jin Yong and then drove to chase the tide. Chasing the tide was very fun. The boss car It drives fast and steadily, which is a symbolic view of the tide. It is a once in a lifetime experience and is worth seeing. High tides and low tides are all experiences. If you have a chance to see the spring tide in the seventh month of the ***** calendar, but if you don’t have a chance to see the tide, it’s also a good idea to go to Haining City to see Xu Zhimo’s former residence and Xu Zhimo’s tomb. The ancient city of Yanguan in Haining has not been repaired, and many scenic spots are inaccessible, so forget it. Listen to the cuckoos singing along the tree-lined avenues and take a walk. The mountains are high and the rivers are long, life is full of seas, and we will see you again in the rivers and lakes.

The room was clean and tidy, the mineral water was not enough, and the front desk was given again. Especially the hotel's proprietress was very warm and thoughtful to treat the guests. We contacted in advance to understand the tide viewing situation and gave detailed answers. We also added WeChat to us for easy contact. Before we checked in, it made people feel warm. We arrived at the hotel earlier, and the hotel has packed the booked room in advance to facilitate our timely check-in. After check-in, we will provide us with tide viewing and ancient city tour guidance. When we left the salt officer, we took the initiative to help us contact the car we left, which provided us with a lot of convenience and left a deep impression on our husband and wife. GGuest UserBest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal.

There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

The hotel is in an office building. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me an extra set of dental kits and free breakfast. It was a surprise😍. The room was booked as a parent-child room, so it was very big, clean and tidy👍, and there was bath water. It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around
I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭
