The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of lush greenery, making for an incredible dining experience with amazing ambiance. The room details were also thoughtfully done; the toiletries were high-quality, and the towels were clean and soft. The floral arrangements in the public areas were exquisitely crafted, exuding sophistication everywhere you looked. The service was attentive and considerate, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Haining!"

"The hotel is relatively new, and I was upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious with good facilities, but there was still a slight odor. I arrived at 2 PM, and there wasn't much to eat; the coffee bar only offered one snack platter and cake. The music museum downstairs is worth a visit, it's quite good. The pool has a nice view, but the management is lax; people can enter without a swimming cap or proper swimwear, which is frustrating. There are plenty of shuttle buses from the hotel to the scenic area. The scenic area is still under construction, so it wasn't crowded, and commercial activity was a bit slow. The scenery is beautiful and quite similar to Wuzhen, but Wuzhen is too crowded. It would be better if some of the crowd could be diverted here."

"The hotel is located right inside Zhejiang University, which made it super convenient to walk around and explore the campus. Our room was really nice and spacious, and it even had a balcony with a drying rack – that was a pleasant surprise! The service was excellent too; they contacted us before check-in, and since we arrived early, they let us check in ahead of time. The front desk staff proactively offered free disposable toothbrushes and combs and even gave us extra bottles of mineral water. If I ever come to Haining again, I'd definitely choose this hotel."

"Had a fantastic stay! Huge shout-out to客服小魏 (Xiao Wei from customer service). She called me right after I booked through Trip.com to ask about my preferences, and even helped me upgrade my room. After check-in, she thoughtfully asked if I was driving and assisted with vehicle access permissions. The room itself was great too – I was on the 44th floor overlooking Haining City, though unfortunately, heavy haze that day obscured the view. The pool and gym were a welcome addition, adding some fun to an otherwise hectic business trip. I especially recommend the lamb offal soup for breakfast – it was incredibly tender and smooth 👍. My only suggestion would be to serve the lamb soup a bit hotter. A piping hot lamb soup, combined with the cilantro-infused offal, would really bring out their unique aromas! 🥰"

"Stayed during the holiday period. Arrived at 1:30 PM, and my original room wasn't ready. They kindly upgraded me for free to a family room on the 7th floor, which had a great view and was very spacious. The hotel's 3rd-floor terrace offers a view of the tidal bore, but unfortunately, the tide wasn't very strong during my stay – almost non-existent – so I ended up exploring the nearby Yan Guan Chaole City instead. There aren't many takeout options around the hotel; most are delivered by the merchants themselves. The hotel had a very high occupancy rate, and the breakfast area was extremely crowded, which wasn't a great experience."

"I came to Haining to watch the tide. The photos of the room looked good and it seemed to be very cost-effective, so I booked it for two nights. But rather disappointed. So I decisively canceled the second night and replaced it with something more expensive. The hotel is above an office building, with a dilapidated building and elevator. The carpet in the corridor was dirty and torn. The room was so small that I mistakenly thought I was staying in a hotel in Europe. . . The hygiene is average, the bathroom looks old. The sewers are still somewhat blocked. The bedding is okay and fairly comfortable. Breakfast is very average, with few varieties and dirty environment. I had to fry my own eggs. There was only one pot and it was occupied for a long time. The food was not served in time, and it was empty after eight o'clock. Fortunately, some food was served later. The people in the kitchen felt extremely busy, and the tables were not cleared in time."

The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, Haining Hualuxe is the top choice in Haining. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Haining, and I highly recommend Andy!"

"Even though everything is new, it felt better than expected! The main thing is that we didn't have any bad meals during our three days in the scenic area – the food was good, and the prices weren't high, which was a pleasant surprise! The tidal bore show in front of the visitor center plays for 10 minutes every hour on the hour, and it's free to watch. Before we checked in, the hotel added me on WeChat and provided check-in instructions, navigation, and parking information. Since I didn't want to get stuck in traffic during the holiday, I took the subway and then the Hanghai Intercity line. After getting off at Yanguan station, I didn't want to wait for the shuttle bus, so I took a taxi. It took about an hour and a half from the city center to the scenic area, and the journey was quite smooth. A big thank you to the front desk staff, Xiao Meng and Xiao Xiu, for all the information they provided during our stay. Both the daytime and nighttime views are great, with plenty of places to explore and eat – though it does make your legs tired. The shuttle bus is free for hotel guests, but it takes a roundabout route. Unless you're going to watch the tide at the Tidal Bore Park, it's not really necessary for non-guests. Tidal Bore Park requires a separate ticket; you'll regret it if you don't see the bore, and you might regret it if you do – it's mainly about experiencing it since you're already here. Be sure to protect yourself from heatstroke and sunburn when watching the tide! All the activities are music-related, with循环 performances. You can check the schedule via the WeChat mini-program. The scenic area map is a bit abstract, though; the locations of the shows are basically impossible to find directly on the map. You either have to ask someone or try to figure out the connections to find them. Don't rely on the routes shown on the map; just use it for general direction. If you want to go somewhere, walk in the general direction, and you can cut through small paths and buildings – as long as there's a path, you can go. Walking in and out of the Xuande Gate Hotel, the small side gate is the most convenient. Currently, only the indoor pool is open. I also took a stroll to the Main Singer Hotel on the other end; it has a different style, so it might be nice to try staying there for a day."

"It's been a long time since I wanted to comment on a trip. First of all, the hotel hardware is very good. The room is very spacious, with two beds and a chaise longue with armrests. Three generations of people, one old, one big and one small, stayed there. It was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very new and good. The room with a balcony could see the river view and sunrise. Although there was no sign, the check-in experience was good and the staff was well-trained. Thank you very much for the service in the past two days. Recommended! I stayed at the Pacific Hotel and went to Hangzhou during the day. I suggest that everyone go to Hangzhou to park their cars in the Huanglong Sports Parking Lot, which is capped at 30 yuan. It is very convenient to take children and the elderly to the Science and Technology Museum, the Natural History Museum and the West Lake. The hotel exterior and the West Lake scenery are shown later."

"The hotel room was excellent, facing south and getting plenty of sunlight through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The two beds in our twin room were much wider than what you usually find in hotels, which made for a great night's sleep. All the amenities provided were high-end and very comprehensive. I really love this hotel. The breakfast also offered a great variety of options. Highly recommend it to everyone!"
