"The hotel is quite close to Xiasha Outlets, so we stayed here as a family to stock up. The hotel is clean, tidy, and has no peculiar smells at all, which is a big plus compared to many newly opened hotels. Parking is convenient, and being on the 19th floor offers a great view of the Qiantang River. Overall, it was excellent value for money this stay. Five-star rating!"

"The hotel is quite new and ideally located – a peaceful oasis just a short stroll from the bustling Yu Ma Tou (Imperial Wharf). You can step out of the alley and turn a corner right into the lively area, yet you won't hear any noise from there in the hotel at night. Our river-view room by the water even had the occasional gentle quacking of ducks. The butler service was excellent; they contacted us a day in advance. The butler was also very responsive, answering all our questions quickly. Overall, the experience was great, and I'd likely choose this hotel again next time."

"Hotel facilities are new, the bedding is clean, the room is very clean, wipe with wet paper towels without dust, 7 minutes walk from Haining Railway Station, it is very convenient to go to see the tide by bus 109 or tour 2, the two front desk girls are warm, serious and responsible, there are questions and answers and solve them in time. The next day I didn't sleep, knocked on the door and woke up, the male public security rounds, I lived in a room with a separate woman. I entered the room at 12 o'clock to make a transcript and sign all kinds of signatures. Although it is a newly opened hotel, the dereliction of duty of the hotel party caused the guest to have a very poor experience. There is no compensation, oh for a bottle of water."
