So far the hotel service is good. Clean and comfortable room. But only the aircond does not function cold... because they are connected with public aircon control? But at least the staff gave me a stand fan...so... everything is good. Location nice. Breakfast is nice too . Staff friendly.

The hotel is close to the Nanguanxiang Historical and Cultural District, with convenient transportation and complete living facilities. The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, and there is a water dispenser in the lobby, which is very considerate. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive, and the considerate service adds points. Opposite Yixiang Village is a must-eat restaurant on Dianping.com, where you can eat delicious authentic Haining cuisine.

Room 808, the family room, was excellent. It's an L-shaped room with windows on two sides, so it's super bright when the curtains are open. There's also a large desk, and the bathroom is a separate, private space, unlike some hotels where it's only separated from the room by a frosted glass wall, which can be a bit awkward when traveling with older kids.

After I went there, I found that it was so much. Needless to say, I was afraid that some guests were not used to using the hotel towels. Each room was equipped with a disposable bath towel. Makeup remover wipes and everything. Speaking of the layout of the hotel, I can see that the boss is a very tasteful person. This hotel is really full of small details. This trip has booked a total of 4 rooms. Friends said that they are very satisfied. They all said that next time they want to go to Haining, they will go to his house. Others do not consider it. My stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were super fast. The room was clean and tidy. The location is great, right next to Haining Station, and very close to Haining Museum and Xishan Park—within walking distance. There are also plenty of food and takeout options. However! Hygiene: There was a strong odor as soon as I entered, and even after opening the window for a long time, a slight smell remained. Environment: The soundproofing is incredibly poor; I could hear everything from the next room clearly. My room faced a facility room that looked like a staff passageway, and the creaking noise of staff going in and out woke me up at 7 am the next morning. Around 8 or 9 am, the sounds of cleaning and conversation from the next room were also very clear. Facilities: The facilities are old and outdated, only standard amenities, and not very functional. The hotel elevator is clearly quite old, and the trash cans outside are overflowing and haven't been emptied—public hygiene is a problem. Service: Average. The staff have a strong work ethic and aren't exactly known for their smiling service, but they can meet basic needs. In summary, it's an ordinary hotel in a county town, but it falls short of expectations for a Hanting hotel. This price is significantly higher than surrounding hotels and guesthouses, but whether the accommodation experience is better is another question, as I didn't stay anywhere else. Overall, if you're traveling from Haining Station, it's okay to stay one night, but not longer.

Parking at the door is not told to charge. Then when the car arrives, there is no parking lot in Hanting. I need to pay the parking fee. It is very late to book. Good hotel and then gave a small room. We thought that we didn't come down very late. When we checked out at noon, we just arrived at one o'clock and said that we had a long time out. What do we say next time we have to charge an overtime fee? This service attitude will not live next time. Okay 😑
