"I was initially torn between Kaiyuan and Pullman but ultimately preferred the Accor Group's Pullman. It opened in 2015, and the facilities are indeed a bit dated; the blind on the inner window of the bathroom facing the room was quite worn out. However, the service was top-notch. We were staying with a child, and although there wasn't a crib available, when we requested a bathrobe, they proactively provided a toothbrush and toothpaste at the same time. They also upgraded our room type for free upon check-in. The hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent, and the in-hotel Wi-Fi connection was convenient and fast. The swimming pool on the 4th floor is 25 meters long and a good width, but there's no children's pool. Parking includes adjacent surface spots and an underground garage. The location is convenient for getting around, about 2 kilometers to Nanguanxiang and 3 kilometers to Ganhe Street. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"Had a fantastic stay! Huge shout-out to客服小魏 (Xiao Wei from customer service). She called me right after I booked through Trip.com to ask about my preferences, and even helped me upgrade my room. After check-in, she thoughtfully asked if I was driving and assisted with vehicle access permissions. The room itself was great too – I was on the 44th floor overlooking Haining City, though unfortunately, heavy haze that day obscured the view. The pool and gym were a welcome addition, adding some fun to an otherwise hectic business trip. I especially recommend the lamb offal soup for breakfast – it was incredibly tender and smooth 👍. My only suggestion would be to serve the lamb soup a bit hotter. A piping hot lamb soup, combined with the cilantro-infused offal, would really bring out their unique aromas! 🥰"

"Staying at the Haining Hualuxe Hotel for my trip to Haining was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star recommendation! The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, Haining Hualuxe is the top choice in Haining. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Haining, and I highly recommend Andy!"

"This truly is the top hotel among the four in the scenic area, the largest and most magnificent! Upon entering the room, I found the layout a bit strange. You open the door directly into the bedroom with two large beds, and then you walk further in to find the living room. The living room doesn't have an air conditioning vent, so if we're sleeping and close the partition door, anyone in the living room would get very stuffy. So, the layout design isn't very reasonable. A key point is that while there are many suites, most of them have bunk beds. For family trips, people don't just bring children, they might also bring elderly family members, so bunk beds aren't very convenient. The bathroom, on the other hand, is quite spacious and has a double vanity, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was quite generous, and the dining area was very large. Since the weather was hot, we stayed in the hotel and enjoyed concerts throughout the day. We could hear at least two to three different concerts a day, never repeating. This place is definitely perfect for those who want to relax and do nothing on vacation. The shuttle bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and there are plenty of buses, so no waiting is needed. Getting in and out is very convenient. The staff were also very warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions."

"Choosing to stay at the Qianjiang Junting Hotel for this trip was an excellent decision! First off, the location is superb, right by the Qiantang River, so we could see the Qiantang River Tidal Bore right from our room's balcony – incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are comprehensive. Even though it's been open for over a decade, the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and still looks grand and luxurious. Furthermore, both the cleanliness and service were outstanding; the hotel, inside and out, was spotless. The staff were highly professional and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making us feel right at home. All in all, our stay at the Qianjiang Junting Hotel was very pleasant and satisfying. A big thank you to all the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff who assisted us!"

"Even though everything is new, it felt better than expected! The main thing is that we didn't have any bad meals during our three days in the scenic area – the food was good, and the prices weren't high, which was a pleasant surprise! The tidal bore show in front of the visitor center plays for 10 minutes every hour on the hour, and it's free to watch. Before we checked in, the hotel added me on WeChat and provided check-in instructions, navigation, and parking information. Since I didn't want to get stuck in traffic during the holiday, I took the subway and then the Hanghai Intercity line. After getting off at Yanguan station, I didn't want to wait for the shuttle bus, so I took a taxi. It took about an hour and a half from the city center to the scenic area, and the journey was quite smooth. A big thank you to the front desk staff, Xiao Meng and Xiao Xiu, for all the information they provided during our stay. Both the daytime and nighttime views are great, with plenty of places to explore and eat – though it does make your legs tired. The shuttle bus is free for hotel guests, but it takes a roundabout route. Unless you're going to watch the tide at the Tidal Bore Park, it's not really necessary for non-guests. Tidal Bore Park requires a separate ticket; you'll regret it if you don't see the bore, and you might regret it if you do – it's mainly about experiencing it since you're already here. Be sure to protect yourself from heatstroke and sunburn when watching the tide! All the activities are music-related, with循环 performances. You can check the schedule via the WeChat mini-program. The scenic area map is a bit abstract, though; the locations of the shows are basically impossible to find directly on the map. You either have to ask someone or try to figure out the connections to find them. Don't rely on the routes shown on the map; just use it for general direction. If you want to go somewhere, walk in the general direction, and you can cut through small paths and buildings – as long as there's a path, you can go. Walking in and out of the Xuande Gate Hotel, the small side gate is the most convenient. Currently, only the indoor pool is open. I also took a stroll to the Main Singer Hotel on the other end; it has a different style, so it might be nice to try staying there for a day."

The scenery outside the window is picturesque, parking is free, the front desk is efficient, the room is clean and hygienic, there are many people during the festival, and the waiters are still as friendly and enthusiastic as always. "Our whole family came to Haining to see the tidal bore at Chaole Ancient Town, and staying at the hotel inside the scenic area was super convenient with excellent service! The scenic area is huge, developed by the same company behind Wuzhen, Yao Lake, and Puyuan, so it retains the original ancient architecture and historical sites. You can easily spend 1-2 days eating, staying, and playing all within the area. With summer approaching, here's an ideal itinerary: arrive at the hotel in the afternoon to rest, then stroll through the ancient town in the evening. The next day, after a delicious hotel breakfast, head to the Tidal Bore Park to wait for the spectacular tide (the best time is the eighteenth day of the eighth ***** month). In the afternoon, those with kids can visit the water park or continue exploring the ancient town before leaving in the evening (if you're staying at the hotel, you can enjoy the ancient town until around 4 PM)."
