The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! I booked a hotel near Incheon Airport for an early morning flight. The facilities are brand new. I had some fun there, and everyone, no matter where they were from, was handsome and beautiful. Getting to the airport the next day was super convenient, it's really close.

Very clean, great environment. The hotel is spotless and in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable and quiet, and the hygiene is excellent. It was a fantastic stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

As the name says, it's a 5-star luxury resort. Resort and room amenities were all maintained nicely, including the gym and indoor pool. We were given a free room upgrade which has definitely elevated our experience.Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The new shuttle bus service that stops at Hongdae and Myeongdong made transport that so much more convenient. It was my third time at Inspire and this time round I had reached there without any inconveniences. The entire resort is very big so wayfinding can be quite confusing but there are many staff around to assist! Due to a government policy, they do not provide disposable items like dental kits. I will want to stay there again.

Solid hotel with great harbor views. Convenient location if you arrive in Incheon by ship and close to Incheon Station as well. 711 and a bus stop right outside definitely a big plus. Early check in was possible in my case (for an extra fee of 11,000 KRW per hour). Seoul proper is quite far but perfect location to stay in Incheon for a while.

The extended stay apartment is ridiculously far from Central Seoul! Then again I was trying to be cheap because everything in central Seoul was expensive due to the fact the past weekend was the BTS concert which made prices of accommodation surge! However, the room was spacious for one person, the bathroom was clean, all basic amenities provided. Downstairs had convenience store, 24 hr coffee place so perfect to get a late night feed if you are hungry! But unless u are willing to pay for relatively expensive taxi rides into the city, better to stay closer! Otherwise subway can take up to 1.5-2 hrs one way to get to central tourist locations in Seoul! However, cherry blossoms were blooming in the area so it was a great to see some late blooms too! Check in is tricky at first, make sure taxi drops you off at the street given to you and then you need to walk through a shopping centre, go up 2 escalators, and then turn right to get into the lobby which is on 3rd Floor not Ground Floor.

The auto check-in was okay. I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in and their proximity to cafes and restos down below. A lot of variety for a small plaza. I was there for nearly a week and it was really convenient to walk to the metro or stroll around and find what I was looking for.

I had a really pleasant stay overall. My flight arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, but after reaching out to the hotel, they kindly allowed me to check in early for a small fee (10,000 won per hour), which I really appreciated after a long trip. The room itself was very nice and cozy, and everything was spotless. One thing I especially loved was how quickly the hot water worked—it was instant and consistently great. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. They were respectful of our personal belongings, which made me feel safe and comfortable, and they regularly took out the trash, replenished bath mats, and provided fresh water bottles. The location was also very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stations within easy reach, and even a convenience store right in the lobby, which made everything super accessible. As for the downsides, the beds were a bit on the firm side, though it wasn’t a big issue for me since I spent most of my time out exploring. I did notice that there were no bath towels provided—only bath mats—and basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back for the cleanliness, convenience, and thoughtful service. However, I would not recommend staying here if you’re planning to focus your activities in Seoul, as the location may not be the most convenient for that.

Even though the hotel might look a bit old from the outside, I have to say — I had a really comfortable stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. What I loved most was the **super convenient location**. I chose this hotel because I was going to a concert at INSPIRE Arena, and it turned out to be only about 2 km away. I walked there and back with no problem at all! The streets are nice and safe, even late at night after the concert ended. No stress about finding a taxi or waiting for a bus — I just enjoyed a pleasant walk under the cool night air. Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants, a CU, and 7-Eleven stores that are open 24/7, perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks anytime. Plus, the beach is also within walking distance — if you have free time, you can stroll over for a relaxing seaside vibe too! Overall, this hotel made my solo trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you're attending an event at INSPIRE Arena or just want a practical and comfy base to explore the area! 😊

The room was clean, and the beach was beautiful right downstairs. However, the hotel seems to cater more to local Korean families with children, making it very kid-friendly. There's also a convenient store on the basement floor of the hotel, which is super handy.
