GGuest UserWow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.
The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.
We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and ******!

GGuest UserHaving a low-rise bed was great since I was with my child. However, the room was so hot that I had to sleep with the window open.
The bathroom was spacious and decent, and it even had a bathtub.
The sink was unusually deep. I later realized it was because the water pressure was incredibly strong. If you turned it on just a little, it would immediately shut off, which was annoying. I figured out that if you turn it on slightly and wait a few seconds, it stabilizes and you can use it.
The shower pressure was also extremely strong. It was the first time I've ever been annoyed by strong shower pressure.
Breakfast wasn't bad for the price.
The coffee on the first floor was delicious, and they gave out discount coupons that you could use repeatedly.
There were two kids' cafés, and we used both. They were affordable, and there weren't many people, so my child had a great time.

GGuest UserMy sister and I stayed here for our trip. We chose this hotel because it's so close to the station, which was perfect as we had an early morning flight on our last day. Just a heads-up, the climate companion card isn't valid in this area (for both buses and trains). The location was excellent for our final day – right by the station, and close to Daiso, Olive Young, Lotte Mart, and several convenience stores (GS25, CU, 7-Eleven).
There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but it was too early for it, so we ended up taking a taxi. It would be great if there were earlier bus options.
What was a bit disappointing:
The shower was tricky. There was a constant cold drip from the rain shower head, which was uncomfortable in March, even at 14℃. I can't imagine how bad it would be in the middle of winter – you'd freeze!
Also, there were power outlets by the bed, but when I woke up, my phone wasn't charged. The same happened to my sister. It's almost like the power turns off when the lights are switched off? This is something to be aware of, especially if you rely on your phone for mobile boarding passes and such.
Surprisingly, noise from the hallway and other rooms carried quite a bit. I went to bed at 11 PM for my early flight, but the noise kept bothering me. I'd fall asleep and then wake up again, which was frustrating. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea.
I called a taxi using a ride-hailing app, and it arrived in less than a minute. The roads were clear, and we got to Incheon Airport Terminal 2 in about 10 minutes. The fare was around 1500 yen.

XXiner2The room was spacious and quiet. When I checked in and put on the disposable sheets, I found a lighter with Korean characters under the mattress. 😱... There was also an open package of unidentified food behind the curtain. 😓 The front desk service was excellent. 🥰 Downstairs is the shopping street.
The airport pickup was impeccable. 👍👍👍 The drop-off service was late, and I almost missed it. ✈️ It was a close call, but it was fine. 👌🏻
Overall, it was a good stay!

GGuest UserI was assigned a room on the third floor, and the carpet was a bit dirty. The facilities were just so-so. On the second night of my stay, an elderly tour group mistook my door for theirs and knocked, which was quite startling. I opened the door to check their key card and realized they were from the hotel next door. Since both hotels share the same front desk and are in the same building, it's easy to get confused. I'd advise everyone checking in to pay close attention (the front desk on the far left is for Wyndham Days, while the one on the right is for Howard Johnson. If you're still unsure, as shown in picture 2, Howard Johnson's key cards are orange, and Wyndham's are green). On the bright side, it's very, very close to Unseo subway station, and the fried chicken nearby is delicious. Plus, there's a CU convenience store directly across from the hotel downstairs, making transportation super convenient. I'd recommend it as a temporary stay if you're catching a flight. There's also an Olive Young downstairs where you can buy cosmetics.

GGuest UserAdd the owner, Ms. Pan (Chinese), on WeChat – her ID is the same as the hotel name, skyguestel. She sends all the important details, which is much more convenient than communicating through Ctrip. Plus, if you want to extend your stay, just send her a message on WeChat; sometimes Ctrip shows no availability, but you can still extend. P1 is a photo I took this morning from the shuttle bus stop heading to the airport; the hotel building is directly across the street, so it's super close.
💙 I really found a hidden gem! Before, when I came to Korea, I didn't take red-eye flights, so I had time to go back to the city to stay, usually in guesthouses, rarely hotels. This time, because my flight schedule was terrible, I decided to stay near Incheon Airport after arriving late at night and then go to the city the next day. Since I was arriving so late, I was looking for a hotel with free airport shuttle service. I stumbled upon Sky Guestel on Xiaohongshu and immediately canceled my previous booking (which only offered drop-off, not pick-up) to switch to this one.
💜 After exiting Terminal 1 around 11 PM, just wait for the free shuttle bus. No need to communicate with anyone. The shuttle takes two stops directly to the hotel building. There are two CU convenience stores and two 7-Elevens nearby downstairs, making it super convenient to buy things.
🩷 When I left, I had an 8 AM flight from Incheon. The shuttle bus to the airport is right across the street and gets you to Terminal 2 in 20 minutes. Again, no need to communicate with anyone or make a reservation. For really early hours like 4 or 5 AM, it runs every 20 minutes; during the day, it's basically every 10 minutes.
❤️ Check-in is fully self-service. The door is a keyless entry, and the room has Wi-Fi and all the necessary disposable amenities. The room is spacious and very clean. Before I checked in, Ms. Pan, the owner, had already turned on the mattress heater for me, so it was nice and warm (even a bit hot, I turned it off later 😂) when I slept. As soon as I lay down, I didn't want to stick to my original plan of going directly to Incheon Airport after the concert and spending the night there. I was worried I couldn't extend my stay because Ctrip showed no availability, but after contacting Ms. Pan on WeChat, I successfully extended for another night ✌🏻 (A side note: my band, why did I travel all this way during the Chinese New Year period to suffer like this? 🙃)
🖤 Overall, my experience these two nights was excellent. I rarely write reviews on Ctrip, but this hotel genuinely made my stay comfortable. It's the best choice for arriving at or departing from Incheon Airport in the early hours.

LLuweezyanaI believe this is my first time staying in a guesthouse in Korea. I thought it was a regular hotel. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the airport as I wanted. Coffee shops, restaurants, CU and 7 elevens are right in the area. The room was very nice, spacious, and pretty much had everything you could need...even a full size refrigerator and freezer. Nice views outside. I didn't get the automatic email right away but I was able to get in touch once I called the number to get my room info.

AAnonymous UserVery good for short stay. It is an affordable accomodation close to Incheon airport. I arrived Incheon airport at midnight and took taxi to the hotel, spending less than 12000 won which is very cheap. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff/ owner was very nice. Equipped and provided with shower stuffs, toothbrush toothpaste, hair dryer and bottled water. They even have hair curlers, hair gel and tea bags.

SShaza HarrisI stayed here for awhile. Mainly to rest after medical procedure. What I liked was that it was almost smoke free. The rooms was a little run down but clean. The guy at the front desk is an ocd cleaner. It close to the main road with many stores and places to eat. I love the coffee area downstairs and of course the ice on hand. The tea is not very good but loved the mango juice. The cleaning lady is my favorite person at this hotel. The Wi-Fi is awesome.
