There is a free shuttle bus from Incheon Airport, so it is not difficult to get around. Check-in is at 3pm, but we were finally able to check in an hour and a half after arriving. The waiting area was also very crowded, so we had to find a place to sit and wait. There were few elevators, and our room was about 100m away from the elevator, so we had to walk a long distance. Also, it was very crowded at check-out time, and we had to see people off several times before getting on the elevator, so it took a long time. The hotel rooms were clean, the towels were fluffy, the shower had strong water pressure, and there was plenty of hot water. There was almost no distinction between the areas for guests and general visitors, so there was no particular feeling of specialness for guests.

The hotel's decoration design is really artistic. It has complete restaurants and entertainment facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff's service attitude is also very good👍🏻

The room is large, clean, and well-equipped. The quality of the bed is very good, and it is no less than the top five-star hotels I have stayed in. I slept very well. The service is particularly good. The check-in time in Korea is still quite strict. You cannot check in before 3 o'clock. There are also many tourists here. You also need to register in advance before check-in. The hotel staff is very friendly and patiently helped with the check-in procedures and also helped to store the luggage. Later, I actually lost my phone in the hotel. The staff not only found the phone but also actively helped to send it to me. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a dedicated restaurant. You have to find breakfast in the mall by yourself.
