The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! The room was spotless and smelled lovely everywhere. It's really close to Incheon Airport, and there's a shuttle bus every half hour, which was super convenient. I was in a hurry and couldn't stay longer, but I definitely want to bring my whole family back next time! My only regret is not being able to get a BTS room card; the guy at the front desk tried hard to find one the day before, but they were all out.

Traveling internationally with kids, the last thing you want is hassle after landing. To my surprise, we landed in Incheon at 9 PM, took the AREX from the airport to Unseo Station, and walked to the hotel, arriving just after 10 PM. The whole process was incredibly smooth and such a relief. Check-in experience: Warmth in the wee hours We arrived at 10 PM, expecting a complicated check-in. Instead, the owner helped us with the self-service machine, and we were checked in within a minute – so efficient and stress-free. As a parent checking in late with a child, this no-fuss efficiency was a huge bonus. Room amenities: Unexpected cleanliness and facilities We stayed in a top-floor room, and opening the door was a pleasant surprise – it felt less like a regular hotel room and more like a chic little apartment. The room was spotlessly clean and even came with a small kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. When traveling with kids, the joy of being able to wash and dry clothes anytime is something only those who've experienced it can truly appreciate. Value for money: Just over ¥200, hard to find even in smaller Chinese cities You might not believe it, but with all these amenities, it was only just over 200 RMB per night. Honestly, you'd be hard-pressed to find accommodation this clean and well-equipped for that price even in a third or fourth-tier city in China. In comparison, the value for money here is absolutely top-tier. Check-out and final thoughts Checking out was a breeze, done via the self-service machine around 8 AM. This hotel has become my go-to 'white moonlight' for Incheon transits. Next time I'm overnighting in Seoul with the kids, I'll definitely choose this place again. I wish the owner thriving business, so more late-night travelers can find a warm and comfortable place to stay!

The room is spacious and clean. Bedding, towels, and bath rope are like new. The bed is huge, mattress is firm. Shower was one of the best. The shower itself is spacious. Water is very hot and with good pressure. One good design is shower, toilet and sink are separated by glass doors. People can get ready at the same time. There are lots of restaurants in the area just downstairs. If you really have to pick something, people are singing on the street pass midnight on Friday night. But it didn't bother me at all.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent; it's a very new hotel. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good. Environment: There are many dining options within the hotel, and the integrated commercial area makes eating and drinking very convenient, making it ideal for families with children.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the T2 shuttle bus is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly. A special thanks to one of the staff members at the luggage storage who helped me twice with ride-hailing apps. My child was going somewhere a bit out of the way, and the staff diligently double-checked and helped arrange the car. The convenience store downstairs is very handy; the salesperson there was so thoughtful, helping us warm up our food and even finding utensils for us. Although the hotel rooms are close to the airport, the noise level was actually fine and didn't disturb our rest. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

The auto check-in was okay. I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in and their proximity to cafes and restos down below. A lot of variety for a small plaza. I was there for nearly a week and it was really convenient to walk to the metro or stroll around and find what I was looking for.

The hotel interior was sparkling clean and well-maintained, feeling brand new. I was very satisfied. Despite the cold weather, the heating was excellent, adjusting perfectly to a comfortable temperature. I was aware that disposable amenities wouldn't be provided, but I was surprised and a bit flustered to find there wasn't even soap! Next time, I'll be sure to pack all my facial care products. In the morning, I had trouble with the hairdryer; it seemed broken and wouldn't turn on after I washed my hair. It was early, and no one answered the phone, so I just had to struggle through and dry it as best I could. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return! The quality for this price is unbelievable. I didn't manage to take any photos of the room because I was too busy relaxing. All I got was a quick shot of the hallway when I remembered at check-out. That's how much I enjoyed my stay :)

The worst mattress ever. Could not sleep. And service terrible. Front desk clerk missing from 8 to 8 nobody unt the evening. During the day rarely somebody there. Room smaller but the worst is the mattress. I could fill every spring. I think that was the box spring not the mattress itself. No shuttle even if they advertised. It doesn’t exist. So the front desk said. Not wanting to stay again here 🥹
