Grand lobby and the shuttle bus to Terminal 1 airport is nice. However, I think is time to renovate the room.

幸虧訂了君悦，因為第二天韓國首爾大暴雨，如果不是住在酒店旁邊，如果沒有接送班車，那麼去機場是件多麼痛苦的事情，前台非常熱情，各方面都挺好的

Did not have a good time with pool reception, other than that other staff were friendly and helpful. The pool reception did not explain how the locker works and I was forced to use the shoe locker for my belongings since I did not know there was another locker inside.

西樓確實會新很多，房間乾淨無異味，酒店前台很熱情，對待小朋友和善，就是小童玩的會稍稍少一點，因為早上走的早前一天晚上去的晚一些，小朋友的玩的地方都不開了，沒體驗到有些可惜，會考慮下次再去的。

Beautiful hotel with great location
Comfortable room with spacious and clean
Friendly staff in reception with great support and excellent service
The hotel provided a free taxi ride to the Airport as we had an early flight. The driver helped us loading and unloading our 3 suitcases which was highly appreciated 😀
