Grand Hyatt Incheon

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Grand Hyatt Incheon. The staff were lovely, they treated each guest equally, and always go above and beyond with service. The shuttle is really helpful for travelers who might still be getting used to Korea. The amenities are also great for anyone trying to relax and enjoy their stay. Family friendly and with excellent room service. I’m a member now and will definitely be coming back!

I love the sunrise view from the room and also the shuttle bus to and fro airport, so convenient!

The hotel provides free airport shuttle service, about 15 minutes driving time. Based on the Hyatt’s reputation, our expectations were high as to room’s furniture, design , or necessities for travelers, but we were a bit disappointed. The room is clean, but is too plain and simple. The surprising part of this short stay was by walking 5 minutes from the hotel, we discovered a beautiful place called Paradise city

A truly disappointing stay at Grand Hyatt Incheon. The hotel feels extremely old and outdated. Even the basic room amenities fall short—there are no universal power outlets or USB ports, which is quite surprising for a hotel of this category. The bathroom was even more disappointing. It looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1990s. The shower setup is poorly designed—the showerhead splashes water all over the floor despite having a curtain. The lighting is harsh and unflattering, making the whole space feel even more tired and uninviting. The only bright spot during our stay was the airport shuttle service. It was punctual, and the driver was exceptionally helpful and hardworking—truly the only five-star element of this experience. Overall, the hotel is in urgent need of a major renovation. For the price we paid, we expected a comfortable and modern five-star experience, but it was a complete letdown. I regret choosing to stay here and would much rather have booked a newer, more reasonably priced hotel nearby.

Great stay at a very convenient location. Easy access to the airport with free transfer. The breakfast was fine, tasty and abundant. The pool is nice and spacious. 

What a great place to stay for families. The staff was nice and welcoming upon arrival and accommodated our request of having our three rooms nearby. The interior and bathrooms were well appointed with gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the lobby. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

After a very long flight, took the shower, the water was blocked and there seemed to be a leak, water was pouring out of nowhere, all over the floor. I didn't have the energy to complain. They need to fix it before they can take the deposit.
