Clean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport.
Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either....
Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways.
So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.

Nice hotel to relax at after your flight into Incheon. I spent a couple just meandering about and was pleasantly surprised. Price is justified, especially if you use trip.com discounts from your flight. There is a restaurant that I didn't use, but it seemed nice.

Royal Emporium Hotel is quite expensive and not very convenient, especially when traveling from the airport. It’s also difficult to get an Uber in this area, which makes transportation a hassle.
Another downside is that the hotel does not provide basic necessities such as bottled water, toothpaste, or other toiletries. Considering the price, this feels disappointing.
I would not recommend this hotel for a transit stay or even for a longer visit.
Royal Emporium Hotel 的價格偏高，而且地理位置不太方便，從機場前往酒店比較麻煩，叫 Uber 也非常困難，交通不便是一大問題。
此外，酒店沒有提供基本用品，例如瓶裝水、牙膏等盥洗用品，以這樣的價位來說，確實令人失望。
無論是轉機過夜還是長期入住，我都不會推薦這家酒店。

It is not made clear that the hotel does not offer airport shuttle services every day. It is only on weekends and this is jo5 communicated until after you arrive.
There are not really any amenities in the hotel. The convenience store is purely supplied and the fitness room does not really have any equipment. It is very clean that I recognise but with lower price you can find much better hotels in the area with proper amenities. Also the hotel is struggling and there sre sign of it everywhere that give a very eerie vibe.the rooms are decently sized as well and comfortable.

Room was clean but free shuttle to the airport was not available with the reason already fully booked. How the hell is possible that I had never experienced such an excuse as being travelling for more than 20 years.

在首爾轉機臨時找個地方住一晚，離機場很近，如果是比較早的航班的話建議提前叫車。房間不是很大，不過就是找個落腳點住一晚也沒那麼講究

衞生：衞生也挺乾淨的
環境：環境也不錯 在海邊
服務：服務也沒有什麼問題 可以來體驗一下 離機場也不遠 交通還算是比較方便的
