Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.
The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.
We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and ******!

vivian199791The room was spotless and smelled lovely everywhere. It's really close to Incheon Airport, and there's a shuttle bus every half hour, which was super convenient. I was in a hurry and couldn't stay longer, but I definitely want to bring my whole family back next time! My only regret is not being able to get a BTS room card; the guy at the front desk tried hard to find one the day before, but they were all out.

YU__TINGThis was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Korea. The surprise hit the moment we entered the room; we seriously thought the front desk had given us the wrong one. We had only booked a special offer room and had even asked them to switch us to a twin-bedded room. So, seeing a suite, our first thought was that we were putting them out and should quickly go exchange it for a cheaper one. We trekked all the way back to the front desk – and I mean *all the way*, because our room was really, really far from it. But the staff told us the room was correct, no upgrade, that’s just how amazing they are. We were stunned! For less than $200, we got a five-star suite in Korea. This room made the subsequent rooms we stayed in, which cost around $300, feel like we were living in a toilet.
So, the room truly was excellent. And the surrounding facilities were very comprehensive; after all, it's a resort, so there's no shortage of dining, entertainment, and activities. *Also*, though I didn't go myself, there were easily more than a dozen restaurants; we tried two. The prices weren't much higher either.
There's a water park, which the front desk helped us book at a special rate. The funny thing is, just as we were leaving, I couldn't find my swim trunks, so only my son got to go. According to him, there weren't many choices, nor many people, so he could play quietly by himself. When checking out, I found my swim trunks under the pillow. I had deliberately prepared them the night before to wear, put them there, and then forgot. Fate just loves to play games.
A great place, worth visiting.

DiguagouThe room was clean and tidy, not very spacious but well-equipped. Occasionally, there would be one or two small bugs, I'm not sure where they came from. The duvet felt a bit damp at first, but it improved after the air conditioning was on for a while. Food deliveries are usually left on a shelf next to the lobby entrance, so you have to go down to pick them up yourself. The hotel's location is very convenient for getting around, and there are many convenience stores nearby. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Anonymous UserI chose Incheon specifically because I hadn't visited before and wanted to explore the area. This hotel's location is pretty good; it's a short walk to the subway station, and there's a Costco nearby, which was convenient for shopping. The surrounding area looks like it's still under development, so amenities aren't fully established. However, if you take the subway to Science Park, there are many more options. It's quite puzzling that for such a modern area, there's no subway connection to the airport; you can only take a taxi.
The hotel's decor felt a bit like a business hotel in mainland China – quite dim, giving off an old, luxurious vibe. The first room I was assigned looked out onto what's shown in the third picture, which was entirely air conditioning compressors. I couldn't sleep well all night. The front desk was initially reluctant to change my room, even after I insisted for a long time. After multiple requests for an upgrade, a manager was likely called over and agreed to move us the next day. Once we moved to a higher floor, I realized that the lower floors were mainly allocated to Chinese tourists, while the higher floors were for Koreans. It was much quieter on the higher floor. I'd recommend that fellow travelers choose a higher floor if they visit; definitely avoid the lower floors. There are cars, especially motorcycles, drag racing in the vicinity, and the noise is quite significant.

The hotel name on my booking was Best Western Harbor Park Hotel, but the sign only said Harbor Park Hotel. When I checked in, I asked if it was the Best Western and the front desk staff said no. It was only when I showed them my passport that they confirmed it was indeed the right hotel. Otherwise, I would have been wandering around with my luggage trying to find it. The facilities are what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, but the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast is Western-style, but there's no bacon or scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs. The only meat options were sashimi and some sausages, and it was quite expensive. The ocean view rooms face Incheon Port and are right next to a major transport road, but the soundproofing on the windows is good, so the noise isn't too bad. The hotel is about 200 meters from Line 1 of the subway, making transportation quite convenient.

I was assigned a room on the third floor, and the carpet was a bit dirty. The facilities were just so-so. On the second night of my stay, an elderly tour group mistook my door for theirs and knocked, which was quite startling. I opened the door to check their key card and realized they were from the hotel next door. Since both hotels share the same front desk and are in the same building, it's easy to get confused. I'd advise everyone checking in to pay close attention (the front desk on the far left is for Wyndham Days, while the one on the right is for Howard Johnson. If you're still unsure, as shown in picture 2, Howard Johnson's key cards are orange, and Wyndham's are green). On the bright side, it's very, very close to Unseo subway station, and the fried chicken nearby is delicious. Plus, there's a CU convenience store directly across from the hotel downstairs, making transportation super convenient. I'd recommend it as a temporary stay if you're catching a flight. There's also an Olive Young downstairs where you can buy cosmetics.

Guest UserThe location was a bit out of the way from the main street, which was a little inconvenient, but the facilities and room condition were excellent, probably because it's a new building. However, I couldn't sleep all night due to the thumping noise from the upstairs room, probably because of poor soundproofing. This might be a hit-or-miss situation, but the front desk's response was a bit disappointing.

mailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport.
Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either....
Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways.
So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
